I guess they must be on vacation, because I've made two requests about an order of which 9 out of 10 items were NOT DELIVERED, but my account says they were fulfilled. Definitely have lost my business. And I guess I'm out of that money.
Placed an order thinking I would get it within the week as my regular supplier ships the same day. No. Five days and three emails and my order is listed as "still processing". I finally called in from Canada and got someone on the phone. He assured me my order would be cancelled since it took way to long. I should have had it within a week at the latest. Sure, I get the refund but only 90% of it. You're charging me a fee for an order I never got? Seriously, not impressed. Don't be fooled by low prices.
Also, MIles, as someone else mentioned who responds to emails - very rude and short. Not helpful at all. Very disappointed as I heard a lot of people say great things about product.
Have shopped at Beadaholique a couple times now. Always receive my order within the same week ordered and have never had any kind of problem in getting exactly what I ordered all pack very securely in a bubble mailer. Love there beads. If you are looking for Czech fire polished beads or Swarovski, they have them at very good prices.
My advice to you- do not even bother with any sort of expedited shipping. You'd just be throwing away your money You will NOT get your order any faster, they will still sit on it for at least 3 days.
Their policies say: " We ship packages out seven days a week, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Free Standard shipping orders will be shipped within one to three business days after the order is placed. THIS IS A LIE! If they are not going to abide by their policies, change them! So sick of this from this company, I have requested another company to stock the items I buy from them. When they do, I'm not spending another dime on Beadaholique.com.
I was hesitant at first to do business with them due to all the negative reviews I read on here. However, they had an item I absolutely needed that I couldn't find anywhere else so I took the chance. So far no problems. My order came within 6 days of ordering and I'm all the way here in Hawaii so I was surprised how quick it arrived. It usually takes me longer than that to receive items I order from the mainland. Overall a positive experience and I will probably do business with them again. I just hope I don't have a negative experience the next time.
Miles, the person who replies to their emails, is very curt and offers NO extra help at all. He does not directly answer your question. I cannot believe this company has such terrible customer service and I WILL NOT order from them again.
They don't really want to talk to you on the phone. They want you to use their web site. The guy who answers the phone is rude and hates his job.
Shipping is very slow, too slow.
The kits I ordered missing beads. I received two empty bead bags in one kit and the other kit missed a tube of beads so I couldn't start my project. The beads holes were plugged and when I tried to ream them out, they broke. This turned out to be very time consuming.
I called and complained and he reluctantly agreed to replace the. But he acted like I epwas trying to get something free. Because it took me to long to call. I didn't open the kits right away.
The kits contain just enough beads for the project, so when you break the focal point beads or lose one, you are screwed.
There are a lot of places to buy beads, so I will be moving on.
Beadaholique used to answer their phones but no longer does. Maybe they'll call you back. They also used to offer 15 to 20% discounts for larger orders ($250 plus) but no more. If you are looking to order larger quantities of items, you should look elsewhere. Or if you are looking for good customer service, you should also look elsewhere. I've been a customer for over 4 years, but am now looking elsewhere.
I should really have read reviews on Beadaholique before purchasing from them! They seemed so reputable and widely-recommended, and they even sell on Amazon!
I purchased some Swarovski Becharmed beads from Beadaholique. One of the Becharmed helix does not come with any Swarovski markings on the steel core! I'm not sure if they should exist on all Swarovski Becharmeds, but they definitely did on those that I got from firemountaingems! The inconsistency seems really dubious...
A gold vermeil chain that I'd ordered from Beadaholique clearly had some gold-plating worn off, and even had distinct orange marks on it. Apart from these problems, the rest of the products seemed fine. Shipping took quite a long time though.
I sincerely hope I've not falsely accused them of selling fake products. Nevertheless, one should exercise caution when it comes to Beadaholique.
Their live chat is very condescending and inaccurate. Shipping time is very slow and they do not stand behind dates they give. I do not recommend ordering direct from them. Very poor company.
This company has the slowest shipping time of any company I've used. In my eyes, that equates to crappy customer service. If you use the free shipping, you will not receive your order for at least 10 days. Sometimes I'd have 2 or 3 orders open at once, since I ordered once a week from them.
Now I've taken my business elsewhere. Firemountaingems.com, Riogrande.com, shipwreckbeads.com, jewelrysupply.com, all have better customer service than these fools.
I have ordered through Beadaholique many times over the last few years and was mostly pleased. The chains I received were not what I had expected (their photos of chains, I discovered, are not good enough to make a good choice), so, I contacted them and they told me to ship them back for a refund. I did get the refund.
When I first ordered freshwater pearls from them, I was very pleased with them when they arrived. Lately, though, their pearls are not as high quality as they were.
NOW, here is why I am so angry. I ordered some gold and silver wire. I liked how they looked in their photos. When I received them, I was so very disappointed as the gold and silver were just awful, very dull and looked more like plastic or resin. I phoned them and they said to ship them back for a refund. So, I did. Then I forgot about it until about a month later, I checked my bank account for a refund from them, and, there was not. So, I emailed them and ask them why I haven't received a refund for the items I ordered from them and then returned to them.
They said that they have NO record of any items returned from me, AND, that it was too late to get a refund anyway. HUH...?
So, I went onto their website and checked my account to find my order, as they had always kept a record of my orders on their website. Well, in this case, there was no order of mine for the gold and silver wire! At all! AND, all of my other records were... GONE!
I am VERY angry about this. They used any method they could think of to not refund me (this was very expensive chain) AND they removed all of my orders from my account.
I am reporting them to the BBB, to the Attorney General's Office in their state. I probably won't get any refund, but, they have to be stopped. I read many other customers' very negative reviews who are very upset at how they have been treated.
Maybe I can use a few of the gemstones I ordered from Beadaholique... not sure? Many gemstones were chipped and scratched. Garnets were not useable at all! Certainly not the quality I would ever put in my designs. Very low quality - beware!
I order products on black Friday and received my items in 5 days. They also sent me a confirmation email with an order number/tracking number for the mail. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

If you are thinking of ordering merchandise from this company, proceed with caution. I placed an order early on a Friday evening. By Tuesday, no communication. When I called the company the phone just kept ringing... no answer. Emails go unanswered. As of today my order has been completely deleted from my account. I'm going to have to go through the hassle of asking my bankcard to refuse payment. There is something creepy going on at Beadaholique. I did have a positive experience with Artbeads.com
I placed an order for over $200 for kits I needed to teach a class. I kept checking for a shipping notice but after a week I still hadn't gotten one. So I called them. Wow! They were so rude and unhelpful. I asked to talk to a manager and was told I was talking to the manager. Really? I asked when my order would go out... Was told orders that pay for premium shipping get first priority. So I asked if I could upgrade to premium shipping. Was told I would have to cancel my order and reorder if that's what I wanted to do. Wow!
My items finally came the day before the class. I will never order from them again. You can't be rude and nasty and expect people to keep spending their money with your company.
I purchased the 4" steel plate and rubber pad to flatten bottle caps and could not get it to work like it does in the video.No matter how I did it, it didn't work. They said to send it back postage paid for a full refund, but that doesn't explain why it didn't work.
I order a couple of items from the site before even reading the reviews. After I read the reviews I thought I was not going to get the items, but the truth is that they came within a week I placed my order.
What made me a bit anxious was that I never received a confirmation email giving me a tracking number of my order, which other companies do.

I've been making jewelry to sell at local craft fairs for years. I knoe they've been around for a while but I only discovered Beadaholique a few months ago. They have EVERYTHING and I absolutely love the videos. Very on trend. They've really been an inspiration to me to try new techniques and materials I had never considered. The result has been a lot of new customers for me. Shipping is always fast... love these guys!
Answer: You've got to watch everything this company does. They will change prices not pay refunds send items you did not order. Sorry you have to deal with this horrible company too
Answer: I would order elsewhere. I live in the US and they are seriously slow fulfilling orders. I imagine you will never receive the order, nor a response when you inquire.
