Their website says you're able to make returns, just email them. Then upon emailing them they tell you it's inconvenient. The return is in China, and they say it could get stuck in customs. With something as difficult as finding proper fitting swimwear they need a better system for returns/exchanges. Seems scammy. So be careful if you order many with thought of returning the ones that fit poorly. I would not order from them again.

I really love the designs of Beachsissi! They have really unique pieces that you can wear, not just in the beach but even wear it as a top for your everyday casual look. The quality is also durable and very comfy! Hands down would get myself more of these swimwear!

AVOID this company, not even worth a star. The suits and cover ups are cute, but do not fit as seen in pictures or described and I even up'd a size. It took over a month for them to arrive. Wanting to return these, I'm offered 3 return options. 50% another order and keep first order, quick partial refund (which is pennies on the dollar), or send back to China for full refund with tracking which is not CHEAP and who knows if and when it would get there. Plus, they take forever to respond to emails and everything is auto generated, they don't care…they have your money. What a joke, will never purchase from them again!

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, Would have saved me money and and stress. Their return OR exchange is 15 days from receipt of item. They don't answer requests for returns for over 2 days. Had to email twice for response. They will not exchange anything even for credit. Yes they then try to make deals with you, like getting something for half price after you're forced to keep items that don't fit is ridiculous. I refuse to even accept a free product from them at this point. Disappointed! Don't do it. Try another company that cares even a little about customer service.

Very cute affordable suits but some are just cut weird/super small and if you want to send them back that is where the problems start. Even though it says returns are ok they will try to talk you out of it because you have to mail them back to China and "credit will take long time"! Shipping back was actually cheap, getting a refund nearly impossible. Its been 4 months but I'm not giving up. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a two piece swimsuit for my 14 year old daughter. She wore it once and started to notice that the bottoms were already starting to pill. By the second time they were practically falling apart. Upon contacting customer service, they said that they could send me a new suit for half of what I paid for the first one. Why can they just not stand behind the product? This is more than likely crap from China, and not high quality! Stay away!

Do not order anything from this company! I ordered a black lace off the shoulder dress back in April they said that my dress was delivered June 11 in my mailbox. I received nothing I've contacted customer service via their email I've never heard anything from them!

Like other reviewers I wish I could give them a -5 star. Please save your money don't waste it on the scam company what an embarrassment this company is no phone number so you cannot speak to anybody horrible horrible horrible!

The suit was of reasonable quality and arrived quickly to Canada with the expedited shipping option but did not fit. As others have noted here there is really no viable return option since shipping costs to China are exorbitant. You can opt to keep the item and get a $3 payment or roll the dice again and buy a new one at half price. So if you buy you have to consider it a gamble and be prepared to lose your investment if the suit does not work out. These Chinese vendors are very skilled at making their websites and advertising look locally based but the company is actually in Shanghai so shipping is the issue. They also operate under different names so beware of that.

Yes, you can return. It's just our warehouse is in China. Return shipping cost is on customer's part.

I bought 3 swimsuits from Beachsissi. All looked cute on their website. This fit was terrible and the bottoms are cut way too narrow. I contacted them and they wanted to exchange or send me more for additional money but I said no as my purchase was almost $100 and nothing worked. They finally provided the return address, which is in China. It cost me nearly $40 to mail them back. It has been almost 2 months and I still do not have a credit. They make it look like you are buying from a legit company but I can tell you, they are not legit. Not surprised, now that I know this junk comes from China.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I ordered 4 bathing suits. One came damaged with a huge hole. I had to send 8 emails to them. The customer service rep REFUSED to exchange the item for me. Her name was Natalia. She kept giving me other ridiculous solutions. "We can credit you $5." "We can credit you $3." "We will send you another one if you pay half." It's absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time buying from them. They will not take responsibility for their flaws and cheap items, and just want to get more money out of you!
