Ordered a battery with F1 terminals. It came with F2 terminals. I emailed customer service asking for a return. Noting. Emailed again. Nothing. Finally I called. They said the would send out F2-F1 adapters. They would go out that day. 5 days later no adapters so I call. They said they had been mailed and should receive them any day. 3 days later no adapters so I finally drive into town and buy them myself. Bottom line: You may or may not get what you order. They will not pay for return shipping even if they ship the wrong item. And there are other retailers on the net who will meet or beat their price and will have better customer service.
