Batteryclerk really lives up to its name because it has like all the various types of batteries that we all need and they are committed to jsut that. I went through the store for the battry I needed and I managed to get it. I trust in this store to give me the best batteries at afofrdable prices and you should to.
Easy to order exactly what I needed and arrived in a timely fashion. Fit perfectly in the existing unit.
Battery was not exact fit as it said, was half an inch bigger all the way around. But I made it work by cutting the box a little
I can not give a fair review yet as we have not used them. I know they came really quickly but I thought the shipping was a little high.
I ordered on 5/1414/20, received e-mail to confirm delivery 6/4/20 package arrived 6/11/20. I sent two e-mails requesting information on ship dates with no response. I paid for faster shipping I wonder if not would it have taken even longer?
Disappointed that in today's age of same day or next day shipping, it took two weeks before they shipped my order. Their claim of making sure that I received the "freshest" batteries from the manufacturer is a euphemism for saying "we need to keep our inventory low". On a positive note, they did respond quickly to my inquiry and the batteries work fine.
I guess I am used to instant gratification given how fast Amazon and other ship things out for free. This was a lot slower than others and I had to pay $4.53 in shipping, but the product seems to be worth the wait so far. Let us see how the battery life is. I normally get over 2 years on a battery so we will see.
I figured with the good reviews, it being a Canadian site, and the batteries being much pricier than other sites that I would at least be paying for a good quality battery, but it's practically a dud. ~2 hours battery life on the absolute highest battery saving settings. Complete waste of nearly $200.
Ordered my batteries 10 days ago. Website or order confirmation gives no indication of when the batteries will be shipped.
Called the customer service number 8 times. Finally got a person.
She was extremely rude and unprofessional - "we dont have them in stock. They have to be shipped from ottawa. Wait until Friday or call back"

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service and communication. Website lists erroneous information for battery applicability. Got wrong battery because of that, they made no apology, just excuses. Had to pay shipping to return it, then they never issued a credit. Had to file Paypal complaint.
Their attitude toward customers is that it's a privilege to do business with them that customers need to earn. Get a wrong battery? Too bad, your fault.

Worst experience I've had buying a battery for my UPS. They "claim" we ship same day. My shipping address is 5 miles from their office and took them 6 days to ship the item. Horrible customer service. Only replied to my email after i disputed charge with paypal. NEVER AGAIN
Ordered Battery on May 12 2020 and received email saying it was shipped, Checked couriers website and all that was generated was a shipping label, product has not been shipped and when you contact customer support you just get a generic email or message to wait wait 15 days for an update. This site is a joke stay away!
Just received this order.
While the outer packing was fine no marks or indents the battery itself was cracked with the plastic pieces inside the box, which would indicate to me it was sent defective. This is a lead acid battery and I am floored that it could have been shipped out in such a fashion. The battery has been safely disposed of and I will not be dealing with you again.
I had a terrible experience with this company. They took my money immediately after placing an order. Three weeks later after several phone & online conversations (all instituted by me), they claim the batteries were shipped today (although the tracking number they gave is not recognized by the shipper (Fedex). In talking to all levels in this company (including the owner), I was told that the only problem was the way I placed the order. Good luck to anyone who deals with this company!
When you order a replacement battery is because you urgently need it. Unfortunately the company does not seem to understand this fact. Customers should not be agonizing waiting a reasonable delivery. I do need recommend this company. You have to improve your delivery system. Sorry.
Joke company, received the wrong battery and still here 3 days later waiting on the "warehouse " to make a decision on what to do. How about you send me the correct battery!
If there was a zero stars rating, I would have clicked on that! Horrible service! Will never buy from here again! Not only did they not expedite my shipment, which cost me an extra $13.00, the product was not satisfactory so they charged me a 15% restocking fee! What a joke! My compnay will be shopping somewhere else!
Ordered a battery with F1 terminals. It came with F2 terminals. I emailed customer service asking for a return. Noting. Emailed again. Nothing. Finally I called. They said the would send out F2-F1 adapters. They would go out that day. 5 days later no adapters so I call. They said they had been mailed and should receive them any day. 3 days later no adapters so I finally drive into town and buy them myself. Bottom line: You may or may not get what you order. They will not pay for return shipping even if they ship the wrong item. And there are other retailers on the net who will meet or beat their price and will have better customer service.
I was very disappointed with the website and customer service in the handle of my battery order. I went to their website, search for my year, make, and model. They gave me a list to choose from, I chose and took a Screenshot of it. The customer service rep still stated is was my fault and would not send me a return slip or refund me the full amount do to their mistake. I will never buy from this company again. I rather paid top dollars to an insured item so, when problems like these arise. They take care of the customer not themselves. GOODLUCK!
I did a chat consultation. I told the rep what battery I needed. The rep sent me the link to the correct battery. I asked hin about the difference in the milliamps. The rep said that would just be a little bit shorter run time. Ordered and took quite some time to receive it. The battery did not fit. They want me to pay for shipping because they say it is not there fault. Liars and crooks.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
