This company is such a scam…. They charge you $30 or more for a bathing suit and then only offer $3 in return if you dislike your purchase. You also can't return for a full refund because it would cost you hundreds of dollars and we are not even able to ship to some areas in China from the United States.
They very sad thing is they scam get away with it…. Even just picking and choosing which reviews get posted to their website.

I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter. We were leaving on vacation soon so I paid an extra $40 for their fastest shipping option. It didn't come in time. She tried it on when we got home from our trip and it didn't fit! I contacted them to return it and it's a China address! It would have cost me an additional $40 to send it back! Their return and exchange options are terrible! You better hope the swim suit you order fits and you like it, because they won't be helpful to return or exchange it. Now I'm stuck with a swim suit I paid $70 for that doesn't even fit her!

I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so in this case. I bought 3 bathing suits; 1 fit the other 2 did not. They communicate via text messages. This is a foreign company and they do NOT honor their return policy. They tell you to email customer service and no one gets back to you. Fortunately I am a loyal Amex customer and could dispute the charge. Complete scam artists. Buyer beware!

If I could give the experience I've had this company 0 stars, I would. I am unable to place a review directly to their site and tried doing it under the items, which they have to accept the review to post onto their page. I purchased a couple dresses which I decided to return- products didn't fit well, and seemed cheap. I mailed the return package back in April. It was held in customs for months and in September the status finally showed as delivered to facility. This company says they never received the package and will only offer a 15% refund. Throughout the process, I kept getting generic email responses back to my inquiries that were not helpful. Now I'm down $150 and don't have any of the items I initially purchased. The return process and customer service has been a huge headache and not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered 2 bathing suits that arrived weeks later, smelled like cheap material, not good quality and when I attempted to return them, options were to send order more at 50% off, get 10% back and keep them or ship them back to China at my own cost, which would be more than 65$!
What a rip off! I'm now stuck with cheap bathing suits that I don't like.
Waste of money. Stay away.

To return you pay shipping cost to China, costing more than item itself! Of course you could get a 10% refund or spend more money at the company by buying another item at 50% off. I should have done my homework on this company, glad I only bought one item and am only out $38.

Terrible return policy! I ordered two bathing suits with confidence since their website says returns allowed. Their website states "Refunds will be reimbursed to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately". What they don't say is that the customer must ship the product back to China at their own expense even though the product ships from the US. Then they further insult the customer by offering a $3.00 refund if you will keep the product or "allowing" you to buy another product at 50% off. Their customer service is a joke! Steer clear!

I ordered four swimsuits and never received them, and after emailing back and forth with "customer service", they basically told me best of luck and I was not getting a refund. So 120$ down the drain. This company is based in China, so you can't expect a refund.

I ordered $80 worth of merchandise. None of it fit, even though I followed their sizing chart. I attempted to return the items only to bee told that shipping would be $60. Do not waste your time with this company from China. Which they do not tell you to begin with

If you need to return the item - it will be to **China** cost & time factors to be considered.
They are NO help after several emails, they mail from TX. If you like their products look for it on Amazon - go through a second part who will have your back. 8

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not received an email saying it shipped, or a tracking number. When I go to the site it says my order hasn't shipped. I have emailed them 4 times with no response!

I absolutely love these swimsuits! The colors are vibrant and beautiful. The fit is exactly as expected. These swimsuits are some of the softest, most comfortable swimsuits I have ever purchased. I can move around comfortably and not feel like I'm going to expose any body parts. The fabric is very high quality and has excellent coverage, not see-through at all. Shipping was very fast. I highly recommend these products!

I ordered a bathing suit. It had a strange cut and did not fit well. On the package the return address said CA but when I asked to return the suit, my options were: 1. Get $3 back and keep suit, 2 order something else for 50% or 3. Send it back to China (which would have cost $17 plus a fee for insurance). None of those options were fair and reasonable. Also I did not like the bathing suit fabric.

For an online bathing suit store they are totally clueless about the process of shopping online. They only allow 15 days for returns. However, they send multiple packages and make you wait for the final suits to arrive and then you have to email them to start a return. I didn't realize it was a 15 day window and I reached out at 17 days and they're refusing to let me return my suits. I bought 8 suits from them and they're not allowing me to return any. Now I get why the suits are so cheap--they don't spend any money on their customer service and have no decent systems in place to help customers.

Do not order. Items are shipping from China and must be returned to China. Return shipping to China is minimum of $32. It takes over 1 month. Plus in website they state you would receive item in 1 week then when you get email confirmation it's 3 weeks. I sent return to China and still after 6 months still no return credit. Btw. The return credit is not for the full amount. Do not buy from them. Buy local

My daughter erroneously ordered a bathing suit for her friend and I immediately tried to cancel the order. I was told that the shipping company placed the order and they were charged a $5 kickback fee and therefore had to charge me the fee. They asked again if I wanted to cancel and I said yes. I find it hard to believe that anything could be shipped so fast these days since everything has been taken longer than usual. I think this was just a way to force me to place the order.

If your suit doesn't fit you will be given 3 options, send back to China for a refund (you pay shipping) keep it and get a 3.00 return, or get 50% off a different suit.
I have 2 suits, the quality seems good, but I wanted to return for a larger size to cover more area and those were my options.
