I have not received a battery from BatteryClerk yet that has had at least one if not all screw tabs broken/bent. I can make the battery work, but they seem to have issues during shipment or from the store.

I emailed your customer service to see if there was a core charge that I would receive fight mailing my old battery back. Your customer service team did not understand my question but ultimately did answer by telling me that you do not require customers to mail in their old batteries for the core charge

It took a while to ship (I did contact you and you quickly shipped) but the darn battery, while it appears to charge, is not working. If I pull the charging plug, the computer shuts down and will not restart unless I plug back in. I suspect it is some sort of Lenovo game, that they are forbidding aftermarket batteries... fed up and giving up at this point.

The box could have been packed better

The box could have been packed better. One corner was spit open and I was concerned that one of the batteries took a good shock because of it. I marked it and used it anyway and it seems fine but your packing needs to be improved. Thanks for filling the order so quickly. I appreciate it.

The product only holds a charge for one day. The retailer should inform customers the estimated performance expectations for the products they sell. The battery I replaced would hold a charge for three weeks when new, the replacement I purchased requires daily charging which prevents the user from wearing the watch which monitors various health statistics.

Great competitive price

Great competitive price. Some other companies had free shipping but the product price was higher to compensate for that. This company delivered the same product at a slightly lower price in a timely manner. I appreciate the service.

Order took way too long

Order took way too long. You're not competitive with the industry. If you need to take that long, customer should be notified as to status and an approximate ship date and an explanation as to delay or reason for long process.

It was fast and easy

It was fast and easy. I had an issue with the batteries. The POS and neg ends didn't were too big for the cables in my tennis ball machine. I reached out to customer service and they are sending me smaller ends to replace them. I'm waiting for them and should be here anytime now.

I ordered my replacement ups battery based on price and delivery time. Battery arrived in the time that it was scheduled easily. My only problem was that i did not receive the tracking number when my battery was shipped. I emailed battery clerk customer service and received an email back very very quickly. To my surprise, the battery arrived that same day. And i received a follow up email confirming that everything was ok with my order. I really wish i would have found battery clerk before i went and bought a new ups. Ce La Vie. We live and learn. I will highly recommend Battery Clerk to EVERYONE.
P.S. Price and 2 day shipping were cheaper than battery alone any where else!

I placed my order on May 4 that went very smoothly and quickly, but I will be receiving the battery closer to the end of May or beginning of June. This is kind of surprising because I was originally told that it would take a week to arrive.

The website was easy to navigate and the buying transaction was flawless. The batteries were received promptly and in relatively good shape with some external damage to the packing boxes. My repair shop is in the process of testing and installing the batteries and will let me know if there are any problems.

I was in the house at the delivery time. But you man did not ring the bell.The package was left nextdoor. And the only way I new,was by looking at your email which said it had been delivered So I had to phone you to find what had happened.why did you not put a card through the door are phone me?

I assumed that my order would be shipped and recover but only to find out the battery was shipped to BC from out of state prolonging me receiving the battery. Plus once I did receive the battery it was defective. BC is sending me a replacement but I suspect it will be close to a month since my original order before I receive the replacement.

I rec'd your parts but they do not match the OEM battery... the OEM has both terminals on the same end and the ones you supplied have terminals on opposite ends... It stated on your site that this would fit an APC brand backup UPS 600. I would like to return these for a refund please.

Delivery took quite some time but every time i asked for a status I received a prompt update explaining why the delivery time was so long, and in my case was because a battery was being newly manufactured to be fresh upon arrival.
