Thankfully I paid for my order with Paypal as I've now opened a dispute and escalated to a claim as this company are unbelievable.
Firstly, despite my Paypal account having being verified for 12 YEARS, this company wanted a copy of my drivers licence, a copy of the credit card that I use to fund my Paypal account, a copy of a utilities bill and copies of other items that would easily allow them to commit identity fraud. They also called me in Australia to confirm my identity which has never happened in the 12 YEARS I have been buying on the internet with no issues.
So the 1st parcel arrives and one item is clearly faulty. I took 3 photo's, spoke to their online chat and emailed their customer service email and 3 times, they try to deny an obviously faulty item is faulty despite me providing photographic proof. They also insult me by offering a $3 discount on next order but I will never buy from them again.
Then today, I receive a large box with a false customs declaration attached by Beddinginn stating a completely false value and falsely identifying as a gift. When I open the box, I can immediately see that one large item is missing. I attempt to open a dispute on the website but as soon as I click on submit, the dispute has been deleted by their system-what a joke.
Best advice is avoid this company as they are dishonest and will not admit any problems with their items. Their staff also have a very poor grasp of English.
We ordered 3D bedding from BeddingInn - 2 king size and 1 queen. It came in a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately the queen size duvet set is the wrong size - measures 56 inches wide by 78 inches long It is so small it wouldn't even fit on a twin size bed. The sheet is also small. Tried to email the company with pictures of the duvet with overlying measuring tape, at their request, to show them the duvet cover is the wrong size. The customer service representatives (a different one each time) repeatedly find reasons for refusing to accept responsibility for their error. Each time its some excuse like "the pictures are not clear"; "we cannot see the entire item"; "the item is not smooth and it is not complete". I have resent pictures 3 times with the same result. Then, they have the nerve to offer a $6 discount on our next purchase! The worst insult ever from these people, $6 discount when the entire order was over $300 USD. Besides, I will NEVER buy from this site again.

Update 12 October - So, BeddingInn contacted us after the review and are still denying there is an issue with the size. They refer us to their sizing chart which shows Queen as 88" by 90" and the one they sent is 56" by 78" (Twin on their chart). Also continue to say they cannot see the "full sides" - whatever that means. Pictures show the entire cover laid out on the floor with a measuring tape laying across the top. Should be easy to fix. I am running out of patience.

Scammer stay clear. Unless your grandma owns a printing press for dollar, delivery sucks, takes weeks. Quality nothing to write home about. Customer care line is there just to fill in the blank space..
We had a problem with a clock we purchased and in calling regarding return procedures and policies, Their customer service absolutely stand behind their products and turned this into a positive experience. After a couple of weeks had passed, I started wondering what was going on with my order. I emailed the Company and received a response a couple of days later explaining that my shower curtains should be shipped out soon. Another week passed before my account was updated to show that the items had been shipped out. Surprisingly, I received my items in the US just a couple of days after they shipped from China. Judging from some of the reviews, I held my breath when I opened the package, expecting the worst. However, the items were exactly as described on their site, and even exceeded my expectations. I had trouble finding an extra long shower curtain from a US retailer. I am very pleased with the quality of the products. I get all kinds of compliments on the "New York" shower curtain. It has really vibrant color, and fits in perfectly with New York City themed decor. If you don't need the product in the next couple of weeks, I would definitely recommend BeddingInn.
Received the curtains. My problem is that not only did they overcharge me by $10.00 they added another charge of international fees to my card without my permission or knowledge. Will be filing claims and complaints

Initially, I requested an exchange (to what I ordered), however, the company said the postage fee is too expensive to Australia so I should just keep the wrong one...
Didn't make sense so got back to them requesting a refund. They said they would provide a refund if I pay for a postage fee with tracking capacity.
As the product was something that I can't use (a curtain with grommet holes - we have a double pinch pleat set-up), I am sending this back, but basically losing a full postage cost and ending up with no product. They refuse to send a correct one (I don't think they have the product shown on the web page anymore).
Haven't experienced this type of unusual cases - it turned out to be a waste of money and time.

Excellent value for money, delivered on time, easy to follow instructions so put together with no hassle, I would recommend Beddinginn for value without compromise on quality.
I placed an order and told them I wanted to return it. Their return policy is return within 7 days if not 100% satisfied. They will not give me their return address for a refund;. I have email them, live chat that is not live, and sent return request. They answer me back but won't give me their address. Don't order from them they do not honor their refund policy.
