Bebe offers good quality clothes and dresses however their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Even when they make a mistake they will not make any exceptions, effort, or help you rectify the situation. Even if you try to meet them halfway. I Placed numerous orders with no issues, but the one time there is an issue forget about it. They sent the wrong dress size and Bebe said go pound sand. They will not help you and their customer service is nonexistent. It's better to buy via Amazon, Macy or some other outlet, but under no circumstances order directly through Bebe.com you will be scammed into thinking they have a return policy. Order at Venus or some other company, but they absolutely suck so bad that it's impossible to even make another purchase from Bebe.com due to their ridiculous return policy and the reviews on their customer service speaks volumes how bad this company truly is towards customers.
I tried to return dresses I had purchased from them and they would not provide an exception to the return policy. The dresses are intact and I missed the window because I got into a bad accident and fractured my ankle. I offered to send them medical documents proving the accident and the date of the accident with the hopes that they could give me an additional 2 week grace period for me to return the dresses. Their customer service emailed me back and advised that they could not accommodate because they had a strict return policy. I will never ever purchase from this store again!
Putting aside that all of their products are cheep and over priced, I called for help with my item and the women on the phone had such an attitude I didn't even bother proceeding with my purchase. No wonder this company has completely moved to online. Do better all around.
I used to be a regular at Bebe, Reps called me for the new arrivals. But since the switch of ownership, it's gone down the drain. I don't feel like purchasing from them due to inefficiency, unprofessionalism, horrible policies and basically not caring about customers. Their sizes are not true to size so we have to not only pay for the shipping fees twice but also a higher price than the original purchase price. I feel like NOT shopping at all. I have useless items in my closet with tags attached because they don't take it back. Well sizes are not true. My loss but most importantly their loss.
Bebe hides behind policy and does not work with customers. They have a tag on dresses that, it removed, they will not allow you to return the item. Unfortunately the tag is on the side of the dress and is very easy to pull off when pulling a snug dress up. All other tags are on and they will not refund me for the dress. Yvonne, supervisor was extremely unhelpful and hid behind policy vs trying to make customer happy. Now I have a store credit with a store I will never do business with again. Do business with retailers that try to keep customers happy.
Ordered item, next day item listed for 1/2 off. Asked for price adjustment, not able. Ok, was told to order again and return. Ordered again, at cheaper price(sale) but size was to small. Correct size available, asked for exchange and was told no returns on final sale price. Love the product just wanted to exchange what was clearly available instead of being stuck with two of the same item. Customer service could care less, kept saying no returns, but I wanted and exchange. If I had read the reviews, would have never ordered. Do not order from this site, too much money is spent to have horrible customer service
The won't let me redeem my $90 gift card! I tried several times, spoke with several people that said I can use it and when I try to pay won't allow me. Now they said, you cannot use it because change of ownership! That is ridiculous! So I just lost $90 dollars?
I'm a disabled mom "and I often need help putting on my clothes due to my conditions. I ran across these jiggins by b e b e they were incredible soft stretchy and comfortable! And I'm plus size I definitely recommend them

I ordered a dress for New Year's and I ordered it on December 28 pay the extra next day air shipping. They shipped it the next day and now it's saying you will arrive on January 2. I called and spoke to an individual and he said you will receive it by Saturday the 30th called back and asked to speak to a manager and the manager was rude and did not care. Do not purchase anything from BB. They are the worst and they have the worst customer service.
I purchased a dress from Bebe paying express one day shipping. The order was placed on Dec 1st after their cut off date, but I would have expected the order to ship on Friday and reach me on December 3rd. I received the item on Dec 5th. I received it way after when I needed the dress. I called customer service and they said they cannot refund the express shipping because they shipped the item on Dec 2nd! ( they shipped after I sent an email to customer service late on Friday evening! In Boston at 6pm). The said once it is with UPS they have no control! So essentially they were saying that their one day express shipping is not reliable as it is not going to reach you. Why do I care about the Supply chain issue that Bebe is experiencing when they are promising one day delivery with express shipping?! I do not recommend buying from Bebe if you are in any kind of hurry. They will not only not give youa refund, but will argue with you to the end. Their customer service is horrible.
I purchased 2 of the same dress. One day apart. I didn't like either one. I retuned them both and was charged for 2 shipping fees and 2 return fees. They took a total of $29.28 from my account and I have no merchandise. When I called to speak to someone, the rep escalated my complaint. A lady called me back and said that it is the "consumer's responsibility" to read the policies and that she wasn't going to refund any of it. She was very snide. I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak with and she said, No, I'm the highest person." I have been shopping with BEBE for YEARS! I will never spend another dime with them. CONCUMERS BEWARE! Horrible customer service!
I have order 2 items over $240. Delivery man never hand it to me the package but he left the package outside my door where the package was stolen.
After contacting the customer service- sent them an email with the footage that package was stolen. Customer service replied back stated that they won't help me sorry. I've asked them to resend the items and this time they need to ask the delivery man to hand the package to me directly but bebe costumer services didn't reply to me and blocked my email.
They stole my money - shame on you for blocking my email and I am unable to email them again. My email bounced back. Shame on you for doing this to customer and stealing $240. I
I was given a bebe purse as a gift. After 1 day of normal wear, the clasp on the belt broke. After 3 days, one of the handles completely tore apart revealing that the strap was held inside the rivets by TAPE. I am attaching the images so you can see for yourself. Avoid this brand at all costs!
How about this one? I bought a pair of shoes/sneakers... Bebe brand... from Marshall's about a month ago. The heel on one of the shoes has collapsed on the inside. There is no way I can wear them! I've contacted Bebe many times now and they tell me "sorry" there is nothing they can do about it because I bought them at a store and not t online. Well Marshall's will not take them back either. So now I am stuck with a 40.00 pair o f sneakers I can't wear! So... i'm Assuming Bebe is dealing seconds to the department stores now!
Bought this dress online that looked very cute, it arrived today I'm so sad I spent my money on it, the fabric is terrible, the size not good, the color is orange... it just looks so cheap and horrible... plus it was on sale so I can't return it... please don't make the same mistake, don't buy it! Bebe should be ashamed of selling stuff like this.
Ordered clothes from Bebe online hated the fabric and returned them. CHEAP and See through. 2 weeks later I get an email that one of my items cannot be returned because of scent. Wth! I'm pissed. Don't order from this company they will scam you!
I will stop shopping with them. I ordered a top and literally had it on for less than a minute. Shipped it back and got an email from their customer service saying the item was stained. There is just no way! I think they try to hold on to any money they receive based on their financial performance and declining sales. So girls, be aware that they might not refund you money and will make up some lies that the item returned was damaged/stained. Please take pictures of everything you ship back so you can at least dispute with your credit card company.
I bought a pair of shoes from Macy's and they have torn apart just by being walked in. I don't do anything crazy in these besides walking down streets for everyday tasks (e.g. Walking to buy groceries). Shoes should not be worn down this easily just by walking in them. I tried to get a refund or replacement and was told I could not be given one since they weren't purchased online. Waste of $40, they otherwise could've been very cute. Spend elsewhere unless you want to replace these every other day.
Some people say Bebe is too tacky but I think it's super-sexy. I love their mini-skirts and tops. Their website has even more stuff than their stores and sometimes there are deals you can't find anywhere else. No matter how old I get, I'll always be a Bebe fan!
Worst customer service ever. They provide a tracking # that doesn't actually track the package- been waiting for my package for 3 weeks and every time i call they say they don't know where it is. Well first I asked to talk to a manager who apparent was "unavailable" all morning. When i got tired of waiting, I asked for a refund, and perhaps some kind of incentive to want to shop at bebe.com again, was given $5 for a $300 order that never arrived. Wanted to like that store/site, but its not worth the headache. Btw- i own a retail company and would never treat my customers that way.
