This company is in China. When I went to return a dress ($40 purchase) the cost was $97!
Don't buy here. The dress was nothing like the photos. This is a scam. There are no refunds with this Cost of the return! Please don't be fooled like I was

HAD MULTIPLE SUITS TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE. DUE TO A COVID SITUATION WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE 15 DAY LIMIT FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THEY WERE NOT FLEXIBLE, EVEN FOR A FEW DAYS DIFFERENCE AND EVEN WHEN I EXPLAINED THE COVID SITUATION. EVERY QUESTION I ASKED RESULTED IN A FORM RESPONSE EMAIL OR OUR "RETURN POLICY IS ON THE WEBSITE'. I EVEN ASKED IF I COULD GET A STORE CREDIT. ALL ITEMS I WANTED TO EXCHANGE WERE SIZE RELATED AND WERE STILL FULL PRICED AND CURRENT INVENTORY. THEY ALSO WERE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. JUST BEWARE THAT THIS IS NOT A U. S, COMPANY AND DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. SINCE THE PANDEMIC, MOST COMPANIES HAVE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO EXTEND RETURNS, BUT THEY WOULD NOT DO ANY EXTENSION. (THEY OFFERED A $5 DISCOUNT IF I PURCHASED MORE ITEMS!).

Haven't even received my order yet and I can tell you they SUCK! I placed ONE order and they charged me twice ($90 each time!) and refuse to even acknowledge the second charge. Showed PROOF and Basically said…sorry about your luck! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I feel completely scammed by this company.

I purchased a few bathing suits and the quality and fit wasn't that great so I decided to make a return.

I paid to have them shipped (back to China!), communicated back and forth with customer service and then waited (they advised it would take a while to receive my return $ and to be patient) after 8+ weeks I wrote them and they advised they had not received the bathing suits. I contacted the shipping company and was told the suits were stuck at customs and that beachsissi would need to call customs to get them released. After another 3 to 4 weeks of communication with beachsissi, they refused to call customs, refused to do the refund, refused to let me talk to any superior, and only would offer a 15% return, which wouldn't even cover the cost of shipping.

I believe they know what they're doing. They know about this loop hole in their company and if that's the case they could give people a heads up on their website (I reviewed everything about returns before I made the purchase as bathing suits can be tricky and nothing about this being a possible issue was outlined anywhere)

I feel scammed. I have wasted time and money with nothing to show for it.

Please don't make the same mistake I did. This is a sketchy Instagram company, unprofessional with horrible customer service.

Ps - on another note, I did order from Cupshee and am blown away about how vastly different my experience was. The packaging, quality, style, fit, communication/customer service, etc! All incredible. Actually the best I've ever seen.

I ordered a bikini and a dress. The costumers are super nice and friendly and they answer very soon! Unfortunately the dress is too big for me but I absolutely loved the bikini good material and fits really well.

Before you order from this company please check the overview of reviews. You will see that they have more 1 star reviews than all the other reviews combined. I would like to add a 1 star review because their return policy is extremely deceptive. Their items are shipped from the USA, but must be returned to China. They try to discourage you from doing that by offering you $3 to just keep the item. But, I did return my items to China at a cost of $28. The items have been received in Shanghai and held in Customs for over a month, but Beachsissi is unable/refuses to go get them. So not only are you out the cost of the items, but the shipping cost as well. Trying to communicate with Beachsissi is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

You have only 15 days to return or exchange your item. I've been out of town when I got my purchase so I missed my 15 days. Plus they don't send you an invoice so I had to search where I made this purchase. I accidentally ordered 2 of my item and their size run small. They offer to exchange my item if I pay them half price of the item. Are you freakin kidding me. I do most of my shopping in line. I will never do business with them ever again.

I would NOT recommend ordering if you intent to be able to exchange or get a refund because you WILL NOT be able to do so. The suits I bought did not fit and wanted to return them. I spent $160 in swim suits, ordered one size up and they were all still too small or did not fit my body right. I was told I have to pay for return shipping another $60 because it is international to then still not get a return. Finally after inquiring they settled for a whopping $24. I will NEVER order from this company again and I advise future customers to BEWARE!

The bikinis are very good quality and very suitable and also you can choose different models with great colors.

I purchased a swimsuit for approx. $60AU dollars. When it arrived it was of inferior quality and unwearable.
I returned it. The return postage cost me $60.00AU. After chasing them for months they have informed me that customs decided to send it back to me! This is clearly a lie! They then offered me 15% refund!
Don't go near this company. It is a total scam. They are frauds and thiefs.

I purchased a bunch of suits because prices were good and I wasn't sure if my size. Their website makes it seem like returns and exchanges are easy. They are not! I spent over $150 on suits, and was returning 3 suits worth approx $100. I was returning within the 15 day time limit, I contacted them to start the return process. They offered for me to keep the suits and they would refund me about $20. I didn't want the suits and that was less than half of what I paid for them. I went ahead with the return. The return itself was over $25 dollars, but at this point i was at least recovering the amount of one suit. I got the correct return address and got a tracking number and mailed my package. It has been almost 2 months and I have not received my return. They keep telling me they need to receive the package to issue a refund. That was not stated in their return policy. Supposedly it is in customs in Shanghai. So I guess I am out my money. I will never order from here again. The whole reason I ordered suits was because I could easily return them. Nope.

Yes, you can return. It's just our warehouse is in China. Return shipping cost is on customer's part.

Return takes long time and it could be stuck on customs. We refund only if we receive your return.

That's why we recommend you exchange for 2 new free items instead of return.

You can sell them out. It won't take you much time. Our items are cute, high quality, and cheap.

I love their bikinis! The quality is really good! Personally I think they are a really good brand.

I placed two orders with Beachsissi, one in late June, the other in early July. It's now early September and I've only received one of the two packages. I requested that the order be canceled multiple times but the person responding to my emails failed to acknowledge the request and only kept saying they would "rush" the package. Of course now that one has been deliver they refuse to make any exceptions on their return policy and are requiring I pay the shipping. TO CHINA! The expected arrival date was weeks not months…this company has zero concern about having return customers. Do not be fooled by the good looking website and Instagram ads, this is just another cheap Chinese based clothing outlet like all the others.
