This is the 2nd large purchase I have made from Emma Mason. Their customer service from order to delivery is impeccable. Nadir was extremely helpful and attentive to my issues with the furniture mfg. In getting the order processed and shipped. He responds within minutes to any of my questions and provides a clear, in-depth explanation. The furniture is beautiful I am so happy with both my purchases - Bernhardt and Hooker.
After 3 months I received my bedroom set with damaged on the footboard that was promised to get fixed but has not be done.
I ordered king bed and 2 night stands on 7/20/23 they promised will be delivered 4-6 weeks. I received a message on 4th week the bed room is inspected and ready to deliver on Monday 8/14th but I received a call 2 days before on Friday 11th that the delivery cancelled due to bed has not been passed the inspection one of the night stand has damaged. I was promised to be replaced and will deliver in 1-2 weeks. I did not hear from them in 2 weeks I contacted them connected to Mervin manager he told me the information I have received not correct he is going to follow up with manufacturer to speed up the delivery. Make story short finally they delivered the set on September 28th with one of night stand not closing they took it to replace it finally after 2 weeks that was delivered and my bed room set got completed on October 12th with damage on the foot board which they promised to sent technician repair it after 2 emails to Mervin nothing is done. I don't recommend buying from them their communication is good but poor service.
Would purchase again! I had a great experience with Emma, saved thousands compared to Ashley Furntiure. Delivery drivers were also very friendly.

I had a mixed experience ordering dining room furniture from this company. The initial ordering process via the website was very easy, and I got all my questions answered using the chat feature.
Once I got a confirmed delivery date, the actual delivery of the furniture was great. The two delivery men were outstanding they carried the furniture up 42 steps, assembled the furniture, and cleaned up within 25 minutes. The furniture was wrapped extremely well and was in very good condition, no damage. However, the middle part of this process was terrible and frustrating.
When I ordered the furniture on May 5th, all pieces were in stock, but it took over 5 months (until Oct 11th) to get it delivered. First, it took two months to transport the furniture from their NY warehouse to their VA delivery team. Then it took another three months for the delivery company to schedule a delivery date. They had a very limited schedule (no flexibility whatsoever) and would only be in my area approximately once a month.
When I couldn't make the date they offered, I had to wait another few weeks. Along the way, the communication process with customer service was very good. Drichsen was very good, sending me emails and texts keeping me apprised of the status. The quality and price of the furniture was good.
If you are not in a hurry for your furniture, then I would recommend this company. But if you want your furniture fast, I would go somewhere else.
I have the great pleasure of purchasing a beautiful Uultis Brazilian teak dinning table and chairs at Emma Mason. Their customer service is outstanding, very professional and hands on from purchasing to final delivery. I have never experienced the personal touch that I received from Ivan and his team which was truly special. Their was genuine concern that I knew the process of the delivery, to making sure I received my table and chairs in pristine condition in my home! I
Received emails, texts and phone calls during their process. I will definitely continue to purchase from Emma Mason! The pics of the table and chairs are not set up because I will be moving them into a new house that is currently being built. All pics are proof of purchase.

Furniture was delivered as promised, great condition. Delivery guys unboxed them outside and brought them in.

I cannot state what a great experience I had working with Emma Mason. I was always in contact with Jenette and Daisey. They always kept me up to date on the process as well as the delivery process. The white glove delivery service was as per described. Couldn't be more satisfied great quality and great service.

Furniture is over priced, the white glove service in my opinion is a way of adding more cost. The expense for this particular service stated at around or about $250.00. After about the third text/email the offer had decreases to around or about $98.00. So I took advantage of the service. During the preparation for delivery damages were noticed and partial of the delivery had to be replace an additional 30 day wait to the initial 30 day wait. The second delivery date partial of my delivery was lost or misplaced at the warehouse, adding an additional two or more weeks before I had my complete order. Total disaster! I am intrested in purchasing two chairs and one buffet away from having my complete dinning room set. I called to ask were there other shipping options and was informed if I ordered only the two chair combinations I would have to pay $246.00 for shipping. No way around it. You'll be surprise to know it's the same price as the white glove service offer on my initial order. Coincidence, I don't think so.
