If I could have given this company zero stars I would have. Ordered 3 swimsuits. Got free shipping. All suits came in a reasonable amount of time. None of the suits fit. The sizing is very strange. Here's were my nightmare began. I tried to return. Obviously I'm now talking to someone not proficient in English and most likely from China. First offered 3 new swimsuits and I could keep the ones I already had. Didn't really want to do this, I'd be out almost $85 and most likely have swimsuits that did't fit. Just wanted my money back but I chose 3 more. Then I was told I had to pay shipping - over $40. Otherwise return would cost $40 to return the originals to China! Clearly they weren't originally shipped from China. Right now I own 3 swimsuits that don't fit, can't be worn, and I'm out $85.20. DON'T ORDER!

Like everyone else says, customer service is TERRIBLE. I got so frustrated that I eventually just gave up. Did not receive refund and they are no longer responding to my emails. I saw a few comments about the customer service rep seeming robotic and that's a perfect description. No help whatsoever and would not admit fault when the issues I experienced were most definitely their error. I even had screenshots from the website contradicting things the customer service rep would say.
I will not buy again and I'm trying my best to steer people away from this site.

I ordered a swimsuit and when I received it you could tell it was poor quality. The first time I wore it, a week later, the seams came undone and the swimsuit started to fall apart. Due to their return policy, they offered me 2 dollars and told me to sew it myself. When I told them it was unacceptable customer service, and I didn't pay full price to get a suit I would need to sew( I don't even know how to sew) they offered to send me a new suit if I paid shipping which is still ridiculous customer service. They sent me a defective product and we're not willing to make it right. Just letting everyone else know what they are getting into. I will NEVER order from this company again and advise you to do the same. This is a terribly run company.

Personally, I had a very good experience with them. I will admit that I too thought they were american, not chinese, so maybe i'll deduct 0.5 stars there.
The size was perfect for me, and I'm pretty plus size. I had to measure myself but their chart was accurate (for me, at least). The quality is on par with the prize (medium, i'd say). The suit didnhave a very small flaw, which I emailed them about with proof and guess what... They sent another one almost immediately. No extra cost, not even shipping, only 2 emails exchanged.
So yeah, as far as I'm concerned, they're ok in my book.

Wish I would have read reviews prior to purchasing swimsuit. Poorly made. Fit horrible and product comes from China, which nowhere is that stated. Also, trying to return it was a nightmare. They want you to buy something else for 1/2 price and just keep the crappy item you had already purchased, and basically giving major run around on trying to return back to China not to return address which is Chino CA. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE! Would give a -0 rating but no 0 there!

Unfortunately, I wasn't smart enough to check the reviews before wasting my money on this crappy product. It arrived on time, but the quality and the sizes are totally off which makes it unwearable. I started the conversation with their support and they don't provide the address straight away, but trying to offer 10%-12% refund instead of sending it back. After reading all the reviews here and other websites, I realised that the best will be to throw away this crap and forget about this experience. HOWEVER, I will try to file the complaint on Better Business Bureau as it must be stopped! THEY ARE JUST ROBBING PPL!

When you purchase the swimsuit, I read the return policy. Feeling comforted by we will refund your money as long as you initiate the process within 7 days. Which does not work well with us, since you cannot talk to anyone. Emails are basically trying t convince us to keep the product and buy more... more frustrating. Company is based in China so your return shipping cost is more than your product. Sizing chart wasn't helpful.
Just bad experience all around.

THIS IS A SHELL COMPANY AND A SCAM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, SEND YOU ONE OR TWO POORLY CONSTRUCTED ITEMS FROM YOUR ORDER AND THEN REFUSE TO RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR PROVIDE YOU WITH THE REST OF YOUR ORDER. MY ORDER CAME WITH NO INVOICE OR PACKING SLIP TO MAKE IT HARDER TO PROVE THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR MANY MORE ITEMS THAN WERE SENT. THE "REVIEWS" BY OTHER CONSUMERS ON THIS SITE ARE MANUFACTURED. NOTICE THAT THERE IS NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS ANYWHERE ON THEIR SITE. CONSUMERS BEWARE!

Customer service sucks! Ordered in February. Started Follow up about 6 weeks later. 5 months later - NADA. They said they shipped. Then they said it would be here in a few weeks, another email saying a few weeks. Then told ME TO FOLLOW UP AT MY END! So they have no control or clue over their shipments. Now, that it's been so long. I asked for my money back. They said they would ship again. Then when I explained the address did not have all the detail -they gave me a screen shot of what I typed in (their form did not allow for province). So, now they are saying if I want to ship with new information, then I need to pay! It's an absolute joke! The chance of you receiving your shipment is very slim. DO NOT WASTE MONEY USING THIS COMPANY!
