Stay away from purchasing from this site. I placed an order on July 13,2022 and paid express shipping to receive the items within 3-7 days. It's now August 5th and I have yet to receive my items. I asked to cancel my order since it didn't arrive in time, and they state that the express shipping is from shipment date. What a joke, this site is nothing but taking your money without follow through or delivery. Do not get stuck with paying out money without the items arriving. Worst sure, purchase from Cupshe as they deliver with honesty.

I ordered a swim suit and tried to return it. The catch is, if i would like to return it I have to pay for it to be shipped to China which costs more then the item i bought. Not worth it, don't order from them.

Tthis is the worst pruduct I have ever bought and they wont even answer me when i e mail so guess it goes in the garbage where it belongs! Ive learned my lesson!

Shipping took forever for my order and then when I tried everything on the sizing was off. During my attempt to return I was given different guidelines than posted on their online policy. The guidelines were somewhat unreasonable with a small window to get the return in the mail or receive a $3 refund!

If you buy anything it comes from china! Took over month to receive them. I had to return the items due to inaccurate sizes. They are smaller than your normal size. I went to ship them back and was informed of the cost! To ship them back to china is more than what I paid for the items! Customer service is not helpful 100% horrible! BEWARE do not buy!

I ordered 4 items from Beach Sissi back on June 7th. The website states they ship items out in about 5 days. Well, after checking for the shipment tracking information 4 weeks in, I asked for a refund which they refused. The day after this communication, my items ordered were shipped. I ended up receiving product on July 24. While the items were okay in quality, unless you want to wait 6 weeks for your order, I do not suggest ordering from them.

You cannot return things as they give you a China address. The clothes smell like toxic chemicals and they are made so cheaply you wouldn't put them on a doll. When contacting the company they give you no options to return for refund.

Beachsissi is a FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM IT. STAY AWAY. I bought 2 swimsuits and paid for them. 5 months later, they were not shipped yet. I contacted their customer service many times during the 5 months and they were asking me to be patient every time. 5 months later, I contacted them and they said that the delivery failed and refused to refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Was looking forward to getting a couple of new suits first the summer. Got them and were a bit snug no biggie. They offered $3 to keep them (umm 2 swim suits total were $70 thank but no thanks). Tried to refund for full credit but could not get address verified to ship. Now stuck with two suits that don't fit. Maybe I can sell locally and try to make a few dollars back?

To return you pay shipping cost to China, costing more than item itself! Of course you could get a 10% refund or spend more money at the company by buying another item at 50% off. I should have done my homework on this company, glad I only bought one item and am only out $38.

I bought two bathing suits from this company and unfortunately they didn't fit so I wanted to exchange them... They told me the only way to exchange them was to send them back to China at my expense and wait for a new one, or they would give me a $3 refund if I wanted to just keep the bathing suit and order a new one... Yep you read that correctly, $3! For a bathing suit that I paid $33 for... I also ordered two bathing suits from cupshe and those didn't fit either, but when I called them they gave me $130% refund so I could order new bathing suits (they gave me 130% just in case they didn't have the sizes in the ones I actually wanted and had to order something at a different price) and they told me to keep and donate or do whatever I wanted with the other suits and don't worry about returning them... So if you have to choose between Beachsissi and cupshe, definitely go with cupshe! I will never spend my money with Beachsissi again

They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with! I never received part of my order and I want to return the things I did receive. No one is helpful via email, so I asked for a phone number and was told they don't solve issues that way. This has been going on for over a month. The clothes and swimsuits may look cute online, but they are cheaply made and the sizes aren't accurate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My 4 items came is a reasonable amount of time. The suit tops fit much smaller than normal and the beach cover-up fabric is poor quality. In order to get a refund, they require it with a tracking number. For me to send these back, I would have to pay $85 Canada Post by sea! Who knows when they would get there, so I will have to try to sell on FB marketplace or give them away. Do not buy unless you're sure you have the right size!

If you buy something and it doesn't work, here's the return policy...

A) Exchange for New Item: we resend you a new item with 50% off price instead of return. (Most customers choose this)

B) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. We can refund USD$2 for each returned item. This way can save you much effort and time.

C) Return for a full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer a valid returning tracking number.

Btw, the return address is China... which will cost you over $25 to send an item back to.

beachsissi.com is another cheap Chinese clothing online shop that is fake and a scam.

I ordered 280$ worth of items from them three months ago, and they didn't deliver not only that but their fake "customer support" asks for more money (50$ extra) to ship my items.

It seems their trick, like many, is to pay for western YouTubers to lie for them that they are legit, don't trust, and don't be like me.

Awful company. They don't tell you that you have to ship your returns and pay for the cost to China! Customer service is terrible and they have no discretion to make exceptions

Some products aren't as advertised and returning is cost prohibitive. The suit I ordered looked nothing like the photos. It fit but the styling was terrible. The factory must've been running out of the upper fabric because they changed the layout of fabrics (where one color stopped and the other started raised about 4") which changed the look of the suit completely. The bunching was under the boob and the stomach area was not bunched at all. It made it so much less flattering! It was really bad. I gave it away. Not as advertised. The photo is a screenshot of their ad from 2020 when I ordered. I didn't have one wearing it.

Amazing products, they are suitable for différent dates. Elegant and pretty. Black is always a good idea.

Ordered an XL and the top which was supposed to be loose was about 2 sizes smaller than the size of bottoms.
