We have ordered a king size bed with mattress, it was very easy and convenient to schedule the delivery for the required date. Delivery turned up on time. Easy to assemble, no missing parts. Good value for money.
E very good ordered from ipswich beds arrived without headboard, but after speaking to someone there it was arranged and when i got back from work headboard was there waiting-looking to buy a kingsize in the new year
Really liked the selection of beds my daughter wanted something trendy but we had a small space to fill. The ordering and delivery was great and the bed was just as described and easy to put together. Will definitely use Beds.co.uk for my next purchase

Fairly straight forward to assemble. This storage bed has really helped us create more space in our small studio apartment.
Just a small suggestion: please put the assembly instructions somewhere visible. I thought it didn't include any and so spent a while Googling, then found them later on wrapped inside the black fabric!
Used this company several times, excellent prices and excellent products. I am always shocked at the value compared to others. Purchased two memory foam mattresses and both are still going strong. Highly recomended.
I called up to ask a few questions about the bed I was interested in, as the price was excellent, but personally I prefer talking to someone when purchasing, especially larger items. I find it just makes things easier.
The lady I spoke to, Sarah C (Support Team) was extremely helpful and friendly. In fact without her input I probably wouldn't have bought the bed I did today. She took the time to explain the details, offered to check stock etc. asked if I wanted to do the sale over the phone, and was really patient with me while I sorted out my banking details.

My bed delivery was delayed due to Covid-19, I spoke to Sarah who could not have been more helpful. She arranged an immediate despatch on an alternative bed for no extra cost. Really professional and excellent customer service experience
Ok hi so bed is 4 out of 5 because, there is a gap betwen mattress and head to big as picture do not show that. Wood under is to fragile, never broke but fell of few times. I ask 3 questions and didn't get respond :/, but I'm happy for price vs quality.
Whoever delivers for this company is a shambles got no knock on my door just a phone call which couldn't answer due to busy in the kitchen went to my door he seen me then turns around in his van and drove off wish I could lamp him just disgraceful now I'm angry cheers.
Bed arrived as stated, all in good order, got what I expected no problems. I've had two beds from beds.co.uk and happy on both occasions. Only issue and why I've not given five stars is the bed did not arrive with a headboard so had to wait for a second delivery. Wasn't too much of an issue, fortunately.
Took a bit of a chance on ordering one of their ottoman beds, as it wasn't a company I had come across. Happy to say we are pleased by the quality for the price. It looks stylish, all the edges and finishing is neat and tidy, it went together well - instructions were pretty good - and the pistons work great to lift the mattress up for storage.
Delivery was fast and free. Only thing that could have been better, was a confirmation of what day and time (at least roughly) the bed would be delivered, but that being said, it did arrive within the time frame specified on the website, and I had a call from the delivery man when it arrived.
All in all, so happy and would certainly recommend!
I was a little dubious about ordering after reading the reviews but... I cannot fault the service. The bed was delivered exactly at the time stated. I t was easy to put together and had full instructions. My son is thrilled with his new bed especially the memory foam mattress. You get what you pay for, its a cheap bed but for the money its great value. The mattress fits it perfect and its sturdy and comfortable.
Extremely cautious at first due to low price of the items. I thought that when the frame was delivered that there would be something wrong. Thankfully this was not the case the frame was perfect and easy to assemble I then ordered a double divan which again was excellent... The delivery was great they actually deliver the goods on a day suitable for the customer
Wanted a budget priced patio set to put us on for a couple of years. Found the perfect set, at a very reasonable price. Very smooth transaction. Delivery date set. Driver even rang me when he was 20 minutes away. Husband found set alittle fiddly to put together but we got there & I am very happy with my purchase. All round an excellent experience
After finally getting my order sorted out, by emailing, they have the cheek to email you offering £20 as a bribe to write a good review!
If you do decide to order from this company be warned- you will never be able to speak with them on the phone as it rings and rings and eventually you are cut off!
The delivery also leaves a lot to be desired.
Bed delivery was incorrect. I tried to explain to the driver that he should wait whilst I called the company 'they don't give a f... about our time.'. He then dragged back the goods and left. I called Bed.co.uk who apologised and sent an alternative bed with 'memory foam' mattress. The mattress allegedly memory foam will give all who do not have back problems, definitely orthopedic issues. The wheels once secured on the base, just fall out. I was desperate. I strongly recommend that customers spend a little extra and get value for their money, In the end, I went to Dunelm and purchased a memory foam mattress and bed. I paid an extra £60 and have had the best night's sleep ever, plus it was a double bed and not a single bed that I purchased from Dunelm.

Bed arrived on agreed date, the delivery guys had trouble finding my new property as it wasn't on their Sat Nav but we got there in the end!
Bed is great although the instructions were hidden in the bed head so it took a while to find. Beds.co.uk though noted the challenge and will make clients aware for future purchases
Don't understand M. B's complaint - never mentioned the mattress itself once, just delivery!
My Mattress is brilliant, the whole service; whether it's another sub company that deliver - who cares. The deliverer was immensly helpful and more importantly the Mattress was much cheaper than others I've been viewing and is very comfortable so far! Nice one Beds.co.uk
So I've read some of the reviews on beds.co.uk and was uncertain about making my purchase. I chose to go ahead and no regrets. Great product for the price. Delivery was swift and couriers where very informative. 2 young lads delivered and the bed was easy to assemble. I have since brought another bed and mattress and no issues again
Ordered 3 divan single beds online on 26/12 delivery was as scheduled and quite quick. Ordered on Visa. Once I'd unwrapped one, drawer fronts came apart from rest of bed and tear in leather surround, quality very substandard so didn't open the other 2 and rang up to report faulty one and request full money back for all. Collection slot made for 2/1/19 but they didn't turn up to collect. I rang and was told driver had had an accident..and they had rebooked collection for the 4/1. However they did collect on the 4/1 and my money refunded in full 5 working days later.
All I will say is always look at reviews before purchasing, pay by visa, and take photos of everything and document/screen shot everything and you'll have every eventuality covered...i did so i was happy id get my money back in the end.
