Xylitol candy tastes great and is good for kids' teeth. Too good to be true? Well, it holds up for us so far, and we've been using xylitol candy for two years. You need to watch the shelf life, though. Xylitol candy grabs moisture out of the air and becomes sticky over time. The best way to keep xylitol candy fresh is to keep it in the freezer. We have a big, one-year-old bag of lollipops from Dr. Johns in the freezer right now, and we still graze from it. It is a beautiful thing.

You need to watch the shelf life, though. Xylitol candy grabs moisture out of the air and becomes sticky over time. The best way to keep xylitol candy fresh is to keep it in the freezer.
We have a big, one-year-old bag of lollipops from Dr. Johns in the freezer right now, and we still graze from it. It is a beautiful thing.
