This item was back ordered from Sears four almost 2 months and Battery Clerk had it to us in 6 days! I charged it up overnight and my wife can start the lawnmower once again, which relieves me of an onerous task. Seriously, I am very happy with Battery Clerk's service.
Battery processing time (from order confirmation to shipment) was longer than what I expected. Items were exactly what I ordered, which was good. However, the batteries didn't appear to fully charge; somewhat understandable since these are for an older cordless tool. That said, your prices are the best I've found online - excellent!
Excellent service, competitive pricing and fast shipping. I think my husband would have lost it if he had to go any longer hearing the low battery chirp on our Chamberlain garage door opener. Took longer to ship than I thought but that was a misunderstanding on my part. Future buyers should just understand that some batteries are not in stock and the company has to order them before the battery is shipped to you.
This company is the same as NK trading they toally rip off the customer i ordered 2x 12v batteries@ £65 FOR BOTH, they respond by email i cannot talk to anyone as the phone number is a out of hours it does not matter if you phone at 6am or 11.59pm Greenwich meantime they just don't answer the phone I would suggest using another company as these are the one and same NK Trading,,, Chinese run dipstick their unit is in weston-super-mare the last time I dealt with them I have started fraud investigation on this company
Disappointed that in today's age of same day or next day shipping, it took two weeks before they shipped my order. Their claim of making sure that I received the "freshest" batteries from the manufacturer is a euphemism for saying "we need to keep our inventory low". On a positive note, they did respond quickly to my inquiry and the batteries work fine.
I am completely satisfied with the entire experience with Battery Clerk. Their website is very user-friendly, and easy to navigate. All of the products that I viewed had pictures accompanying them, which made it even easier to ensure that the correct battery was being ordered. Their shipping is FAST, which makes it great when the batteries are being used in a fast-paced production environment. They send an immediate order confirmation by e-mail, and follow that up with shipping and delivery information. Basically, they are doing all of the work for you once you order their product. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality batteries at an affordable price.

Delivery took longer than expected, but I did receive delivery updates, which helped to realistically set my expectations of when it would arrive.

Picking process is entirely too slow, batteries like the ones I order for my clients, due to failed emergency lighting, takes way too long to process and ship orders. Others are a bit more expensive but they normally ship by the next day. I will no longer look into this company for my business needs.
Seems to be easy and strait forwards, was sick to ship but when I got my delivery they on sent me 2 if the 3 batteries I ordered. Called them up and had my other battery within 3 days. Resolved this issue quickly.

I ordered a battery online thinking it would arrive before l could get to the store to purchase one. To my dismay l had to contact customer service 3 times to find out when or if I'd ever receive the new battery Three weeks, in my opinion, is way more time than the arrival of one battery should take. It cost me over $13 and l could've got it at a retail store for around $7
While I understand the basic explanation on shipment delays as being to ensure fresh batteries, I actually needed this battery five days before it came. But, it did come and works and those are the most important things.
In an age where deliveries are usually within a couple of days, this battery took two weeks to receive. It was not an emergency and the battery was exactly what I needed to repair the item. My suggestion would be to reach out to customers and let them know that their delivery will be longer than expected. Other than that, everything went fine and I would likely buy from you again in the future.
Different product descriptions for same battery is a bit strange especially since one description will have a minimum order quantity and another does not.
The batteries I received are either stale or one or more are defective.
I guess I am used to instant gratification given how fast Amazon and other ship things out for free. This was a lot slower than others and I had to pay $4.53 in shipping, but the product seems to be worth the wait so far. Let us see how the battery life is. I normally get over 2 years on a battery so we will see.
I ordered two replacement batteries, which were shipped USPS. When I received them, I noticed something disturbing. They had been placed face-to-face in the shipping box, and their battery terminals had obviously banged into each other during shipping.
While the terminals originally had had plastic tabs placed over them, three of those tabs had come off during shipping. Consequently, the three exposed ones were smashed down flat to the tops of the batteries. I managed to pry them back up.
I then realized what could have happened if all four plastic tabs had fallen off. Since the two batteries were facing each other-i.e., the plus and negative terminals on one was very close to their opposite counterparts on the other-they were one tab away from creating a short circuit. If that had happened, the batteries would have likely exploded and caused a fire.
Please reconsider how you ship your batterie in the future.
Well turns out the battery I ordered was not the right one for the newer Altec speaker. I'd like to return it if possible. Other than that. It was a while before order and shipping date. Once shipped the battery arrived quickly with text updates sent to me.
