I ordered two pair. Only received one pair. Coming from China, I figured I'd have to wait a while. It's been a month and still haven't received the second pair. I reached out to the seller and they said the would need 7 more business days before shipping my product!

Although items arrived quickly, both items were poor quality. One item even arrived with a rip in the back. They were quick in responding to my emails but only offered a 20% refund at first and I had to fight for a full refund as it was not my fault the items arrived damaged! Was very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I ordered a set of lingerie looks cheap and poor quality, also a dress that never came after more that 5 weeks they finally answered saying that the dress was out of stock? Really? After 5 weeks? That sucks!

The garment fitted perfectly and my partner was delighted with it. However, I did not sign up for marketing emails and Bellewholesale sent me 14 emails before I even received my order. Their unsubscribe option didn't work and it took several complaints to get them to finally stop sending me marketing emails on a daily basis.

If i could leave 0 stars i would i order clothes a month ago and just now telling me everything out of stock a month after they took $400 from me. This website is fraud don't waste your time and I'll update if i get my money but other then that this website should be canceled.

I ordered a tshirt for my birthday which arrived too late and was not good quality. I then became ill so was unable to swiftly raise a return. They're refusing to refund as their return policy is only 14 days. I am upset that they will not consider my illness.

The the worst experience I've ever had with a cellar their clothes are cheap everything they made so far that I ordered is cheap everything was like garbage and it takes forever to get to you and they charge so much the shipping and handling it's impossible

Products are nice and of good quality for the price. However, the support service was tedious to deal with. I had to send some extra information or they would cancel my order. It took longer to get my products because of that, and the interaction felt like a phishing email the whole time...

I ended up getting a refund for my items, as items were processing for more than 7 days. When I inquired I was told it was taking longer for 1 of the 2 items I ordered to be completed. After days between correspondence with customer service and no definite answers. I cancelled the order. It just didnt feel legit, felt like a scam, because tell me specifically what the hold up is and when I can expect my order!

Saw the ad, thought the product was cute and perfect for my friend. Easy to handle the transaction, a little surprised to find it was shipped all the way from China. Arrived in a reasonable time (flown to US), packaged well, in good condition. She loved it!

Good prices but shipping is a bit high and for the amount I paid for shipping I should have gotten my items much faster. I'm done ordering products from here and I let my close female friends know about my experience. Taking a month to receive the items and no shipping updates at all.

Shopping was easy. Price for product is great. However, I paid an additional 66% for expedited shipping (6-10 days). It spent 14 days in processing and took an additional 12 days to arrive. Too late for use. Not worth the additional cost of expedited shipping. I am requesting a refund of the expedite charge.

I'm still waiting foe the rest of my order to arrive. I received two of the items and one is really cute on and the other is not very well made, the strings that tie on the side are way to long and the trim at the bottom of the skirt is not attached in spots so its just hanging there. I hope the rest of the items will have a good outcome.

It was easy to order from the site and the garment arrived in a timely manner. I was surprised and very pleased with that. However, I could not wear the garment for the event I ordered because they were too small. Since I am a seamstress, I will be able to adjust them for future use.

I ordered a long sleeve t-shirt/sweatshirt for my wife (who wears a medium in all her tops) The medium was too small; not wearable. I contacted the company about a return and refund, but haven't hear a word..

Easy shopping experience was okay was over 2 weeks delivery though all clothing was like pic one of dresses looked like med instead of xl other than that I will be shopping@ later date, Will know delivery expectations.

The Polyester tops fall better on the body than the cotton ones. It should state that they're not all Polyester material. I love the stripe top that I bought but will have to get it altered as large was sold out.
