I ordered (well in advance) a dress and bathing suit that did not arrive in time before I went on holidays. I received the package when I was on holiday. When I came home I requested a refund which I was late by 2 days. The dress fabric is cheap. They did not allow for refund. Very disappointed - customer service NOT GREAT!

I had read reviews that returns were difficult. So before I placed my order, I confirmed that returns could be made. Well, reviews are correct. I ordered 7 items and wanted to return 4 of the items (totaling $101). When I contacted Customer Service about a return, they stated that returns are "inconvenient" and offered to send me 3 new items for 1/2 price or 1 new item free. I replied that I wanted to return the items. 4 days later I get a response with the following options:

A) Exchange for Free Item: we resend you 1 new item with free price (below $35) instead of return. (Most customers choose this)

B) Exchange for New Items: we resend you 3 new items with 50% off price instead of return.

C) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. We can refund USD$3 for each return item. This way can save your much effort and time.

D) Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer the valid returning tracking number.

Cost to send the package back to China was $28.00.

So my advice... be sure you will like the items you are ordering because returning is a big challenge!

I ordered a bikini set on February 1 (2022) and paid for the 3-7 day express shipping. When the bathing suit did not arrive as posted, I contacted customer service, which is only an option of email. I was told that the item was at their distribution center in LA. The bathing suit arrived on 2/18. Not the 3-7 days as advertised.

The item I ordered did run small, I inquired about a refund and was given 3 options (see attached).

BEWARE: Also, this item came from China, NOT LA, and if you want to return it, it costs more than the original payment of the product.

These swimsuits are poor quality. I bought 2 and waited almost a month to receive. The shipping label said it came from with the US. I wanted to return because of poor quality. I bought a scalloped suit and the scalloping didn't hold any shape and fell over. Not only do you have to return the items to China but the emails back and forth are cumbersome. I spent $65 and paid $30 to ship back. We'll see if they say they got the return and actually refund my money. Don't ever buy from Beachsissi.

I have previously bought products from here and liked them, however last year 2021 I purchased products that didn't fit and the materials were not stretchy or flattering or comfortable so I had to return. The options aside from return no where near compensated for the money I spent and I didn't want store credit in case I got more items that didn't fit or didn't like.
If you need to return your item it must be returned to China, which for me in Aus is expensive, it then gets stuck in customs and they won't issue you a full refund until it gets through... My retutned package has been stuck since December 2021and Beachsissi are no closer to refunding me for items I don't even have, despite my efforts to contact them.

Ordered quite a few suits to try on, kept 3 and wanted to return the rest. Emailed them with my order, have not heard anything back! Emailed them again, no response! DO NOT purchase anything from them unless you plan on keeping it no matter what! Horrible service!

I ordered a bunch of things from Beachsissi for a trip to Mexico. The items did not come in time, and all the items are too large. I asked to exchange the items for a smaller size or return the items for a refund. The email I received was that the items have to be sent back to China and that it would cost too much money and most likely not get through customs. On their website there is a big American Flag that states USA. I am not sure why they would advertise this, when they do not take the items back. Very disappointing because I have bought from them in the past and really liked the products. Now I have 15-20 items I can't use. Beware if you buy from them and want to return anything...

The positive reviews must be fake. I ordered two suits from them- they arrived looking marginally like the website pictures. Unfortunately the bikinis straps were so long that it would only cover my breasts if they hung down to my navel. I sent a picture and after much back and forth was told I'd only get a refund if I mailed it back despite it clearly being a quality issue. I did mail it back just to see what they would do and guess what? No refund. No reply to my follow up emails. If you want to roll the dice and get a shoddily made suit with no recourse if it ends up being completely unwearable then beachsissi is for you.

I ordered a coverup for a vacation and paid an extra $18 to have it expedited in 3-7 days. It's been 6 days and it hasn't even been shipped. The website will not allow you to contact them, only by email because the office is in CHiNA! Not UK like their address says. They answered the email and said they could not refund my money because it had already shipped which is a total lie, I have not received the promised email saying it has shipped. If you want to throw money away then use this company which has only been around a month! IT'S A SCAM!

I ordered 7 suits from Beachsissi & tried to return 5. The fit was terrible on the 5. It took 6 months for the suits to make it back to me because they refused to claim the shippment. I used the address they gave me & they still came back. I lost the money I paid for the suits ($117) & the $44 I spent to ship to China!
My advice is to never order from this company!

I purchased some items from this site and found one not to be as advertised. On notifying them they provided a detailed description of how to return which I did at a fair expense. The tracking showed that the item arrived in their customs and they needed to call to release. They did not do that saying their customs department cannot be contacted. Said they had not received the items back to their door so would not refund. Very disappointing. Not a reputable company.

I ordered 4 items total US120.3 of them don't fit. Beachsissi offers me $3 to compensate for each item without refund. Or I have to send them back to China for refund at my expense.

I found several cute tankini styles that I was interested in, but decided to only order two to see if I would like them in person. As I have gained weight recently, I made a point of taking careful measurements. With a 38" bust, I am at the top end of the sizing range for a large, so I crossed my fingers and hoped that would be big enough.

One tankini (a halter style) fit perfectly (note: I'm only referring to the tops in this review as the bottoms were ridiculously small, but I planned to wear my own). When I tried on the bandeau top, I found it to be very loose in the bust. Without the straps, I fear it would fall down … and I bought it to be worn as shown (without straps).

I laid the two suits on a flat surface, one on top of the other, and found that the bandeau was over an inch wider, making it 2" bigger around the bust than the other.

I sent an email to Beachsissi along with the photo. Their response was that the size charts are "just a reference." I understand that different styles can fit differently, but if two suits of the "same" size have a 2" difference in actual measurements, that is a quality control issue.

I love the bandeau top and was only asking to do an even exchange (not a refund). As others have said, however, their only allowance was for me to "buy" a medium top at 50% off (with no guarantee that it will fit), or accept a $3 refund.

I won't be taking my chances again.

I excitedly ordered a tankini from this company, paid about $40 plus $8 shipping. I ordered it on 1/1/22 and received it on 1/18/22. When I finally received it, it was the cheapest piece of crap bathing suit that I've ever seen. So poorly constructed and the material felt like cheap, rubbery thin latex (think of the feeling of an inflated balloon). It was AWFUL. So I decided to return for a refund. And THIS is why you have to email them for their return address and it's not shown on their website. Because it's in China and the cost to ship back to China would have been about $40. They know we're not going to do that so they offer a quick refund of $3.00 without sending back. Yes, $3. I reluctantly opted for that choice. So unless you want to get stuck with something you may not luck, DO NOT ORDER FROM BEACHSISSI!

I absolutely love their swimwear. The material is very good quality and the sizes are perfect as well. I can't wait to rock them this summer!

I ordered several items from Beachsissi that, though they arrived, were cut strangely and did not at all fit. That's when I learned that their returns system is a scam. In all return scenarios, I'd end up losing a lot of money and communications with customer service were poor and limited. I opted to send the items back to the company in China via an extremely poor and chaotic system and a lot in shipping to do so. I used a return address sent to me by the company, but after months the package was sent back to me. I've lost about $100 because of Beachsissi. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

What a nightmare experience!
Ordered mid 2021. Product arrived weeks later and none of it fitted. Too big, too small, shocking quality.
Read the returns policy (yes, I should have read it first!) and emailed their customer service team. They gave me the address to return it to in China. It cost me 1/4 of my order cost to return my whole order to China but I couldn't and wouldn't use the product and thought that was the best option.
Weeks after I received my Australia Post tracking notice to say it had arrived, I followed up with customer service and was told it hadn't arrived. This went on for 6 months…. Then they changed the story saying they were too small to clear the package from customs.
I did exactly what they instructed when I returned the item. They said they could do nothing to help but I should "wait more time". After many emails, they offered me US$3 per item. It is a complete rort!
I wish I gave the money to charity instead of succumbing to the Insta barrage from them.
Steer clear.
