I bought an extra large but the suit wouldn't fit a 10-year-old boy. I normally wear a size 12 this suit was so small It also smelled of diesel fuel which will never come out, don't waste your money. The color was not the same as advertise they using pictures of U.S. bathing suits but are poor copies.

I don't typically order clothes online and I was afraid of wasting my money. Luckily there is no reason to worry with this vendor. Very, very impressed with the quality and finished of the bathing suits I ordered. Fit as described and even color and print matched. Also, success shipping and tracking experience.

There is no such thing as a return to Beachsissi. Extremely high cost to ship + no tracking available past the border of China = not possible to properly return items. Quality of products is low. A few items are acceptable and others are just trash. Bra pads are small and obtrusive. Fabrics are meh. Sure there's a market for cheap clothing but if these are considered that, then they are way overpriced. Their $30 dresses should be $15.

I was weary about ordering from one of these sites, but like many of us, I was intrigued by the number of great dresses and swim suits they had for sale at a good price. I decided to take a chance and order 2 dresses and a swimsuit. The dresses I would return they are simply not worth the $35 spent on each, thin flimsy fabric and cheap buttons, the one dress I threw straight in the wash as the fabric was itchy and stiff. Given returns are not easy and would end up costing me the cost of a dress from Switzerland, I guess I get to wear them around the house. The swim suit was an okay buy. Certainly a lesson learnt for me. I will not buy from any of these sites again.

Our purchase arrived 6 weeks after ordering with no invoice or packing slip. There is no customer service phone number on the website and there's a reason for that. You have to email the company to try to get an address for sending items back and they never provided that-just told me I was past the 15 day return policy - which of course I was because I had no return address or invoice and no one returned the first 2 emails we sent. Clearly this is how they make money.

I loved their swimwear! They're more than amazing, they got beautiful patterns and are perfect for beach or pool days! If you want to look stunning this summer I definitely recommend to everyone to have a look at their bikinis. You'll feel fabulous wearing them!

Like everyone else says, customer service is TERRIBLE. I got so frustrated that I eventually just gave up. Did not receive refund and they are no longer responding to my emails. I saw a few comments about the customer service rep seeming robotic and that's a perfect description. No help whatsoever and would not admit fault when the issues I experienced were most definitely their error. I even had screenshots from the website contradicting things the customer service rep would say.
I will not buy again and I'm trying my best to steer people away from this site.

Do not purchase ANYTHING from this site. The suits are not as imagined, and forget returning them if you're dissatisfied. The first option they give you is to buy another item instead for half price... and then when they finally agree to accept your return, they do not provide a shipping label. If you're in the US that means paying at least $30 and filling out a customs form. Absolutely not worth the hassle. Do not waste your time, energy, or money with this company! You will be disappointed.

Clothes are poor quality and don't match photos given. In fact, some prints actually are quite different than what is originally advertised. In fact, some clothes made of the cheapest materials, not even something to put on one's body. When needing to return, they require a traceable package. My last one, returning two tiny dresses, cost me 66.00 to return 85.00 of product. They try to negotiate with you to only accept a 10% return fee and not sending product back. This is a company interested in making a buck and not caring about a cheap throw away product.

Before purchasing do your research on company. Company is located in China so you can't return easily if want a refund. Also, customer is responsible for shipping fees. Im stuck with bathing suits that dont fit because UPS said they are not shipping to China due to
Covid and it will cost me about $80 to return. I paid for expedited shipping and they refuse to refund my shipping fees even though I didn't get items by promised dates.

I ordered what I thought would be a really cute bathing suit. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and it had a brown stain on the white top. Their return policy is super strict, so even when I sent pictures of the stain and said I wanted a return, they wouldn't pay for return shipping. They only offered a 10% refund. BE WARNED when shopping at overseas websites like this one. Customer service barely speaks English, and now I'm out $30 with a stained bathing suit.

I never write reviews like this but I had such an awful experience that I feel inclined to warn others. The customer service I received was terrible. The items I ordered don't fit and not to mention really cheaply made. They will not let me exchange or return the items. They gave me an option to buy another item half off instead which doesn't help me at all. There are many other companies I would recommend instead. Beware of this company!

I ordered few swimsuits with them. Total paid $103.US The items that i received are so cheap, the sizing is wrong. When you want to return it is in China. It would cost me $100. For the return. So frustrated! Why they still able to advertise in Facebook? Will never ever again order from them. Please do not loose your money there
