“Horrible! (quality of swimsuit and customer service)”

I bought a swimsuit from beachsissi and on my second time wearing it the strap came off and the others were about to. When I contacted the customer service, (which you can only contact by email) they would not give you a full solution except saying that they will give you a discount or you would have to pay for shipping for the refund.
