They sent the battery, but I never knew when to expect it.
They gave a six day span of days for delivery and it ended up coming earlier than even that.
It would be nice to know when products are going to arrive.
As for the battery, it won't hold a charge, so I'm going to contact their customer service.
I was anxious to receive this battery for earphones that I use almost daily. The order was acknowledged immediately and shipped quickly. Email communication of the status allowed me to track the package so I knew exactly the day it would arrive. Great service.
Batteries were delivered on time as promised. However, the actual connection pins on the replacement battery did not match the adapters in the garage door unit so we will need to return these. Will probably call a local shop to come out and replace the batteries now.
When I called and told them everything that happened with this purchase, they were honorable enough to issue a credit on my credit card. I buy a LOT of items on line and this was an unusual experience.
1) They should state in their add that 2 batteries are required for my unit
2) I paid extra for UPS and they shipped USPS - please explain that!
3) The battery was packed so that it almost had to break in transit.
Delivery was fast and they credited my card quickly. I believe they are a good company, just need to get their act together.
You had what I needed to make a repair without a lengthy search. I was, however, disappointed with the amount of time it took to receive the battery. It was ordered on January 8 and delivered on January 24. That's twelve business days or a total of 16 days. It arrived in good condition and is working fine. I would have given you 5 stars had it not been for the lengthy waiting period. For a small object such as the battery needed had you sent it by USPS and not UPS it would have arrived much sooner if sent first class.
I will probably order batteries again, but if the "computer update process for filling orders" did not improve and shipping time reduced it would probably be the last time I ordered from Battery Clerk. I noticed your company got great reviews online so that is why I placed an order with Battery Clerk. I will chalk this up being out of the norm for your company. Ordered battery on 4/1/2018 and received 4/18/2018 via USPS priority mail.
After getting a confirmation that my order had been received, I had no idea if the item was in stock or not and no estimate was provided of when it might ship. A week later, I was informed it was shipping. I've ordered this battery before from other vendors and was kept informed at every stage.
That's pretty subpar for an online store in my opinion. Would not use again.
Battery delivered as promised. Easy replacement to our company's Fire Exit sign. It was all that was needed to make the automatic side lights work again so that the fire marshal can approve us when he returns to
Re-inspect us in two weeks. Good product, good delivery good price!

Ordering went nice and smooth. Now to see how fast it gets sent out. Update... Charged my credit card 6/10/19, After 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls, it was sent out 6/25/19, received 6/27/19. If you are in no hurry to get mdse. Then this may be the company for you. Because of this, changed 5 stars to 2.

Product arrived in a timely manner. There was not sufficient packaging to protect the terminal which resulted in two of them being flattened. I was able to restore them to a usable condition without any apparent damage. Other providers package them with a rigid protective cover.
There is no reason for the delay to return this battery at your expense. You have it listed incorrectly on your website. It is clearly your error that caused me to order a battery that is not correct at all. Your customer service rep was argumentative and said she'd/he'd get back to me in 2 business days. This is no way to do business and expect satisfied repeat customers.
Battery Clerk had the exact replacement battery I required to enable my grandson's electric car to operate again. They provided all the pertinent information to select the correct battery I.e. Dimensions and voltage. It was easily ordered over the internet and delivered in only two days.

I had an issue while trying to check out. "there was a problem processing your payment" was the issue. Happened more than once. I called your customer service, but the phone connection/audio when connected was intermittent. Eventually tried to order online again, and the purchase went through. Not an ideal experience overall, but eventually worked out.
I ordered the battery. It was delivered at the latest possible time promised with no updates in between.
The battery arrived dead. It would not hold a charge or charge. I had to return it. Paying for the shipping both for order and return is more than half the battery price.
I would like to be able to update this review if I hear from the vendor.

I ordered 3 batteries, paid for 3 day shipping, was billed for 3 batteries but only received 1. I called, sent the requested pictures of the shipping label and the box and explained that the batteries were needed for emergency lights for a business to complete a safety inspection. The shipper offered no apology at all, conveyed no concern at all, and promised the 2 missing batteries would be received in 1-2 business days. It took 3 days - which is not a huge deal, but combined with the apparent apathy I received on the phone when explaining your mistake makes it unlikely I would ever bother ordering from here again. Mistakes happen, I understand, but just a "Sorry about that" would have gone a long way.
Placing the order was a breeze! I placed the order in mid-holiday season and was sure the celebration timing would delay processing. I followed up with an email and to my surprise received an immediate response. They remained in contact, and shipment was made as promised, and delivery came early! Thank you so very much!

The site was easy to navigate, but there were so many choices for the same product. A bit confusing.
After receiving my order, I found out that the one battery I ordered needed 2 to complete the install or I ordered the entirely incorrect item.
I ordered 2 Dewalt Replacement Batteries on 6/9/2019 and after finally contacting your sales representative for the second time on 6/25/2019 and requesting a refund I received shipping confirmation at 4:04 eastern time that evening. For some, that may be fine but for me that was too much lost time. I am not blaming battery clerk because the REP later explained to me that they order the batteries from somewhere else and then ship them to the customer but when I ordered I had no knowledge of that. Since I need my tools to work with daily, I have chosen not to order from Batteryclerk.com again.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
