I had no idea this company was located in China. I read the 'returns' page and it states that bathing suits can be returned which is a lie.

The suits I received all varied wildly in size from one suit to the next. The suits are better suited to young girls with an A or B cupsize.

I reached out to get the return address and found out the company was located in China. First they told me that they would send me two more suits for free if I didn't return. I replied that I wanted to return the suits and get my 200 dollars back. This is how they replied:

Thanks for contacting me.
Return is OK, but returning 7 items isn't good for you.
We just want to protect your benefit at most.
Our warehouse is in China. You can check the shipping cost to China first as a reference.
Return shipping cost is high, it takes a long time, and it might be stuck at customs.
We can only refund you after we receive your return.
That's why we can send you 2 new items for free, without any charge to replace return. You even don't need to pay for shipping cost. You can select any item price under USD$35.
You can sell the items out. They won't take you much time. Our items are cute, high quality, and cheap.
Or we can refund $25 in total instead of return.

Kindly please consider it.

I was charged in June for a swimsuit I did not order. It just arrived about a week ago. Took forever to get responses. I was told clearly it was delivered in June! Not! Would accept no return! Only address was in Hong Kong & they say not there. All the phone numbers are like 13 digits long & none work!

Do not buy from Beachsissi! I wish I could give them a zero. They claim to allow returns/exchanges but will not accept them. They will ask you to pay outrageous shipping costs back to China, and then will turn your package away when it arrives. After 6 months, I have not received a refund or original package back. Customer service is also obviously based in China and does not offer any help. They instead reply with "So sorry-bad luck."

Below is my email back to them refusing and the original email is attached saying i would be refunded:
In my original email I asked about returning the one bathing suit. I was not told that if i did i would get no refund. I was given 3 options (option a, b, c). I choose option C, which was to return the suit for a full refund. I returned the suit as requested. I did what I was told to do by your company. So that person at beach sissi made me pay my own money to return it. If that beach sissi representative had told me i would get no refund I would not have paid my own money to return it. The very least you can do at this point is to refund $18.41 Canadian dollars that I paid to ship it back, as l shipped it because I was told I would get a refund by your beach sissi agent. I shipped it August 23rd 2022. Attached are pictures of the emails from beach sissi telling me where to ship it back and telling me I would get a refund. Your agent made a mistake by telling me I could get a refund. You now owe me shipping price back.

They say you can exchange but you can't. They give you 3 options, none of which is an exchange. You can either buy a new suit at discount, get pennies refunded on the dollar or return to China within 7 days. It took 5 days for them to send the address. Won't buy from them again even though the suit seems of good quality.

The pictures are really cute, but I wish I had read these reviews. The return policy is horrible! The material is cheap and the fit is too large. Example of you get what you pay for. :(

After reading all reviews I was extremely nervous to order from Beachsissi but I did I took a chance.
I ordered 4 bathing suits and they arrived today 10 days after ordering
The quality is great the colours were spot on, the fit is great everything I was hoping for.
I obviously didn't have to worry about returning any items so I can't comment on returns, but I am thrilled with my purchases.

Quite the scam they have going on their return policy. Buyer beware! This company is based in China not the U. S and they will only give you a full refund if... you pay to ship it to China! Yeah, not worth it and they know it! No integrity, surprise, surprise. Never buying from this company again and passing that onto all of my friends and acquaintances.

When I tried to return one item out of five that I ordered, customer service blocked me! That wanted me to keep the item and retain full price purchase and instead give me 50% on a new item if I purchased with them again. I said no thank you please just send me a return label and they blocked me! The item was supposed to be M but was an XS I could never wear!

The customer service is terrible as well as the items! They looked terrible and trying to return is virtually impossible. They will not refund you unless you send back to china. Which by the way is 200 don't buy from them!

Made a purchase online, paid for it, and shipping was going to be 3-6 days. After the order, I never received an email confirmation with an order number. I emailed the zendesk support address about this and the rep stated that they did not see anything under my name, email address, or the shipping address. The next day, the purchase I did was taken from my credit card. A week later, the customer service rep was still unable to help even though payment was taken from me. Fortunately, my credit card company was able to reverse this charge for me. Be careful with this company.

Avoid this company. The suits themselves are cute, but do not fit as seen in pictures or described. It took over a month for them to arrive. Wanting to return these, I'm offered 3 return options. 50% another order and keep first order, quick partial refund (which is pennies on the dollar), or send back for full refund. Return shipping is all the way back to China, which is NOT cheap. What a joke, will never purchase from them again.

I ordered an item in June, they shipped it a couple weeks after, but delivered the product at my door on street level and it was stolen. They do not indicate you when it's gonna be delivered, they don't follow up with their delivery place, they don't call or text you when it's gonna be delivered and most importantly they don't take any responsibility in anything. I would have gladly picked it up at a delivery store if they would have left me a note at the door instead of leaving the product on the street. They made me pay shipping again to deliver another product and it took a total 2 months and half for me to get it. They are not responsive, not professional on emails and not reachable over phone. Finally, it's way too expensive for the quality. Forget Beachsissi ;)

I was super excited about the photos, I have ordered from China before from other shopping sites such as: Nora Cora, Lillicloth, Light In the Box, so I gave Beachsissi a try.
I ordered (2) suits; 1 small, 1 medium. Neither suit was true to size, and you are not able to separate pieces unless you want to waste your money. Shipping back internationally is absolutely crazy (the cost of (1) suit. Nevermind, I will keep them and donate them.
No thank you, lesson learned, will never order again. Save your money, spend it in the states, where a friendly return is possible.

WORST BRAND AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! MISSING PACKAGE AND REFUSE TO MAKE CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION! ONLY ASKING FOR MORE MONEY TO RESEND! DON'T BUY, THIS IS A CON JOB!

Purchased multiple sizes because wasn't sure of the fit and after receiving them and wanting to return some of them I was stuck like chuck. Pretty much no returns unless your going to pay to have it shipped all the way back to bum f%# egypt lol (China)! So I was out for a good bit of money which really sucked! They are not US based so just know that and honestly the quality isn't all there and shipping is a while which was another thing that I wasn't aware of and had planned a cruise and the suits didn't arrive in time.

I ordered 3 items with a total of $92.00 which gave me free shipping. After 2 weeks I received an email that 1 item was no longer available. They refunded me minus the shipping because now they thought I should pay for it! Not my fault it was gone. Plus it has now been 4 weeks and I have not seen my order.

I ordered 8 items. When i received the package it was tiny and I new this wasn't good! Upon opening the pkg the clothing was such poor quality and flimsy I didn't even attempt to try on. It looked nothing like what I ordered and I knew I was taken. The return policy clearly states you can return for a full refund but that's a lie. I actually used "After Pay" for my purchase so fingers crossed they can do something to get my money back! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
