Received a item that was not the quality I expected. Wanted to return the item. They offered my a $3 refund not to return the item that is unwearable. If I choose to ship it back to them they provide a ridiculous address that UPS is saying is not correct and you must cover the cost to ship to China with a required tracking number. I would not recommend this company.

Very poor quality and if it does not fit... you have to return it to China... which costs an awful lot of money. Therefore, you just have to hope someone you know can wear it - to give it away. The cost to return the item is more than the price you pay for it!

If you wish to return you have to pay more to send to China than the original cost of the item! The swimsuit was of low quality and the top was much smaller than the measurements I based it on. I used the sizing guides provided by beachsissi. Customer services in China continue to give me the same response to return or exchange for 50% off any product. Why would I want to buy another product? It was only $26 but it was wasted. I have learned my lessen.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CAN"T RETURN YOUR PRODUCT. AND THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE.

My daughter erroneously ordered a bathing suit for her friend and I immediately tried to cancel the order. I was told that the shipping company placed the order and they were charged a $5 kickback fee and therefore had to charge me the fee. They asked again if I wanted to cancel and I said yes. I find it hard to believe that anything could be shipped so fast these days since everything has been taken longer than usual. I think this was just a way to force me to place the order.

This site is such a scam. The suit you get is a cheap knockoff from the picture. Sizes are completely inaccurate, and they are hastily and sloppily sewn together. Your are NOT getting a good deal on these.
And if you want to ship back and chance them not ever receiving it, you'll only get $3 for each suit.
Do not waste your money!

The suit arrived and was very poor quality overall. Given that it's not expensive I halfway expected this, but it was worse than I anticipated. When the suit didn't fit I contacted them about a return or exchange. I found out I had to return it to China at my own expense. Terrible experience. I will never take a chance on one of their suits again. Save your money.

Extremely disgusted with this company and customer service. I order product back on 1-31, asked for an update on 2-7 and all I was told was "it's on it's way".
I explained I am going on vacation 2-19 and wouldn't be back until 3-7. It came while I'm on vacation and I asked for a return and missed their tight return window of 15 days, by 2 days.
I'm stuck with a $500 order!

Horrible company with horrible products and they will not honor their return policy…they give you the run around when you say you need to return products, which you will!

I ordered from this company and paid extra shipping to receive my order in time for my vacation. I only received my order 2 months after. I tried to return my order since I had to buy bathing suits from another company. They would not accept my return. In return they wanted to give me 3.00 for my order. I tried to return it and it was stuck in customs over 5 months because they are located in China and was returned back to me. I also asked for the shipping cost and they refused. Their customer service was horrible. NEVER AGAIN. IF YOU SEE GOOD REVIEWS, MOST LIKELY THEY ARE FAKE. If I could give no stars to this company, I would. DON'T DO IT...

I bought $130.00 worth of bathing suits from this co. They will NOT return my items. Giving an excuse "it is so hard as return would need to be shipped to China" offered me $3.00 per item instead! Horrible! Also took forever to get my items!

Bought 4 items, they arrived while I was away for a 10 day trip. Got home tried on and all too small. I'm thinking their size calculator is based on a 100 lb women for size L(usually I get M but size up on suits). Never wore a XL in my life but even that might be too small here! Emailed them and got an email saying yes you can return/exchange. Immediately and I mean immediately within 1 min. Another that said sorry refund only 2 weeks. Now you must buy another and we'll only charge 1/2 price. So now I have 4 items that don't fit and they want me to put more $ out for another that I'm certain won't fit. They think I'm an idiot? All the while sending insulting emails saying they don't care if I never buy from them again! Horrible manners and customer service!

I ordered quite a few swimsuits to try on for an upcoming vacation because their website touted "easy returns". Well that is NOT the case. I am now stuck with about $100 worth of swimsuits that I don't like. They will exchange them for other items at 50% off, you can get a partial credit of $3/item, or you can mail them back to Shanghai China for a full refund. Do you know what it costs to mail a pkg to China? LOL THREE DOLLARS for a brand new $35 swimsuit that didn't fit according to their dimensions. Save yourself some hassle and $$ and shop within the U.S. with a legitimate store that accepts returns.
