I love all their stuff. Whenever I go to their outlet I end up buying a bag full. My day starts with their shower gel, body cream and mist. I am amazed by the large variety they have.
Every time is I walk it the smell is amazing. You can smell the shop coming up!
Prices are good. Plenty of items to choose from too.

SUPER FRUSTRATED with BBW, s online orders. First time ordering from them online and I will not ever do it again. Yesterday morning I bought 2 three wick candles and two wall flower refills for a really good sales price. Ok well that part is not a happy ending because I paid over $60 dollars for ever thing and the next day I check my order status and one of the candles went from 1 qty to 0 qty? How can this even happen after I bought it? What frustrating is that I just paid for a candle that I "thought" I was getting! Contacted customer service with my complaint and I was told it's a ware house picking problem… well guess what that is not the customers problem at all problem. Don't put a candle online and say it's in stock we go and buy it and poof it's gone right out of our cart. Then the customer service lady said it's back in stock again but yet you all cancelled my order saying it's out of stock? It was just ordered yesterday and it went from in stock, to out of stock, to in-stock again? I wanted to cancel my order and then I'm told again I can't cancel my order… ok that's when the headache comes in. I've never heard of a retail company not being able to cancel a current order when it hasn't even shipped yet! Then to make matters worse I would have drive my un happy behind to the store to return it when I live an hour away from the closest store! Customer service tried to fix the problem, but to me this is an ongoing issue with the in stock situation. The company policy can be done away with. Please do not order online save the hassle and trouble. I just hope I even get my stuff…..

I generally over buy due to theire great policies. And as result that we have never had to use their generous return policy.
They could care less about satisfying their customers. They would not exchange a rusty soap holder that I purchased, wouldn't even offer any solution whatsoever.
I particularly love their aromatherapy products I'm just very sad they no longer carry body sprays for them wtf help is pillow mist in the stress relief that only makes sense of the sleep version!
This website makes it so much easier to shop for products without hassle.It CAN get a little pricey, but they're always having sales. I really do reccomend this site.
I like their products, but their marketing strategy is a total PITA! Constantly changing sales, discounts and shipping credits. Should I order today or wait? I would rather have an affordable low price per item than have to check buy 3 Get 1 Free or WHATEVER all the time. Jeez, when you do the math it's still ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD for soap. And don't get too in love with a line- they may discontinue at any time.
I spend THOUSANDS of dollars at B&BW & this is the first store that I've EVER walked in to and was not greeted! Went the counter to pick up my order, wasn't greeted! Got my 30 Wallflowers and they were all just thrown in a bag! They are GLASS! They should have been WRAPPED like every other B&BW store I've been to around the US! Spoke to the Manager and she's standing there looking STUPID saying "okay, okay"! Then offered to wrap them! HELL NO I'm staying another 10 mins waiting for them to be wrapped when they should have been wrapped to begin with! If the MANAGER doesn't greet you when you walk in who was standing right at the door I guess it makes sense that nothing else will be right!

I totally love their candle selection. Especially in the Fall and Christmas holiday season. Great for gifts and the make your own baskets is a go-to for any occasion.
I always come to this location on Hillsboro, this particular time I feel targeted in discriminated on. I didn't see a spray splash for a particular scent. I went into the cabin draw like everybody else, The sales rep comes to me yelling what are you doing like I was stealing then came back to me saying well you don't need to go in there. I stated well there was no sign stating that. She again went to her other employers saying how I was in the cabin. I nicely said no one replenish the cabinets if there is an issue let me know it I can leave. She still was talking like I took something. She was very unprofessional unethical. I will not be going back there. The other young lady that's was a sale rap was very nice and said you didn't do anything wrong and said sorry. This should be address and the manner she talks to people we work hard for our money and to be talked to like that is u called for! Other people was going in the draw and she didn't say anything to them. So what does that say!
I ordered candles from one of their ads in November 2023. I never recieved them so I checked my card. 40.48 had been taken from my card but not by them. Shinee.com boosted the order and took the money. They did this throughthe ad that bath and body works was using on newsbreak. I called bath and bodyworks and was told oh you got scammed and was given no answers or help at all. I will never buy from these people again and I make it my business to share this with anyone that will listen. If you let a scam company do business through your ads and won't help to resolve or stop it, you don't deserve business.
This review is solely for Bath and Body Works website and online shopping experience. I love Bath and Body Works in general; I think they have quality products and wonderful scents. However, they need to fix issues with ordering items online. I placed an order on 7/4/23, and on 7/8/23, nearly half of the items in the order were canceled. The next day, on 7/9/23, all of the items that had been canceled from my order were available online to order. They all said they were in stock, and I was able to proceed through checkout procedures (without completing the purchase). These items were on sale when I purchased them, and then Bath and Body Works canceled them, despite the fact that they are showing up as "in stock" online less than 24 hours later. Now, if I want to buy them again, I have to pay full price. These items were canceled at a total price of $49.96, those same items now cost $97.61. Nearly twice as much. Some of these items were supposed to be a gift. I wanted them to just reorder those items at the same sale prices I originally ordered them at, but they wanted to send me a 20% coupon instead. I would recommend shopping in-store whenever possible, because at least then you know what items are available to be purchased.
Candles are awesome long lasting, lotion keep scent on you for long time as do the body sprays. Just a great place to get great smells and scents for your home, and don't forget the stress relief
I placed an order on June 15. When it appeared to go missing in transit, I reached out and was told to wait four days before I could do anything. Waited five days, reached out again, was told to wait ANOTHER four days before they could do anything. Reached out again this morning and was told AGAIN to wait four days. I don't think so. What a joke. When I finally got through to what might have been a human operator I was told that I have 'great taste in fragrance!'. What a silly and insincere thing to say to a frustrated customer. After having me provide all of my details a second time (I'd of course given them all to the bot but that info wasn't passed along) I was told that my order appears to be lost (really, ya think?) but that they can't fulfill it now because everything I ordered is out of stock. The order was over $100 so I find it hard to believe that nothing I ordered was available, but okay. They refunded my original payment method and said I should see the refund credited in 14 business days. What a waste of time and energy. Never again B, B, & B. Your product isn't that great anyway.
I spent $150 to get fall candles like I do every year for my house. This year, I can't keep them to stay lit, and they are not the quality of candles that I am used to getting from bath & body works

Shopping last night and had the best customer service with Sebastian & Robin were very helpful and it is hard to find great customer service like that anymore.
