My suit came smelling strongly of smoke and was not fully lined but had two really really noticeable circles that stuck out from my boobs. When I complained they said the smell was the dye (so if thats true its toxic) and that it's full lined (which is just a lie). And if I did want to return it I need to send it to China! The cost of sending the suit back is equal to the cost of the suit. DO NOT DO IT!
I will never order from this company again. I have received more excuses for non delivery. The excuses keep coming about my refund. I will never give a good reference for BEACHSISSI.

This company is awful! The swimsuits don't fit and when you go to return it they make you ship it back to CHINA which costs more than the swimsuits. Not to mention when you look at the return address from where they sent it to you, it's California. They are SCAMMERS! Stay away!
I purchased 3 bathing suits in my normal size which should have fit according to their sizing chart but they all ran too small. When I called to return them they offered me a partial refund and the option to keep them but that seemed unnecessary since I couldn't wear them. I opted for the full refund and was shocked to find out I had to return it all the way to China. I have ordered from other companies like Modlily and made exchanges and it never involved sending it to Hong Kong or China. This cost me more money and took forever so beware! The return policy is not simple.
Very cute affordable suits but some are just cut weird/super small and if you want to send them back that is where the problems start. Even though it says returns are ok they will try to talk you out of it because you have to mail them back to China and "credit will take long time"! Shipping back was actually cheap, getting a refund nearly impossible. Its been 4 months but I'm not giving up. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing.
I will never purchase from an Instagram pushed store again. Any review over one star is a paid review! If you were scammed too, call your Credit Card company! I just got off the phone with Visa and if they get enough disputes, Beachsissi will get a ticket. True, they will just open up as another name, but cause them the same inconvenience they caused you! Two of the suits I ordered are available on Amazon prime! And I know returns to Amazon are easy. I wish I would have checked elsewhere.
It's been a month and still no suit. From the other reviews I'm glad I only bought one. I kinda thought it was coming from China. Ughh. Slow boat.
I ordered 5 suits a week ago and got them in today! I was very nervous after reading so many bad reviews after my purchase and I never could see the tracking of my purchase but I couldn't be happier! They are so freaking cute and great quality. I would suggest ordering one size up! I'm a thicker girl and wanted some cute 2 pieces that covered up some too and boy are they awesome!
This company is horrible! Wish I read the other reviews! Yes you need to send the returns to Shanghai! The cost is astronomical for shipping! How can they do business like this? It should be illegal!

Ordered a suit on Jan 13. Did not receive it until March 8. That is absolutely ridiculous time frame I needed it by mar 1 for a trip. I told them several times I needed it and they kept telling me it's on it's way. I told them if I didn't receive I would cancel my credit credit payment. They said I could return them if I didn't get them in time no refunds I was Not paying for shipping to China. My credit card company reversed the charges after we disputed the charges. Do not buy anything from this company
The worst customer service in terms of polite, dismissive letters that don't address my frustrations regarding refunds / exchanges.
The suits, for the most part don't fit. I'm stuck with the suits, because shipping them back to CHINA costs as much or more than the suits did.

The swimsuits come directly from China so shipping takes weeks. Poor fit and returns cost more than the suit. I'm stuck with 2 suits that don't fit. Learned my lesson!
I ordered a swimsuit and came a few weeks after I purchased it. I figured it would take a while since it was coming from overseas. I paid around 30 dollars and it looks really cute on. The quality is decent, I'm not expecting 100 dollar suit quality here. These ladies knew they were buying from china and it's a 30 dollar suit. I honestly don't have any issues. It fits nice, looks cute and can't complain. Now, I can't speak to returns but I know better than to purchase multiple suits at one time on a first purchase from China.

It took about 3 weeks to get my swimsuit just on time for my vacations and I loved how it fit on me absolutely gorgeous.

I ordered 3 suits online, which came about 3 weeks after ordering. Two were fine. One had defective seam, where white lining showed on the side of a navy blue suit through a hole 2 inches long. I contacted customer service and asked them to replace the suit. They asked for photos, which I submitted. Then they asked me to pay the cost of shipping a replacement suit. I said that they should pay, since it was their fault. They then offered me a coupon to buy something on their site. The original defective suit was $29. I tried to buy the same suit with the coupon. The coupon wasn't valid. I wrote to them again. They said the coupon was only valid on the amount of purchase OVER $30. So the coupon wasn't even good for replacing the faulty suit. I GIVE UP--the amount of time spent wasn't worth $29. DO NOT TRUST THE QUALITY OR SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY.
The absolute worst return experience I have ever encountered. I received a suit that had the back sewed incorrectly and was extremely low quality. I followed the instructions on the website for return, but have been questioned on whether I ordered the right size and after sending photos showing the flaw, have been told I was wearing it incorrectly and to send more photos. It is a halter neck top... with only one way in. Online shopping is my go-to as a consumer and this has been my WORST (most difficult and painful) experience to date. FYI,. Return is also at my own expense. Please don't waste your money with this company.
Answer: I did receive my merchandise but I had to return it and I also was not aware it would need to be returned to China! They did offer me a partial refund and I could keep the clothes but that didn't seem right either since I couldn't wear them and it advertised 100% refund return policy. I wish I had known this or read this review before I bought anything from this site because nowhere did it say that would be the circumstances.

Answer: I ordered on June 15. I received only 2 of 6 items on july 15th!. I had repeatedly emailed them. I did not get a tracking number for two weeks. I ordered expedited shipping 3-5 days and paid more for shipping. I am not in a formal dispute with this company. I would cancel before they ship you will be stuck with a very poorly made, very poorly sized product.
