U wait forever to get what u ordered, they don't tell u on return policy that u have to ship back to China that cost me $85.00 for 5 suits for a full refund so not worth it, also I posted the option return your offered and it's all the crap they can't sell, the suits are not that great and not worth your time to be able to try on and switch for a different size, also the sizes are strange. I am never spending my time or money with them ever again. If you want similar suits and fast refunds shop with cupshe!

I returned items roughly 2 1/2 months ago. They keep claiming that it's still in transit. Have not yet been refunded.

Same as everyone else. Ordered a bunch of swimsuits, the quality was horrible, and I notified them immediately. Got the old you can buy more suits for half price, get $3 back per item, or pay for return to China. I actually read their return policy on their site before buying and it is so cleverly worded and very unclear. They don't mention any of this nonsense in their policy, only after you contact them to return. I told them they need to have easy returns for swimwear as it needs to be tried on. In addition, the quality is lacking and sizing are way off. Will be contesting my charge with Amex as their policy is not clearly stated and they appear to be scamming consumers. There are other sites you can purchase from in China that offer easy returns and are decent quality so it can be done!

I bought a swim skirt. I paid the amount of the skirt plus my shipping. At the time of putting in my address it change my city and state before I realized and hit send to okay my card. I emailed the company they said for an additional 12.99 they would send another one out. Then I asked for a full refund for the suit and the shipping. They won't do that either. I said my suit would just come back and they said they destroy it at customs. It does say if you are unhappy with your product they will refund you. Not true. You can't be asked to pay more in shipping if you never received anything. This company doesn't understand policies and is $#*! all together. I will be reaching out to the BBB also and filing a complaint. I am also going to have my bank go after their $#*!. Dumb $#*!…. Never again! I even warned them and apparently they don't care. Poor customer service and would rather take a bad rating then make a customer happy.

After not receiving a dress that I had ordered, (several months after the order was placed) I finally asked for my money back. I was told that they would still charge me the shipping fees even though I never received the order. I ended up filing dispute on the credit card charge.

This place is in China so you won't get it for 21 days and if you want to return anything, costly and it's just not worth what you spent.

Wish I would of found this review site before ordering. I ordered 4 bathing suits for $100 two which fit good but the other two did not fit right on me so I decided to return. I contacted beachsissi costumer service and they responded pretty quickly with shady return options. First option is sending the items back with valid tracking number. Which I tried to do but turns out you have to return to China at a $30 cost. Second option is fast partial Refund where you keep the items that don't fit and you get $2 per item. The third option is Exchange for new item. You buy 2 new bathing suit for 50 percent off Instead of Return. They stated that most customers Choose this option lol! I will never again order from this company and I will do my homework before I order from any online site again. So disappointed!

I would never order from this site again. Return policy is horrible. Can't return or get money back. It was going to cost $50 to return items to China. They will only replace 2 items when I am returning 3 at over $100 worth. A few of the suits were cute and fit well, but due to horrible customer service and return policy, I would never order from them again. Stay clear.

I'm a first time purchaser from Beachsisi and although wary of buying online, I was assured by their return policy. In fact, I bought more pieces thinking that I could return the ones that do not fit well. The quality comes across as very cheap and the fit is terrible. I asked for a full refund but have since been rejected saying that they'll refund only 15%... please please please be careful about passing your hard earned money to this company. It's an expensive lesson for me, for sure.

I am utterly impressed by Beachsissi's good-quality swimwear. The bikinis are true to size and I also love how the colour does not fade away when it comes in contact with hydrochloric acid in the pool. Beachsissi's swimwear is not just absolutely stunning, but value for your money too. I have so many sets from Beachsissi and I am obsessed with all of them.

I got my product. The quality is good and faster than expected. I received good customer service and they answered fast to my emails with patience. However, the delivery company they use here in Canada is not good at all. They didn't delivered it to my house and after being confused trying to figure it out the name of the carrier company going back and forth with emails I got the name and I had to drive half an hour to pick my item. But the product is good

I wish I had done my research before purchasing. I knew the suits were most likely made in China. I followed the size chart and the suits actually fit but they all seemed to be really poor quality fabric, like they would lose shape or fade or just look very cheap. So I wanted to return the suits. I contacted the company the same night I received the suits and got the standard "returning is inconvenient" email they send, offering me 2 items for free, or ½ off 5 items. I replied that I didn't want to keep anything I had, and I definitely did not want to purchase more things, that I wanted to return the items instead. I have not received a reply and after reading the other reviews, I am thinking I probably will not get a reply. What a terrible business model. I am going to leave a comment on their Instagram post and see if that does any good.

Regardless, unless you want to just throw your money away, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not received an email saying it shipped, or a tracking number. When I go to the site it says my order hasn't shipped. I have emailed them 4 times with no response!

I bought 3 swimsuits from Beachsissi. All looked cute on their website. This fit was terrible and the bottoms are cut way too narrow. I contacted them and they wanted to exchange or send me more for additional money but I said no as my purchase was almost $100 and nothing worked. They finally provided the return address, which is in China. It cost me nearly $40 to mail them back. It has been almost 2 months and I still do not have a credit. They make it look like you are buying from a legit company but I can tell you, they are not legit. Not surprised, now that I know this junk comes from China.

I ordered a dress for a beach wedding and paid $22.99 for express shipping to ensure I received it on time.
They shipped it regular post and of course, I received it after the wedding.
They refused to acknowledge their error and reimburse me for the extra shipping I paid.
And the dress is see-through to boot.
Will not order from them again.

They don't offer 30 day returns. They will do everything possible to keep your money! I do Not recommend this Made in China CO.

I ordered a bathing suit, It was too large. I wanted to return it and found out it would cost me $29 to return it to China. They offered me a refund of $3 and to keep the bathing suit. Why would I want to keep a bathing suit that doesnt fit and get $3. I paid with shipping $39.99
When I inquired about it their answer was, thats our policy. If you are not sure your item will fit, probably best not to order from here. They do not offer any return labels and to ship it back to China its $29

This website appears to have bathing suits from the US, but they are all coming from China. I guess if your bathing suit fits you, you're not going to have problems, but if it doesn't, and you need to return it, there in lies the problem. I tried to make a return, and emailed them. They said I could buy another item for 50% off, do nothing and they would refund me $3 (yes, $3!), or return it for a refund. The item I purchased was $28. It cost me $18 to mail it back to China. The address they gave me was convoluted, and very confusing. I will never buy anything from this company again! Such a poor way to do business!

This company charged me for additional items that I did not order, did not send confirmation for these items (I learned from my bank statement prior to the delivery). When I asked to return the items that I did not order and was charged for, they sent me multiple emails insisting I exchange them, stating that 15 days from purchase was the return timeline (items were not sent to me within 15 days of my initial purpose), and that I would have to pay for shipment of items to China (greater cost than items themself). I extend a great warning to any considering purchase on this site as I believe them to be working a scam.

Terrible return policy! I ordered two bathing suits with confidence since their website says returns allowed. Their website states "Refunds will be reimbursed to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately". What they don't say is that the customer must ship the product back to China at their own expense even though the product ships from the US. Then they further insult the customer by offering a $3.00 refund if you will keep the product or "allowing" you to buy another product at 50% off. Their customer service is a joke! Steer clear!
