I purchased a very nice king size bedroom set and they were easy to reach when I called to ask questions every time. Jenette helped me when I had any questions after the sale that gave me a great price and well with buying my set that was discontinued in all the other stores. Will buy again from this company.
Found our bedroom suite locally but able to save a great deal by purchasing through Discount Bedrooms. The company was very upfront letting us know there would be a delay in shipping the furniture. Gary David, the Customer Success Manager, did a great job keeping us posted on the order progress.
I ordered a dining room table with 6 chairs during this Covid Pandemic so shipping did take longer than usual. I used the white glove service and it went very smoothly. Didn't notice at first but after a few day of having, notice a part was missing to support the leaf under the table. Michael had been in constant communication with me throughout my whole experience so I emailed him. He had me take a couple pics and then he contacted a furniture repair service that came out and resolved the problem. Afterwards, Michael contacted me to make sure I was happy with the service and I was. I would like to thank Michael for being with me through this whole process!
I was very nervous about doing business with a new company (new to me), but everything went very well... They kept me in the loop every step, and the contractor they hired to set up my new bedroom set was very professional. Their prices were the lowest, and they provided EXACTLY what I wanted, without scratches or any drama... I'll be furnishing the rest of my home with them.
I ordered a full bedroom set back in May with an online promotion with this company. I did not receive any updates on my delivery till I had to specifically hound them almost daily for my items to be delivered in August. Once the delivery arrived I had 2 pieces that were completely unacceptable since someone clearly tired to repiece the items back together. After sending several email, photos etc this company is still trying to send me back the damaged furniture at full price which I had already advised that I will not be accepting. Steer clear of them. The customer service is horrible. No one follows up with anything or will give you a straight answer.
Love the furniture finally arrived yesterday there were a number of delays ect but Shahanie always kept us in the loop and was pushing for it to arrive and the delivery company was very friendly and helpful and got everything up and installed in just 2 hours

Gary David was so helpful providing me updates via email and texts so I knew exactly when my furniture would arrive. The furniture was delivered by careful and courteous delivery men and looks great! I highly recommend this company.
I cancelled within their 24 hour no charge cancellation window, but they won't give me my money back! I placed an order for office furniture with Bedroom Furniture Discounts on 10/30/2020. When I received the email confirmation notice, I was informed of a COVID shipping delay (this was the first mention of a shipping delay). I was not able to wait, so I requested a cancellation of my order within their advertised 24 hour window.
They confirmed my cancellation request on 10/31/2020, but contacted me several times after this to get me to keep my order. I repeatedly told them I could not wait on the delayed shipping and confirmed I wanted to cancel. They took $2,261.92 out of my account on 11/2/2020 after confirming the cancellation on 10/31/2020 and WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK!
They stopped responding to me on 11/11/2020 and I have had to reach out to my bank to dispute their charge to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest and took money out of my account for an order they knew was cancelled and won't give it back.
Everything went great! Gary in customer service was very responsive. Beds are fantastic! The installers were prompt, professional & very quick & efficient!
We bought the wall to wall Catalina bookcases/entertainment center. The furniture was delivered in a short time - we bought the white glove delivery service. It came in perfect condition and looks just as beautiful as in the pictures.

The furniture I purchased, I'd been wanting from the first time I saw it (roughly about 15 years ago), and mostly everywhere else either discontinued it, had it priced way too high, or didn't have all the pieces, but Michael and your company really came through! I had to wait a very long time, due to the Corona pandemic and the delivery company coming out of New Jersey not being allowed into NYC, but when I got it, and it was put together, I was in AWE! I love my set, and have already picked out the set for my spare room! I preferred for them to take the money up front (I even asked them too) so that I wouldn't accidentally spend it *because of other obligations), and they did, leaving me with the comfort of knowing when the time came, there would be nothing in the way between me and my furniture! The "white glove treatment" company they chose were as exceptional as their company! I've already told my sister about Bedroom Furniture Discounts, but from now on, as long as they're in business, they will definitely be my first priority to purchase any furniture! I purchased a new bedroom set from them. The quality and pricing was amazing. I saved a little more than $1000 from what my local furniture store offered on the same pieces. However, I had to wait a very long time to get my furniture. Months long wait and the coordination with their local delivery vendors left a lot to be desired. Michael Alaba was the rep that was helping me and kept communicating regularly with updates. He did a great job to keep me up to date!
Due to cover we did have to wait a while to get it, but it was certainly worth the wait. They put the whole table together, the shipping company was amazing, very courteous. Michael Alaba my salesman was very helpful in trying to answer all my emails and update me on the status. The table looks amazing it exceeded my expectations, and its very good quality. We knew the brand we wanted and when we found this site that actually offered additional pieces to mix and match and not just one layout we knew we hit the jackpot. The online chat was fantastic by clarifying the options. But then the manager from the actual store called to verify we were getting exactly what we wanted. It is exactly what we wanted. COVID for sure delayed shipping but for what we received we are so happy. Nothing to do with bedrooms but they have several affiliated stores.
