This is a great program, to look up a person's address, family and background. I was able to find several classmates for our class reunion using this site.
On September 25,2015 I subscribed to been verified after comparing speed of use and quality of information with several other internet search engines. I found BeenVerified.com to be the quickest with results and to have the most valuable information for my needs. My wife and I were beginning to search for classmates for our 50th high school reunion. During past reunions we had been able to find only about 60% of our classmates even with using other search engines available at the time. This time we have located over 285 classmates out of a class of 350. I found the "Possible Relatives" section to be of particular help since I could track down children of our classmates and locate parents the had moved several times and were not in the data bases. BeenVerified.com allowed us to complete what has been a long and difficult task in a much shorter time frame with less effort and at a lower cost than in previous years. I was looking at my and my families records. Site was easy to navigate, pretty much accurate and I found what I wanted. If I need the service again, I will definitely use Been Verified.
I was pleased with the information that I found on my search for one person, no other information was found on two others that I searched for. My frustration is, that I opted out and payment was still taken from my bank account. I am wondering if I should have a new card issued so this doesn't happen again. I was charged 4/17/15 then again on 5/18. I opted out way before 5/18 via e-mail and was still charged. BEST WAY TO OPT OUT IS VIA PHONE. I WAS REFUNDED THE SECOND CHARGE!

After a LENGTHLY process this website says they have found multiple files of info on the person inquired about. Then ask to click a button to retrieve the files BUT then asked for payment before showing these files found. After paying them, it turns out they did not have any files on the person inquired about, What A Scam. RIP-OFF website

I was just looking up my old addresses to find out dates I moved in and moved out. It downloaded everything, found me and after all of it told me then I have to pay.
I contacted your customer service this morning to resolve an issue I had with a charge to my account. I had the pleasure of speaking with your representative, Josie Lamothe. When Josie answered the phone I could immediately feel her pleasant energy. Her tone of voice made me feel as though I had her undivided attention and that she was available to assist me in the best way possible. Working in a field where I'm in contact with the public, in person and over the phone, I understand how important customer service is. I was extremely pleased with how she handled my call with grace. I could hear her smile through the phone and if I were to be an irate caller that smile I heard would have made me feel at ease. If I were to rate her level of Customer service from 0-10,10 being the best, Josie would receive a 10++. Please accept and extend my "Job done extremely well" to Josie, to you as a supervisor for guidance and training her, and to Been Verified as a company for choosing her. She is awesome.
Pretends to do a lengthy search and you would think the results would be detailed, recent and accurate. Wrong! I would not advise anyone to pay for this site. Do not be deceived by the search process. The information it pulls up after you pay is worthless and doesn't really contain the information you are looking for. I tried the search with my name, friends and family and then the initial person I was looking for and boy oh boy the results were just abysmal... Funny thing is I paid for another site - $7 and that site gave me more information on my initial target's criminal background and relatives. Beenverified did not even pull up any criminal background at all and I paid $22.86 for beenverified. I figured since the cheaper site had basic information that beenverified would have more considering how "extensive" their search process is when you try to search for someone. Talk about faux "extensive" search. Also after you pay and it opens up the result, it then asks you to pay extra fee to view "premium data". Why not put a disclaimer on the initial sign up page that the initial fee does not cover all the information on that person? I am just very disappointed. False Advertising and Overpriced for what you get. SMH
