With excitement I bought the festive moments pack for a friend...Hershey's you have fooled me with fancy packaging where the cost of chocolate inside was very less than what I paid with the packaging...unaware of whats inside...plz dont buy based on the outer appearance.!

PURCHASE A BAG OF MINI CANDIES THAT HAD MILK DUBS. OPEN A BOX OF MILK DUBS AND FOUND 4 ROCKS INSTEAD OF CANDY! Spoke to customer service so they were aware of the batch and factory information on the box. They said sorry and here is a $3 coupon. I wanted them to investage so a child doesn't open one.

You're not even worth rating a 1 star, your Reese cup is so nasty I put them all in the trash where they belong. They need to be taken off the market and stop ripping people off. Unfortunately I had to give u star

In my bag of nibs candy there was a white sparkly fake fingernail. So I was eating my bag of nibs then stuck to 1 of my nibs the fingernail was in there. Sadly i throw out the nail so I can not add photos and my trash smells like week old used coffee beans.

I bought the Reese's popcorn for the 1st time over the weekend and it was amazing. We did notice that at the bottom of the bag it was just all popcorn. We also commented on we wish there was more of the drizzle on the popcorn. I would buy it again. Just a thought. Keep up the great work

Much as I have loved Hershey's all my life, no more. I'm done supporting "woke" businesses. So sadly, no more Mounds, Reese's, Cadbury, Kit Kat, and every other Hershey's product.

It just doesn't taste good. It does not taste like how chocolate is supposed to taste. Very disappointed

This shake is worst. It's like u have given increqm itself. And in last it's soo sweet. Omgg so much of sugar taste is coming.
Please improve the taste and reduce sugar

HERSHEY WENT WOKE, I WENT TO CADBURY! I no longer will purchase any products from Hershey. There are plenty of other candy companies not following the sick woke agenda.

I will never buy another product based on the woke agenda they are promoting.

The Kit kat thin had no wafer,it only had chocolate which I thought,was strange. Things aren't made like they use,to be.

I ordered a chocolate basket for myself when i was in the hospital and they gave me a hand written NOTE!

The new holiday flavor - hot cocoa with marshmallow flavored crème is so terrible, there is not hint of marshmallow, tastes bad. What's wrong with their taste testers?

Totally scammed. Packaging is nothing at all like the product inside. Shame on Hershey. I've requested today that the pull all of this product off the shelves. How deceitful to trick people this way..

I just want to say how amazing Hershey products are. My family and I absolutely love every single one of them and can't get enough of them! Thank you much for making such delicious treats
