Could not find the battery anywhere except online. I thought Craftsman would have it where Craftsman is sold, but that didn't happen. It is good to know where batteries of all kinds are likely to be sold.
It was good that this site was found. They seem to have any electronics battery needed covered. Reasonable cost. It was slow in coming to me which could be because it was made in an other country and took a while to get here. But it was a perfect replacement.
I chose a battery for my speaker based on the size suggested on your website. It was too big and I contacted you and asked if I could return it. I never got a reply, so I'm stuck with a battery that's worthless to me.
This is my first time sign anything from batteryclerk and I didn't have a problem ordering it or with the shipment. I have received it and hook it up to a 2016 Kawasaki Ninja 650, on 7/15/20 and it started right up and I've been checking it. For like the last 2 days and it starts up no problem so far!
I received my order within 2 days of the originally projected delivery date, which was fine, but I did not receive any response to my inquiry about the object ordered, nor did the rep I corresponded with about delivery even address my question when I repeated it. If the rep was not qualified to answer, I should have been directed to someone who could. Value and quality are good.

You ask too much, I looked up a product, you had it, I bought it, story over. Now, you just do your part and deliver my product timely and effectively and I may give a better report.
Product delivered in good, timely condition, was an exact replacement for size and capacity.
It took forever to get. If the only way I could read was on a kindle I would have been ready to sue you.
You also need to make it clear that it takes a special very small screwdriver to install it.

Takes a while to get battery to their warehouse in KY and only then for them to ship it.
Ordered a generic battery for cellphone and it seems to be losing charge too quickly, tho to be fair the instructions do say to put through 3 full charge/discharge cycles to "break it in".

I order these batteries on July 26th with 2 day shipping and still do not have them. I emailed sales for an update on the order and got a response that they would look into it with the warehouse, which I see is a logistics company in Oklahoma. I have received no update since then.
Ordering process went smoothly. Delivery was fast. The battery fit my TrippLite G1000U UPS perfectly. It is now fully operational with 100% battery reading. So far... So good. The replacement battery is advertised to function for 3-5 years. My original one was still working (at 1/2 capacity) after 9-years of service.

Happy that they had lots of informative articles on batteries! I learned a lot! I wish they sold chargers. Or at least had a partner they recommended. And it was a tiny bit hard to find some batteries.
The website promotes that they ship anywhere in the USA in two days. But what they failed to tell you is that it takes 4-5 weeks for your "in stock" item to be in stock before they can ship. I contacted Customer Services when it had been 3 weeks from the date of my order and that is when they advised me that they had to order my batteries and it would be another 1-2 weeks before they would ship to me.
The battery was shipped quickly and arrived in time. The only draw back was they suggested two batteries for a replacement for a machine we only needed one for so now we have an extra and they shipping is too expensive to send it back
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
