I purchased a new bedroom set from them. The quality and pricing was amazing. I saved a little more than $1000 from what my local furniture store offered on the same pieces. However, I had to wait a very long time to get my furniture. Months long wait and the coordination with their local delivery vendors left a lot to be desired. Michael Alaba was the rep that was helping me and kept communicating regularly with updates. He did a great job to keep me up to date!

This is my first time going to bedroom furniture discounts. I purchased a bedroom set Today online with a sales rep named Rebekah. She was fast and very helpful and the process was easy and I was even offered a military discount. The quality of the furniture is all natural pine and has many added features including storage. The prices are exceptional. I look forward to receiving my bedroom set and once I receive it I will leave another review.

Pam assisted us in chat with the purchase of two nightstands and a bachelor chest. She was very polite, professional and thorough. She made the experience quite easy and we were able to forgo the normal website checkout process.

I ordered a dresser 8 weeks ago and was told then that there was a 4-6 week delivery. DELIVERY, not shipping. It has now been a full 8 weeks since I ordered and I have inquired twice about the fact that the item has yet to ship. I have been given two excuses by the company for why it has yet to ship, however the fact remains that it has yet to ship! I have now spent more than $1300.00 and after 8 weeks the item has yet to ship!

We are very pleased with our beautiful new bedrooom set... It's just what we wanted! Both the quality and finishes of the furniture are excellent. The men who delivered and assembled the set did a great job! They actually called and came a day earlier which was great.
We appreciate all that our success manager Ann did to communicate with us and ultimately coordinate our delivery. She did a wonderful job! I guess that's why they call her a "success" manager!

This is the 2nd large purchase I have made from Emma Mason. Their customer service from order to delivery is impeccable. Nadir was extremely helpful and attentive to my issues with the furniture mfg. In getting the order processed and shipped. He responds within minutes to any of my questions and provides a clear, in-depth explanation. The furniture is beautiful I am so happy with both my purchases - Bernhardt and Hooker.

We had a great overall experience with our first online furniture purchase. It took a few weeks longer than we initially thought but Drichsen kept in touch and we weren't really surprised with how hard it's been to get furniture. Saved probably 15-20% compared to locally.

Delivery was super easy, great company and nice guys as well. They gave us a 2 hour window and called 20 minutes before. Helped set it all up and came exactly when they promised.

I was assisted by Vicki during an online chat session to order a dining room set. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist. I particularly appreciated that she confirmed the realistic delivery date for our set. The other site I was considering for this purchase was not transparent about how delayed the delivery would be. Vicki stayed with me throughout the entire purchase process and followed up with the confirmation of the order. I hope the rest of the delivery process is as smooth!

The Pandemic has caused delays across the Board in the furniture industry and this company has a very personal touch with direct person to person texts and email. Their Very prompt responses and self-initiated updates made my wait much more bearable.
Glade I found this company and their AMAZING prices. I look forward to my next purchase.

Nadir I. Is the best! I ordered a bed frame and mattress in the spring. With COVID and shipping containers sitting on ships it took a while for my bed to arrive. I wasn't in a hurry and this was the product that I truly wanted. Nadir always answered my emails promptly and kept me up to date on what was going on with my order. He provided exceptional customer service. I would attach a picture but I'm still in the process of painting. All boxes arrived in perfect condition, so I'm sure there will be no issues with damage. I would definitely order from here again and hope that Nadir would be the one to manage my order.

Two weeks ago, I attempted to order a bedroom set from a popular online site. The experience with that company was nothing less than terrible. I ordered my item with the customer service representative and he placed the wrong order. At my demise, when checking on my items. I found that the items were discontinued. It was very disheartening because of the recent tragedies that happened in my life. But Walter... he was very understanding. He help me with all my questions, and make sure that my order was available for me. It was if, Walter was my friend that made sure I got everthing that I need. I will definitely contact him as well as my friends and family for anything I need from you company.
In this day in age, people don't give good customer service. Walter gave great customer service. Thank you so much.
