My 16 year old daughter ordered a ring insert from this company. She received a notice that it was delivered 5 days ago. Still nothing. The company does not respond either. Don't do business with companies with bad customer service. At least respond!
After many years of making jewelry, I gave it up for awhile so when I decided to return there were a lot more online stores to choose from, I am placing my 3rd order this month, their prices are great, shipping within a few days and they always have coupons plus they have a lot of videos to watch for newcomers and returning beaders! I would highly recommend them as I am rebuilding my beading supplies :)
I was sent my border more than half of the beads were not the size or coloring that I needed or desired so I returned them they told me to put the invoice in with my returning beads but they did not send me an invoice so I added to my box of beads I was returning a piece of paper with my name address and a list of all the beads I was returning 36 items they refunded me for one strand of beads they are thieves they are Liars do not do business with this company! Shame on you Beadaholique shame on you!
Small hiccup with delivery but everyone is experiencing delayed deliveries right now... the service department was very helpful, responsive, and answered all my questions. Thank you! Can't wait til my next project!
It felt like my order took a while, I know that's not their fault. I was a bit upset I received a damaged package and my Polybags half of them damaged. I felt like I lost money. I did however decide to give them a call. I spoke to a very nice gentleman. He apologized for my Polybags arriving damaged and requested a replacement right away. They are very solid, high-quality bags. My customers are happy as well. Not like other places. Thanks, Beadaholique.
I have been buying from beadaholique for the past few years and have always been happy with my items. I recently got an item that was defective and was really impressed by how quickly they sent a replacement! Within 3 days after calling I had a replacement and it was in perfect condition! Standard shipping can take up to a week sometimes, but at least it's free. My biggest Pro Tip is to give them a call if you have any questions, they responded faster over the phone than email.
Over the past several years, I have occasionally bought from Beadaholic and never have had any issues with service or delays! As a beading teacher, I also recommend the company to my students. All mail moves slowly these days, so we must all be patient!
I placed my order on 5 February 2021 and received it on 12 February 2021 and that was at the free shipping rate. Very impressive. They had a better selection and inventory than most bead vendors on the internet. I will definitely continue fulfilling my beading needs and requirements through Beadaholique. Highly recommend this company!
I ordered some beads and some findings. I received not the same with the picture beads ( incorrect ones) also got damaged some beads. And I found missing item.
I finally got refund about missing item and damaged beads. BUT they wouldn't have sent the item if I hadn't asked.
I´l made a purchase on July 26 and on August 3 it showed that I was still in the United States. For this they told me they would refund the money, which they supposedly did on September 24, but after 15 days I have not received the refund. Asendia, which is the international carrier, does not respond, and now PayPal, which is supposedly the one that made the refund, either. What kind of companies does BEADAHOLIQUE outsource, since none of them know anything about anything. Beadaholique just say they did everything they could do
I'm new to beading and came to Beadaholique through their many YouTube videos. Still I had some kind of newbie questions and needed product recommendations. When I got on chat Glady's was very sweet and helpful. I must have kept her for 30 minutes but she gave me all the information I needed to buy what I required for my simple project. Very nice people there.
Canadian buyers beware. This place is NOT WORTH it. Aside from the exchange rate, shipping takes forever- I waited 18 days, and was NOT told duty taxes would be extra. Now I am stuck with additional charges and have to put myself at risk during a covid-19 pandemic to go pay for my parcel at the post office. Nothing but inconvenience and hassle buying from the company. Never again!
I've picked up things from this wonderful establishment on numerous occasions I've always been completely satisfied.
When I place items in my shopping cart without checking out I get a quick reminder email. When I place and pay for an order, the shipping label is printed immediately but the order is not shipped for several days. It does not take three days to ship a small order. Today is day four and my order is still unfulfilled. I paid for expedited shipping of three business days as shown on their website but they don't tell you on that page that it will take three business days to get the order out it's ridiculous. No one answers the phone when you call. I am beyond frustrated.
I bought 93 dollars from this website in SIC of january and today is 7 of february and i not receive anything, my last emails nobody answer, they said to wait until tomorrow 8 of february to consider my items lost, im waiting to get my money back but nobody is speaking to me.
I placed a small order for the first time it took a little longer than I thought it should have but not the main issue shortly after my purchase my credit card was used at a tee shirt shop not to far from their business not once but twice. The tee shirt shop reversed us. Be careful. As a business owner we are honest but sometimes a employee may not be.
This company is not answering their phone during business hours! I have sent three emails and have received one canned email that my order is on its way. The shipping company has no proof that the order has ever shipped. Since they won't answer their phone or emails I don't know how to get my money back. This company sucks!
I order from beadaholique a lot and have never had a problem with anything! Their products are great and always arrived in a timely manner. The only time I had a problem was very recently, one of my packages got lost in transit during the process of me moving. I emailed asking what I could do and right away they were willing to re-ship my order! They were so sweet and understanding. I will definitely continue to buy from them.
Tried to return a couple items, and they returned them to me! They never opened the package at all! How could they determine if items were returnable?
O opened up a chat with Analeya and she answered all my questions. I bought the items I needed for my project and received everything just a few days later, from across the country. Great!
Answer: You've got to watch everything this company does. They will change prices not pay refunds send items you did not order. Sorry you have to deal with this horrible company too
Answer: I would order elsewhere. I live in the US and they are seriously slow fulfilling orders. I imagine you will never receive the order, nor a response when you inquire.
