on 8/29/13The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Called battery clerk very unfriendly and will never do business with them again
They ignore emails and are very unhelpful on the phone (from the USA)
