By far this is one of the worst companies that I have had to deal with. They do not tell you that it could take up to 90 days to receive a package. There is no one to call and the customer is just left to wonder where the hell the package is. If I get this package, I am going to return that mess, and I will never do business with them again.

My experience was nice since my entire order arrived very quickly. I'm having a hard time with a few pieces because they don't fit. I also don't feel I should return the items because of the time it'll take to ship them back.

It was an amazing experience. At first when i ordered the products, it wasnt delivered due to a in-complete address and i contacted the customer care. My issue was resolved promptly, the customer service representative was very polite in her mode of communication.

I was looking for some lower coast festive shirts. And that is what I received. However, the Men's sweater sleeves are oddly too tight and the ladies shirt material is very cheap. If this was a brick and mortar store I would return.

I ordered back in February hoping to get these items and surprise my husband for our birthdays in March. They didn't make it in time and one of the items never showed up. Of the two that I did get, one was nice and fit just fine but the other was perfect for my skinny Niece so she and her man can enjoy that... it was very pretty tho.

Horrible delivery. Took two weeks just to have it shipped and don't know if it would have been if i hadn't contacted them. Item was broke when received. Don't even want to deal with them any further. Will chalk this up as bad experience and avoid in the future.

Shopping experience, l will rate you 8 out of 10.Delivery waiting or tracking absolutely appalling. You need patience becase you wait for upto 3 weeks or so.l am size 12- 14 and selected Large.lf l knew the clothing would not be comfortable l would have ordered one size bigger.

Ordered 10 items after more than 10days processing only 1 item in stock, wanted to cancel complete order and was told to late 1 item already shipped, shipping cost £39.00, items value £11.35, an absolute disgrace AVOID

I ordered my clothes on November 26th and one month later, still no clothes. I contacted them and they said it should come before January 1st and that they would expedite my order, but it hasn't even shipped out yet. I asked for a refund but they said they can't refund my money because the clothes have already been shipped. But for a VERY long time it has been at the same Chinese facility - it hasn't moved. Don't bother ordering from here, because there's a chance you won't even get your items and they refuse to refund your money. Also, the shipping cost is very expensive, and they won't give that back either, whether the clothes shipped or not.

Found what I was looking for and for less than what I had paid through Sola touch Oct. 24,2020, who never delivered and disappeared off the face of the earth.

I was not expecting them to be of a rubber material but I'm glad because they are unbreakable. I think I was assuming they'd be ceramic.

I ordered on the 20 th paid for expedited shipping another 28 dollars it's the 28th I'm writing this review. Still haven't received my products. I called *******245 and was told the usa isn't allowing them to send packages. But 1 package was mailed off and they even sent me a tracking number. The guy from the number said he will send my money to my account and I should receive it in 2 days. This is very bad business. They should have never accepted the order if they can't ship out products. It seems like a scam or very bad business. I will never order again from them.

I didn't receive a confirmation email or a way to track my package which made it very much a "wait and see" experience. It did arrive as advertised, maybe even on the early side of the expected shipping dates. But not being able to track the package was nerve wracking for me

I ordered 4 items and all but 1 were too small. The one that fit online it said Nike and when I got it it said Ike and the material was not comfortable. When I went to return them I was told they would only return 20% if what I paid and could keep the clothes and give them to someone as a gift. I still haven't received my money for the returns.

I just received my order and the products look nothing like the photos on the website... they are poorly made and the quality of the fabric is very poor. I want to return everything, I did not like anything! The worst! They not send you any return label!

First, I didn't get my shoes in time to go out of the country, then I couldn't return for a refund or credit. Said that it was past the cut off date but it was 4 days early. I will never order from them again and I am telling everyone I know not to order from this company.

11/2022 placed order twice by mistake caught mistake tried to cancel submitted five more ticket to cancel recd refund for one pair. Second pair still showing processing and showing in transit will be returning if I read two pair of same boot only wanted one pair like pulling teeth to get refund never had issue with this company

Very good delivery came quicker than expected (about 2 weeks). Materials were good for one item the other not so good. When I ordered the items everything was so self explanatory from payment to delivery info.

Extremely easy! BUT, From the time of purchase to delivery to my house was exactly 30 days that is unacceptable! Maybe it was because of of the holiday season that all the carriers were busy I will try one more time with some new purchases and see how long it takes hopefully it will not be 30 days!

I ordered some Christmas sweatshirts and 13 days later the order still showed as "processing" and had not shipped. After looking further into it, I found out the company ships from China so there was no way I would have my order by Christmas. Navigating their website to try to get a refund was a nightmare. I tried chatting with someone and the chat quit before I could get an answer about whether my card would be refunded. I tried several times to re-enter the chat and the website wouldn't let me. It's like I had been blocked! Still don't know if I will get a refund. A total sham!
