I gave this company 1 star although they don't even deserve a 1. I ordered a bathing suit and cover up. I received the products on Dec 20 and attempted to return on Jan 5. The bathing suit did not fit and the material looked cheap. The material of the cover up also looked cheap. The company's response was that I attempted to return on day 16 and they will only accept returns in 15 days. There was no consideration that this was over the Christmas holidays and New Year etc. They offered that I could buy another product at half price. I would not purchase any more products from this company at any price! Poor quality product and poor customer relations. Beware, please note I also left a review on their site but it didn't show up... what a surprise

STAY AWAY! Ordered a swim suit on December 3, paid express shipping of $13.00 US, as they promised delivery in 3-5 days. The suit arrived in18 days after ordering! I requested they return the $13.00 since they did not deliver what was advertised. After many frustrating emails, they offered to repay half. However, they requested that I replace my negative review with a positive one! What kind of a company does that? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The material of the bikinis is super good, it has really good quality and they are beautiful. Shipping was fast

Do not order from Beachsissi! I have been waiting for over 5 months for my order and they refuse to refund me. This is a scam of a company who takes advantage of people! ABSOLUTE THIEVES!

If you need to return the item - it will be to **China** cost & time factors to be considered.
They are NO help after several emails, they mail from TX. If you like their products look for it on Amazon - go through a second part who will have your back. 8

Unfortunately if you are a day beyond the 15 days of their return policy, you will not be allowed to return any items. I had bought almost $400 of items, and found out my sizing wasn't quite right. Because I was 1 day over the 15 when the return process began and by the time they responded, about 5 days over, I was not allowed to return any items. Big bummer. Don't need to waste any more $400 orders on this company. Sizing was odd. Tops we're ill-fitting and large, bottoms were a lot of material. I probably wouldn't recommend getting sucked into the low prices. Not worth it…. As I found with my wasted $400.

Upsized to ensure fit, and ordered 2 pieces. Arrived, but found to be too big, so contacted for return and although told this was too hard and that they could offer me another at 1/2 price, I got all the details and paid quite an amount to return both items. I also ordered a replacement item, which was received. Sent parcel tracked as instructed, only to have it sit at Shanghai customs clearance, for the last 7 weeks. Asked supplier to contact customs, but apparently they can't do that. Instead they offered me a $9.30 refund. This is considerably short of the $NZD175 that this has cost me, plus the additional amount that I paid, for the replacement swimsuit.
I also find it to be totally misleading, when suppliers quote in USD.

They have incredible material, these costumes will leave you speechless for their beauty too! Spectacular
