This site is a hoax and they are stealing peoples money! Almost everyone that has multiple felonies came up CLEAN! Total trash they need to be shut down!

It would also be helpful to review the specific reports you ran, where you did not find the criminal results you were expecting. Do you happen to know what states and/or counties the records are filed with, and roughly the year the cases are from? I'm more than happy to look into this with our data team.
The Criminal Records section of the background report may include criminal records from county courts, department of corrections, Administration of the Courts, and other state legal agencies. Positive or false matches in criminal searches may not provide confirmation of an individual's criminal background. You must use EXTREME CAUTION when analyzing the results of a criminal background search for any purpose.
While we put every effort into making our data as accurate as possible, we are dependent upon the criminal data made digitally available to us by the courts. There are some counties that make more criminal data digitally available to us than others, and there are still some counties that do not yet make their criminal data digitally available to us. Site does not provide information as advertised. 30 minutes on hold waiting for assistance, then the call was dropped. No assistance from text either. Worthless.
I reviewed features of BeenVerified and received top notch assistance from staff at BeenVerified. The feature results were excellent and we'll organized into a final easy to read report.
This site only gives you basic information that can be found anywhere on the web. Secondly when reviewing my information most of it was wrong.

The information in BeenVerified's reports is aggregated from public records and publicly available information. This public information is compiled through many public offices and agencies with the intent and for the purpose of it being made available to the public. There are many sources of public records, including: telephone directories, public property records, utility bills, magazine subscriptions, voter registration, and more.

I was having trouble cancelling my service. Sure, I needed it for awhile and I know I'll need it again in the future. Quintin in service helped me cancel it and also got me a refund for the month I hadn't used it and was attempting to cancel and couldn't.
You guys are GREAT and will use you again -- plus recommend to my friends!
Initial introduction to site did not seem to reach background data desired, so deleted search. Next day got a "Special 5-Day Offer" for just $1.00 to get the report I had searched - paid by credit card and got marginal report with much missing information with which I was already familiar. There are two check the boxes for age, and to get on-going subscription AUTOMATICALLY on charge card IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFICALLY CANCEL THE $1.00 TRIAL. Did not check any boxes, and still got billed full subscription - NOT JUST A RIP OFF... A COMPLETE TOTAL FRAUDULENT SCAM!

We certainly apologize for any trouble you had with the service. It sounds like you signed up for our 5-day trial. We do let you know on the sign-up page that after the end of the trial time you will go into a $25.47 monthly subscription to run unlimited reports, but you have the option to cancel before then if you don't wish to continue with a paid subscription.
I believe I may have located your account and it looks like you were able to speak with customer service on 10/9 and we canceled your account and refunded the subscription charge as you requested. You should have received email confirmation of the cancellation and the refund.

I agree with all the other reviewers, I am unable to find the correct information on anyone I searched for. Even my report is wrong. I will be calling tomorrow and canceling my membership. Lucily the card I used is a cash card and it only has a limited money on it and not planning on putting anymore money on it. Anoth site to avoid is Instant Checkmate, their site is the same way and I will be canceling them also.
This site is very useful in so many ways and customer service is incredibly nice and quick to answer any questions I had. Will recommend and be back for future report purchases.

It helped me gain info on my stalker so i could report to the cops... its an amazing website. It gave me info like past criminal records, phone numbers used, convictions, etc.
The lead in started out at $22.86. This was for unlimited searches during a month. For another $1.99 you can have a PDF report generated. After a lengthy wait for my first search less information was provided in my initial free Google search produced. Another offer was given at an additional cost of $14.99. This is this no money produced no better results. But wait there were more green buttons for more money that might produce something. They might have her do something that I didn't bother putting any more money in.
I immediately called been verified and expressed my concern while telling them to cancel and refund the charges. This they did so immediately. On that count I give them a 3 rating because their customer service was understanding and immediate.
I do not like services that require you to keep adding money to get further into the service which is why I did not give them a high rating but I do appreciate their customer service which is why they get a 3 rating. It is possible you will get better results but be prepared to pay more than the initial subscription fee for anything useful

Site is garbage. Its atleast 2 years off in information and doesn't show bankrups or criminal records I know are there. It shows some social media. I have social media and it wasn't on there.
Secondly, I paid to use the site and when I got back on it wouldn't process request and wanted me to pay again. I cancelled service with in an hour and lost the 22 bucks I paid.

I signed up to reconnect with someone. The ONLY information I got was what I already knew and is readily available by searching the person's name. The full report had NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER on ANY CATEGORY OTHER then the address, which I already knew. No relatives, no phone number, no anything at all. I asked for a refund less than one hour after paying and hope they give me the refund.

I have used BEEN VERIFIED for a year or so and was VERY satisfied with the service when I was in need of it and only cancelled due to not requiring it at the time.
I re-upped yesterday with the thoughtful and courteous of help by your agent RUDY on the phone. I'm 67 and it is difficult for me to do a lot on the computer so RUDY patiently talked me through the process and I was able to get my account reinstated=THANK YOU RUDY
If you want exact information on the one you are searching for, use a Skip Tracer / agent.
Their costs to be exact can be $250.00 or more, per person, depending what you are looking for.
BeenVerified (for the cost) is the best bang for the money spent.
I work as a Real Estate Broker for the US Bankruptcy Court and its only one tool of many that I use.
Is it accurate? No... but accurate enough to find / locate / history of someone to go to the next step. Real searches cost allot more money, and it does not make sense to spend that money when we are doing a preliminary. Searches.
From what I read you want the the expensive searches for no money.

Tried and tried to cancel! BOTH times the agent intentionally hung up on me! They gave their spiel about "aren't you lucky, we'll send you a free visa giftcard just verify your info" and WOULDN'T STOP even after I said NO I just wanted to cancel. The first guy openly got mad and hung up. Called back. Next lady hung up right away after trying to give the same "gift card" and my cutting her short. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM. They won't allow you to cancel!

You can search a name on the site to locate addresses, phone numbers, relatives, court records, and much more. You can also run searches on addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. However it appears you spoke with our chat team, the request to cancel and refund was completed as requested.
I chose this site to try to find my best friend from high school. We graduated in 1971. The listing given for his phone number was the same land line he had 45 years ago. They listed non existent or dead relatives, no useful information for the present day. Out of curiosity I ran reports on myself and my 5 siblings. The information provided was so off base and out of date! Many of the contacts they listed were deceased or in no way connected to any of us. They listed relatives who weren't and telephone numbers that none of us had ever used. The only comforting thing is that if any of us has a stalker and he uses this site to find us, we will be pretty safe. They did not refund my money but did immediately cancel my membership when I asked. I truly don't understand what value can be gained from this site. Much of the information that could be valuable was not available without an additional fee, though given the quality of free information provided perhaps the paid info is no better. I was terribly disappointed. Customer service defends the product by stating that they can only provide information generally available from public records, so I would suggest that if you have more time than money you start there.

It is correct that the data in our reports comes from public records and publicly available data. We work to pull in the data from the various sources of public records into one easy to read report. However, we are dependent upon the accuracy of public records, which can vary greatly depending on where the individual has resided, how they have interacted with the agencies that collect public data, and more. We are constantly updating and expanding our database which is why we provide our Monitoring feature. This allows you to monitor reports and be notified as soon as any information changes in a report: a new address, phone number, even court record.
