While I understand as a norm your delivery is usually 15 to 20 days, as you stated. However it is taking much longer. Example I made an order on Feb 12, but the items were not received until this week which is week of March 28th. I have ordered several times from your company and spent hundreds of dollars. But over 45 days is far to long to receive items, when other sites have a faster turnaround. As a result I hesitated to continue to order. The day a person orders, the funds are taken immediately but the items are not sent until over a month.

I like the fact that I can continue to scroll down after looking at an item, to see more selections with coming out of it or click arrow back. It so convenient to shop. I Just kept scrolling down til I found what I liked and order it.

Item arrived just before my holiday however when opened up the package it looked on the small side. Tried on and was really small, even after following measurement guidelines on the site. They were really incorrect. Had my daughter try it on who is 19 and a size 12 and she struggled to get it buttoned. So was disheartened and in the end couldn't take it on holiday. Wish I could have put up a better review but this was a complete waste of money.

I bought a human lace wig and what they send me there is nothing to do whit what I purchased. I am very disappointed and I don't encourage anyone to buy from this company. The last picture is the one used to sell the wig

In October I placed an order. I have yet to receive it. The tracking number given to me does not exist. It's almost 2 months and they keep telling me it's been shipped. I only gave one star because I couldn't submit my review without a rating. But they get-1 star.

I placed an order over a month ago & it was confirmed, however no shipping date was known. This company did receive the money for my order. After a couple of weeks I had to contact them to get shipping date. Took a minute for a response. I did get an email stating order shipped but could not confirm with UPS. Long story short, it took too long for my order!

Great prices, I purchase two items to sample, one outfit was great and the other didn't look like the picture at all. I will order more samples to see what happens. Looks like you just need to be selective.

Products did not arrive as displayed in photos. Jeans were exactly as displayed. And the bodysuit was different than what the photo had shown. Legally you can say it was as described in writing. But your website is littered with cheaply photoshopped displays and flipping a photograph is just as lazy if you think thats fooling anyone.

Went on the site without any real expectations. I was surprised by the selection of clothing, whether casual or of a more specific category. I was very pleased by the prices, and even the shipping fees were affordable. I will shop again for my wife!

The overall experience was pretty good. The one thing that I question is delaying my order because some of your products on back order and you didn't tell me this. I had to contact you in order to find out what the delay was about.

The item fitted well and is exactly as described. I wanted to order another 7 pairs of shoes but decided to try 1 pair first to see if I would be disappointed. I was very pleased with the item and would definitely place more orders

Can't seem to get an address to exchange the item for a larger size with me paying the cost for shipping. I've had one email conversation that provided a couple of options with credit and discounts to keep the item, but no one will respond with a return address. Not sure what I'm going to do, but very confused and worried I'll be stuck with an item that I can't use.

The price for the items was not bad. I like both outfits but unfortunately one of them didn't fit at all and didn't look like it was described it looked quickly thrown together.
My other set was really nice. Fits great. I guess I took a chance and 1 out of 2 is not bad.

I will never order from you all again. I can't not believe the quality of this wig. Yes it was a cheaper one that I would not wear long however, this is not an ear to ear anything. Let alone a frontal!

The sticker on the front was unglued/loose.
It was peeling off in one side. Not sew at all. Not glued.

Anyway the worst is the size are not realistic.
The pajamas and the sweatshirt are very small for XL
I normally use medium or large. I thought I would like to have it loose, but any of the items fit me. Very sad, waste of money and materials.

I didn't realize that items come from China, so it took a while but not too long and shipping was fairly inexpensive. Item itself, very cute, nice design, not a highest quality but was at a very competitive price and my wife liked it. It runs a little small, however.

At first it was easy,but with lack of communication to let me know one of my items was out of stock,I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. The item was still showing on the site the whole entire almost month I waited,and after finally getting a reply it was told to me they were waiting to send my items because of the one dress that was sold out in my size.
