Spent $190 on the Nissan Murano seat cover. What I got was pathetic, hopeless seat cover- can't use them.

I ordered a dog carrier on February 17,2018 - on March 2nd I got an email saying the order had been shipped. On March 31, April 3rd and April 9th I sent emails asking where is my order with no response. This place is a ripoff.
