On day My mom had enough of me taking her WWHIPPED BERRY MERINGUE lotion. So she took me to get my own. I was deeply disappointed to hear that it was longer being distributed in stores. We tried to find something similar but it was not the same. I looked everywhere but it could not find the scent in the bath and body works store. So "PLEASE BRING BACK THE WHIPPED BERRY MERINGUE'' and stop drooping scents so easily. Thank You have a nice Day and please bring back the whipped berry meringue.

Love the different smells love the semi sales they are great and i am happy got some mens products also and i get free product if order so much stuff yea

Feeling dissatisfied, I bought these with the intention to give to someone as a gift, and when I opens up the box, some of the items were stick to the box with chewing gum

I have the convenience of going to this store. I have been going there for many years because there are so many nice things that make wonderful Christmas items to put in a stocking. I love the wide selection on bath items, and scented candles. I adore the Bath & Body works accessories. They have a huge selection of all types of fragrances to choose from A-Z. Right now you can try there newest fragrance for only $1.00. Charmed Life. Although I have not tried this yet, what do I have to loose for a buck. I love the Victoria's Secret PINK. This is something that I have used many times in the past. It is a very nice fragrance. It is very light not strong and over powering. The all over body mist is really nice. Very affordable and last for a long time. I have given this to many of my friends during the holidays. The Wild Berry Honeysuckle is really nice also. Enjoy there Signature Collection Classics. Bath and Body works has so much to choose from it is impossible to try them all. The items I have tried in the past, I have loved. I hope this site helps reviewers buy from a trusted site. I LOVE THE BATH AND BODY PRODUCTS BUT! I ABSOLUTELY HATE! THE SHIPPING POLICY, IF YOU ORDER PRODUCTS AND HAVE THEM SHIPPED, THEY TAKE THE AMOUNT OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT RIGHT THEN, AND THATS OKAY, BUT ONCE THE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED THEY TAKE THE SAME AMOUNT OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AGAIN, SO YOU HAVE 2 OF THE SAME TRANSACTION PENDING ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR UP 7 to 14 DAYS. THIS HAPPENED TO ME I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HAVE THEM EXPLAIN WHY THEY HAD A HOLD ON MY MONEY $323. DOLLARS WHEN THE TRANSACTION WAS ONLY $155 DOLLARS. THEIR REPLY WAS 'THATS COMPANY POLICY' ONCE ITS DELIVERED THEY WILL RELEASE THE HOLD. THAT WAS A DEAL BREAKER FOR ME I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SHIP. IF ITS NOT IN THE STORE THEN I WONT PURCHASE IT.

My family, my friends, my coworkers and myself were avid consumers of Bath & Body Works products since the early 90s, we all had our fragance preferences and products, always included them in our Christmas presents, now we don't. I would like to share my own little story about B&BW. When I moved abroad many years ago I took several B&BW products because they were not available where I was moving to, one of them was the foamy hand soap Eucalyptus and Mint, my young nephew there, then 10 years old loved it and used it every time he came to visit me, I found this to be so cute that I stopped using it myself just to save it for him to use. He is now 16 years old, and I have to say that when I left about a year ago to return to the United States, after all those years the insignificant amount left in the bottle smelled and foamed beautifully just like its first day! Back in the United States I kept wanting to go to the B&B Works to buy this product and take it to him on my next visit and also replenish my B & BW products. Another favorite fragrance of mine was Japanese Cherry Blossom. By the way I still have a small bottle of that lotion that I have carried in my purse all these years and still smells and feels the same! To finish this let me say that a few months ago me and a friend finally found the time to go to a B&BW store and Oh My! What a disappointment that was, everything we sampled in those two fragrances in different products smelled like cheap sweet odors, we tried several other fragrances but everything smelled just cheap. My next thing will be to take my Japanese Cherry Blossoms lotion left over to a Bath & Body Works store and have someone at the store test it and verify what I am talking about. I cannot believe how they ruined their once wonderful products! They are now an insult to their former customers, and say former because I do believe no one that used their products before, the way they used to be, are still buying them today.

Items leaked in shipping, when I received them. Ask to replace them said they would but, the items replaced were not items I purchased! Very disappointed! Sent me other products!

I love love LOVE Bath & Body Works & their products, especially their candles! But... I have a few FAVORITE dents that have become my signature lotion scents & they are Velvet Sugar, & Pink Chiffon & I know for a fact from reading A LOT of reviews that I am not the only on that feels the same way as I do I don't think it makes a lot of sense that they would take away such POPULAR dents because if they're popular then you're still making money from them so I would think that you lose money when you do this because it disappoints customers & isn't the customer always supposed to be right! I would give it 5 stars but I'm not because of what I just talked about!
