I wish I had read the reviews first! Hard lesson learned! I purchased 4 swimsuits and they were all too big. It was over the 4th of July weekend and by the time I got around to sending a request to return for a refund, it was 3 days past the 7 day deadline! They offered 8% refund! It has taken 4 days to communicate this and the suits didn't all arrive the same day, there was no adjustment for this. And they do the 7 days based off of the day of your order! I will never purchase from them again! Buyer beware!

Awful - tried to return 2 items that didnt fit to find Id need to pay international shipping to CHINA. Explained to them return shipping is worth almost as much as the items so they offered me 10% of items cost -- I asked for 75% of the value considering how cheap the clothes were made, they said 10% was all they would do.

They never processed it, then I emailed them to tell them it wasnt processed, and they said I contacted them too late. (except they already offered the refund).
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - These are cheaply made clothes anyways, the 10% offered is probably the cost to make them.

I ordered 2 swimsuits back in March. I wanted them for a beach vacation and they arrived just before we had to leave. I tried on the swimsuits and they weren't the size that they specified on their website. I immediately contacted the company looking to exchange them. They "kindly" told me I could keep the swimsuits and they would send me 2 new ones all I had to do was pay for shipping. $30 in shipping! Are you kidding me! So I tried selling these swimsuits on my own. No bit. I just read there policy and it clearly states they can return them. I just contacted the company again telling them I had wanted to return them but was missed informed with information. Needless to say their cop out was you missed the window. UNBELIEVABLE what an easy way to make money from your customer. No phone number to call and complain. Terrible company to deal with. I wish I had read reviews before buying and I wouldn't be out $50! Plus, beware of FACEBOOK ads that is what suckered me in.

I made the mistake of buying from this company after they showed up in my social media feed. BIG MISTAKE! I can't even complain now to the BBB because they don't even provide a company address or phone number anywhere! Their return policy states they will accept returns/exchanges, but that is not true. They would not provide a return address (only state NOT to return to the address on the shipping label of the products because that's not their business address). I don't even know what country this came from, other than it's "." All three bathing suits that I ordered were the same size/brand; however, they came in three totally different actual sizes (one a child could wear) and one was in the middle and one was larger. They made me email them tons of photos twice only to tell me that they would not give me a refund of my money - just discounts for future purchases and a nice note! Lastly, they agreed to just a 8% refund!?! Please don't make the same mistake I did by purchasing from them. I wish I could report them, but they've already made that impossible...

I ordered five swimsuits from beachsissi, and they came in about two to three weeks. I was impressed overall by the general quality of a swimsuits. They were basically what I expected them to be. One suit was a little off, so I did return it. Returns are to China, so expect to pay for that. The customer help was very responsive and kind. By the time the refund was given (accounting for having to pay shipping to China) all said and done I got back about $8. However, I'd only paid about $30 for the suit, so not terrible. The other four suits made up for it!

I ordered what I thought would be a really cute bathing suit. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and it had a brown stain on the white top. Their return policy is super strict, so even when I sent pictures of the stain and said I wanted a return, they wouldn't pay for return shipping. They only offered a 10% refund. BE WARNED when shopping at overseas websites like this one. Customer service barely speaks English, and now I'm out $30 with a stained bathing suit.

They neglect to inform on their website that in order to get a refund, the seller is responsible to pay to get it back to China, which is way more than the cost of the suit I ordered. The customer service rep informed me of the expensive shipping costs and suggested I keep what I have (gift to a friend, mmmmkay), order another one in another size, and they will only charge me half the price of the new one. Just don't do it. What a terrible policy.

I purchased 4 bathing suits, which took a month to receive.
I was given the wrong sizes for 2 out of the 4 requested sizes - it should have been easy - just needed large.
All the bathing suits were way too small.
They did not want me to return the items, the wanted to just send a different size. When I told them I only wanted one or two of the bathing suits but choose four so I could see which one fit best, they refused.
After much back and forth, I told them I am returning all 4 bathing suits. I had to pay for shipping, $23.50. I got tracking. The tracking said it reached China.
Two months later, they still said they did not receive my package.
I reported them to Paypal and I won the case- I got my money back.
Horrible company! In today's day and age, we really do not need to work with international companies like this when we have third parties like Amazon that better protect us.
