The suit I ordered said 2 weeks for delivery - Did not get it. They said it was sent back due to wrong postal information -- its not wrong, forwarding address is correct. They offered to me that I repay for shipping again and or 20% credit! Not happy, no resolution. I am out $45 and didnt have a suit on vacation.

I ordered a swimsuit 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for it. Has anyone else not received their item?

Be prepared for a huge wait on a refund of a return from Beachsissi!
I purchased a swim suit on line which I had never done before & never will again.I returned them due to incorrect size & I am still waiting for my credit. It has been nearly 12 months. I am appalled at my lengthy wait.I have tracked them & they have arrived, but held in customs.
Customer service is terrible & I feel like I have been fobbed off.I keep getting told wait a little longer. I am not happy I want my refund please, I have waited long enough..

I bought three swimsuits and paid for 5 to 10 day express shipping. It is currently day 21 and I have not received the items and when I tracked them they are not due to be here for another week. This company is fraudulent they have not answered my request for a refund or for customer support.DO NOT BUY ANUTHING FROM BEACHSISSI! It's a Chinese scam

I've got two fabulous swim suits from this site I love it! Always something a bit different, fair price and fit is good to. Great quality am thrilled thank you. I understand post is a little longer but order in plenty of time you won't be disappointed. Can't recommend Beachsis enough fab!

I ordered 3 tankini sets. After 2 weeks I reached out to the company because my order wasn't even showing that it had been shipped. I had to email them twice to get a response & you can't talk to them on the phone! After 3 weeks of waiting, 2 suits arrived. Unfortunately, I didn't like either. One due to fit and the other one I didn't like the styling. It took over another week for the last set to arrive. This one I liked. I emailed them to ask about mailing back the other 2 suits. It is such an ordeal and you get 10% off your purchase. Not worth all the waiting and shipping expense! Amazon sells Beachsissi. Use them so that you're not waiting a month to receive and a super easy return policy!

Sizing is way off ordered a large due to my upper body size (36c) Took forever to arrive. Once it arrived the top size was more like a 34A bottoms were huge! Huge dissatisfaction. You have to reach out to them for a return address and tracking has to be included when shipping back. Real joke! Reached out and was advised I could send it back for a refund which shipping with tracking was over 100.00. They did offer to refund me 10% of my order so a huge 3.40 went back to me. This place is such a disappointment. I will never order from here again!

I ordered three bathing suits and they do not fit me correctly. I cannot seem to be able to reach them via their email or phone number that they have listed for "contact us".

Am I stuck with three paid for bathing suits that I cannot wear?

I received my order and was extremely disappointed in a) quality and b) smell. Although the company responded to my request for return/refund quickly, the options offered were ridiculous:
-buy two more items for 50% off
-keep the items and receive 12% refund
-return to CHINA and if they accept the return you may have a refund provided
This is so poor!

I have ordered and returned suits from this company before and was very happy. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM! Maybe new management or owners? I ordered three suits and wanted to return them and its nearly impossible! I've sent three Emails-no response. Tried to use their "contact us" prompt-doesn't work. There is no correct address on their site to send your returns to! So frustrating! If I ever get an address to mail my purchases back they will probably pull "its been too long" no refund! Their crappy suits I'm returning (such bad fit and poor quality) are not worth this struggle! I'll never use this rip off site again!

AVOID this company, not even worth a star. The suits and cover ups are cute, but do not fit as seen in pictures or described and I even up'd a size. It took over a month for them to arrive. Wanting to return these, I'm offered 3 return options. 50% another order and keep first order, quick partial refund (which is pennies on the dollar), or send back to China for full refund with tracking which is not CHEAP and who knows if and when it would get there. Plus, they take forever to respond to emails and everything is auto generated, they don't care…they have your money. What a joke, will never purchase from them again!

They advertise a return policy. However, when we wanted to return for a full refund, they said we needed to send the items back to China at our cost which is triple what we paid for the items. Plus, the sizing and quality were not appropriate. SCAM. Never again,

I ordered 4 bathing suits and paid extra for express shipping. It's been 2 weeks and I don't even have any tracking info yet/ don't even know if it had shipped yet. I would have expected to have my package within 2 weeks with express shipping. I reached out to the company and haven't had a response...

Returning merchandise to Beachsissi has been impossible. They have had me send pictures of each item. Two of the items were damaged and I have had to send pics of the items then with them on and even had to resend a picture with description of damage. There is no return help on the website. At this point my guess is I will lose my money on these dresses. My advice is don't buy from them unless you are sure of your size and sure you will keep the item.

I wanted to give 0 but I couldn't this is the worst company ever with the worst customer service.
I ordered from them and I never get my parcel and they did not want to refund me. The customer service are like a machine not a real person.

Would rate a zero if possible. Several items delivered in January and when requesting return seller states it is past the 15 day return window. I ordered on 12/2/22 and I did not receive the items until the first week of January. Sent a request for a return on 1/15/23 and they stated I was past the 15 day return window and would not accommodate any type of return without me having to pay more $$. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I ordered few swimsuits with them. Total paid $103.US The items that i received are so cheap, the sizing is wrong. When you want to return it is in China. It would cost me $100. For the return. So frustrated! Why they still able to advertise in Facebook? Will never ever again order from them. Please do not loose your money there

I ordered a suit after reading that I could purchase expedited shipping (5 days). I waited 2 weeks and they hadn't even initiated the shipping. I emailed them to cancel the order. Hopefully my credit card is refunded without a hassle... will provide update!

Don't buy unless you are willing to throw money away!
I ordered a dress that is fraying with a lot of stitching missing. I emailed them, as per their website, and sent photos of the damaged and poor quality dress with thread on my bed. They replied telling me to cut the thread. I said no as it's fraying.
They said I could have $5 back (it's a $30 dress) or have the privilege of buying something else from them for 50% off. I told them again I want a refund, however they asked me to send the dress to china. The postage cost more than the dress!
Their website clearly says if anything is faulty or damaged they will cover return postage costs as 'customer satisfaction is their number 1 priority'.
Their response is there's no damage. I don't know what sort of clothing company thinks a poorly made, fraying dress with a heap of stitching missing is acceptable and not damaged.
Customer service is rude, the company is a scam, there's no option for a refund and I've had to contact my bank for a charge back.
Would never buy from them again!
