Easy to use site, quickly delivered and the bed was a as expected. It was a little small but I feel it reflects the price I paid
I have neva had a decent night sleep until i got my bed from this site i love going to bed now and love getting proper sleep
I ordered a double mattress for £239 on the 4th August.it was my billing address but being delivered to a different address, it said I'd receive a delivery message in 24 hours, 48 hours later no text, I called the number on the email to find out there was no order for me, took 2 days for them to find my order on there system, I got a call on the 11th saying it will be delivered on 14th between 12-5 but it was being delivered to the billing address not the address that was put on the order, i took an afternoon off work to be home for the delivery, at 3pm I got a call saying it wasn't going to be delivered, they ve now arranged delivery for the 17th August 7am to 12. Iv had to take the morning off work. Yes it arrived today the 17th but the delivery guy left it at my front door and said he couldn't even help me bring it into my front door, I then had to pay a man n van £10 to get the mattress to the address it should of been delivered to. I really wish I hadn't ordered from this company. I will not be using them again

Hi Tina H, Thanks for your review, I am very concerned to learn of the issues raised. Delivery to a preferred room does have to be booked in via the deleirvy company as they do have to gain insurance to enter the property, However the drivers should not be charging you to take the items into the property, Kinldy reach out to me via resolutions@beds.co.uk as this is not typical of beds.co.uk.
