The battery was the incorrect size. I verified make and model and year application and my order was accurate. I sent a message to battery clerk through their website describing this issue and providing dimensions of old and new batteries and requesting a return and correct battery. There has been no response. I haven't given up hope but three days without a direct response is very slow in today's world.
Easy online ordering, quick delivery and box arrived in good order. Overall experience was 5 Star, however have not had a chance to use battery in ATV yet but it seemed to be fully charged when arrived because the charger was at zero when set up. So, so far so good.
Delivery not as promised, first battery had box torn and lots of tape, battery had dent, nearly broken case. The second battery arrived a day later and it appeared it had been dragged behind the Fed ex truck. One post was bent and I used an adjustable wrench to get it to a point I could insert the bolt through it. There was so many holes in the box the bolts and washers were gone. This was for a power wheel chair so I needed both batteries at the same time. In the end I was able to get both batteries to work and the wheel chair back in service. BatteryClerk had a good price but I would be concerned about another purchase from them.
I was looking for a replacement battery for one of our emergency exit signs for our church. I looked at various sites, including Walmart.com, and found that Battery Clerk was the best buy. Although we have tax exemption from Walmart, Walmart wanted to charge us an additional $12 for a merchandising fee. Battery Clerk had no additional charges and was very straightforward. The price was less with Battery Clerk at full price, tax, and shipping than Walmart. Really fast delivery time as well including notification that it had been delivered.

Although it took over 10 days for Battery Clerk to receive my battery from the manufacturer, they sent it the same day they received it. I can appreciate taking a bit longer for a fresh battery, maybe mentioning this when ordering will resolve confusion on why it is taking longer than anticipated to ship. Customer service chat was fast and efficient! Battery worked great!

The shopping was a breeze and customer service responded to me right away. I just thought it was a little misleading that the website said 2 day shipping to most places and mine ended up taking a lot longer. I probably still would have bought the batteries regardless...it's just the way the expectation was set. Had it said "ships in ten business days" or something like that, I would have been prepared to wait instead of worrying/wondering what happened to the batteries and contacting customer service.

From the time I placed my order (April 4,2020) until it was received (April 28,2020) was a total of three weeks and 3 days. Much to long. To add insult to injury, the battery was incorrect for my phone (Alcatel One Touch). This is a simple flip phone which I only use in emergencies. Disappointing.
Terrible. Battery did not come in time stated. When I called after 2 weeks, they said wait 7-9 more days. I cancelled the order and had the battery in 2 days from another vendor. You need to make this survey available to people that cancelled their orders to find out why. Will never order from here again.
The boxes were banged up and soaking wet. I'm afraid to try to charge it in case it's battery fluid that leaked. I would like to exchange this one for one that is not potentially broken and dangerous.
Pleasant experience.very easy site to maneuver around. Fed ex on the other hand was a nightmare. It took almost 4 weeks to get the package from Texas to Colorado. But yay I got my order and all is good. Thank you for all your assistance.
Do you have batteries for the Chicago Electric jump starters? They seem similar but poorly made in another country and probably not worth the effort?
Also... no instructions with the three batteries received. Replaced two of them but needed to know what the protocol is. Are they precharged when arrive? Do they need a full charge before use? Those kind of questions... otherwise they were an exact fit and went together smoothly and effortlessly... thank you!

900 mAh pack for the Gameboy Advance SP. Biggest capacity I could find, I found here. Shipping took a while, but when I found out I was waiting for factory fresh batteries I was more than happy to wait. Considering the age of the GBA, most battery replacements you find have been sitting on a shelf for a while, which can cause some reliability issues. This battery fixed my flickering charge light and lasts so much longer than the original. Brought my 13 year old Gameboy back to life! Would highly recommend. I'll be buying all future replacements from Battery Clerk's.
Very bad. Had to wait a month for this. And shipping from address is from N.J. USA. It should of been here the most in 5 days. I receive everything from USA mainland between 3 to 4 days. And even from China 3 weeks max. This is Puerto Rico! US Territory!

Glad to find the product needed. Didn't realize how expensive the battery was for an old laptop. The delivery took longer than expected and we had to follow up. The batteries have been installed now and my laptop is working good.

The shopping experience was fine. I plan to use this site again for my replacement battery needs. The only issue I had was that the delivery time took longer than expected. I believe it was a couple of weeks before I got an email saying that the batteries has been shipped. I was expecting 2 to three days, not weeks.
Well I am extremely happy with the product I ordered. I was less than pleased with the information received from battery clerk when I asked them why my item was taking so long to be shipped. I received some standard answer. I guess I was just expecting a little more definitive explanation. Oh well in the end all is wonderful...
