Beachsissi handles returns very bad. I was sent a swimsuit with bad stitching that was coming undone and they wouldn't do anything about it. They want me to pay for shipping to get a refund. I would not recommend this company. I have ordered for quite a few other places and have never been treated like this.

Beware! You cannot return anything as it needs to ship to China and will cost $$$ (more than the actual clothing). Clothing is very small and horrible fit. Your only option is to keep the clothes and they will refund you like 10% of the cost minus all the taxes and shipping. I got $3 back on a $45 dress that was awful!

The way Beach Sissi handles returns is terrible. Basically makes it unaffordable to make a return because it has to be shipped to China. Then, they sent me an undeliverable address, so I paid the shipping, label is printed EXACTLY as they sent it to me, and the package was returned as undeliverable. So now I'm out the cost of my goods I was trying to return...some of which were defective, along with another hefty sum to try to return them to China...only to have the package sent back to me and no credit received for my return items. Infuriating!
If you like something on BeachSissi, you can find some of their items on Amazon, and returns are much easier through Amazon. Avoid directly purchasing from BeachSissi site! If I could give them zero stars, I would because these are unethical business practices.

Do NOT buy from them! Worst customer service ever! I've been chasing them for my refund on the return for months and haven't received anything except for copy paste of standard texts from their so called „customer service"

DON'T ORDER FROM THE COMPANY! This company's return policy is a JOKE! Only 15 days to return once it's delivered! No where on or in the package had a delivery date. No where in an email stating the delivery date. No number to call to get information! JOKE! No company has a 15 day return policy! They make it so difficult! I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I emailed them for return information which is the first step to make a return. Email was sent Sunday and got no response until Tuesday. Needless to say, they wouldn't let me return due to out of 15 day return period!

The product comes from China so do not expect it to arrive soon! Had I realized this I would have saved my money. I bought two swimsuits one their description was not correct it stated the suit was under wire it was not. The second suit should have fit me correctly according to their description it did not. Both suits were not good quality. When I tried to exchange or return I was given the option of paying $35.00 to return even thou this was their error I provided screenshots. Or to Exchange I would need to pay the $35.00 then pay for my selections then they would return my money once they received the product back. Or I could keep the product get refunded 10% and get a coupon for 50% off of my next selection. The customer service is horrible. I will never shop this company again and I will definitely check to see where the product is coming from.

They give you the run around when you need to make a return. The cost to ship to China is ridiculous. I donated the clothes to charity

Update on my previous review. Have not received any merchandise; Beachsissi has never refunded my purchase which I never received. They asked me to send $38.00 to cover re-shipping. I sent that amount. Never heard back. This has been ongoing since November 2023. They just keep asking me to give them a favorable review. How can they expect that when they haves defrauded me of approx $200 CAD. WOW. How are they allowed to continue doing business this way. Cant comment on the quality of their products but they look nice in the ads. Proceed with caution🥴

This company is in CHINA but does not make that clear on their website. I ordered, received order, did not fit. I requested refund, they tried to get me to agree to only 15% refund. Refund policy for 100% refund requires customer to pay shipping to China (my cost was $30). The return address is undeliverable and sits in customs. So now you are out purchase price AND shipping cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

It took over a month to receive my order. It was stuck at a processing facility for several weeks. Clothes are shipped from China. The refund policy is awful. I spent $175 and they offered to refund me 15%. I decided to pay the shipping to return the items and get a full refund. It cost me $75 to ship to China. And now the tracking says it's been sitting somewhere in Beijing since April 21! It's now May 13. I asked if they would refund me 50% now and 50% when they receive the package. They refunded me 15% and claim they will refund me the remaining balance when they receive the package IF they receive it. I will never order from them again!

My order took 21 days to get to me and it arrived 1 day after our family had left for a vacation. I was hoping to use my purchase on vacation so when I returned home I emailed customer service to return my item and was told the return window was 15 days and I was one day too late. I explained my situation and was told there was nothing they could do. I tried again to speak to a manager and was told again there was nothing that could be done. I am beyond frustrated. This product was also shipped to me from China.
