Worst experience in any store in a very long time. Cashier wouldn't honor a 20% discount coupon because she couldn't read the bar code altho it said it was valid til July 30th 2023.she eung my order up without the discount. I made her refund it. I called customer service, spoke to. Supervisor would looked up my order to verify it. Then he placed the order.gave me.the discount and free shipping plus said he would add ane.xtra item as an apology for the snippy unprofessional employee I had to deal with. So the store gets zero stars the supv at customer.service gets 5 stars! So being there r not half stars I have the rating of 2!

Bath & Body Works has some nice products, however if you're a Canadian customer the website is quite lacking. All you get is a store locator, a few photos of current promotions and a place to sign up for emails and coupons (which doesn't always actually put you in the system.)
If you visit their Facebook or Instagram profiles and check out the comment section you'll notice comment after comment from customers asking for a Canadian site to purchase items through. The company simply invites you to purchase them from the US site... wonderful that only increases the prices based on both exchange rate and the shipping. Although not a new issue, with current pandemic conditions one would have hoped that it would be the push needed to finally get the Canadian shopping site... but no such luck.
I signed up for the US coupons and tried to make a purchase through the US site, however it would not accept the cupon due to the Canadian shipping address, so no cupons either. It really makes you feel like they just don't care about their Canadian customers.
Wonderfu items whether its hand soap, body wash and lotions or air freshners as well as candles. Excellent products and prices are good especially when they have their sales

The Howell store is so rude! I prefer the jackson outlet store. The people in Howell just seem mad to be at work. Never friendly and I spend a lot there- not anymore!
Their website is buggy and really bad! You won't know it's out of stock till you check out. And it doesn't tell you beforehand that the delivery leadtime is 10-14 working days! Crap!
Always excited to go here! Great sales during the holidays and who doesn't love their products! Candles burn great and smell wonderful. We are all addicted to the lotions, soaps and linen sprays!
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM BATH AND BODY WORKS ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, OVERCHARGED, AND MANIPULATED. THEY DON'T SEND YOU IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION EMAILS LETTING YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU'VE BEEN CHARGED OR FOR WHAT. OFTEN TIMES ITEMS AREN'T AVAILABLE AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR DUE TO NO CONFIRMATION EMAILS. NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. THEIR 3 WICK CANDLES ARE $24.50USD WHICH MEANS THAT YOU'RE PAYING ALMOST $100 IF YOU ORDER 2 CANDLES FROM CANADA! ITS RIDICULOUS. I WISH I NEVER ORDERED FROM HERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT.
Extremely horrible experience with ordering online during sale! Order was placed on Nov 18. Today is Dec 22nd. I didn't receive anything! 2 customer support chats for 20 min each! 2 customer care calls 40 min and 15 min each. NOTHING! The people on the phone are clueless, nobody can't tell you anything! But beggining of the problem is when you receiving the email confirmation that your order has been sent and after a week you checking the tracking number and it says that order actually never been even picked up! Because guess what - the items are out of stock! How can you "ship" something that is not on stock and send the shipping confirmation email! LIE! Then in the phone we are doing adjustment to the order to make sure that all items are on stock, I'm receiving the email confirmation again and guess what - same story! What waist of time! What are unprofessional people, system and all company itself to put customers through this hell for the hand soap lol. What a joke this business is! Shame!
They took payment from me twice for the same purchase. I told them and it has been over 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded my money. They "forgot" about the first ticket even though they gave me a number and assured me the money would be returned to my account withinn5-10 business days. Now, they're " trying " to process a refund that will take another between5-10 business days. "Sorry for the inconvenience". This is UNACCEPTABLE and VERY POOR business etiquette. They aren't even remorseful in regards to the double charge. I hadn't even left the store when I noticed the double charge and they still haven't refunded my money. They wouldn't refund me in store with the evidence right in-front of them. "Sorry we can't do that here."I had to call and argue this charge. This is the second time this has happened and this time round it will be a month before I might be refunded.
I have learnt my lesson…. NEVER SHOP AT THIS COMPANY!

Bath & Body Works has always been fast and easy to order products from when I don't want to run to the local store. I would recommend them for all your bath and body needs.
Years ago I had a friend who was obsessed with BBW products. To me there was an artificial scent to everything, and it all smelled too sweet to me. Cut to over 10 years later and my mom gifted me with hand soap from the Aromatherapy line in the Eucalyptus Spearment scent and I almost returned it. Instead I gave it a try because she swore I would love it. Mom was right. I am a huge fan now of the Stress Relief line and now wear the lotion too and bought the hand sanitizer, 4 more liquid hand soaps, a large 3 wick candle and the bath foam gel. I bought most of it on the last Easter Day sale at 40 % off. What a great deal. I must add, I have had excellent online care, orders arrive quickly and well packaged, and customer service is always friendly and helpful. I feel the same about the employees at my local shop. They are informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes they approach too quickly, but they back off and let you browse. I have not had any allergic reactions to the Aromatherapy products, perhaps because a lot of the ingredients are natural oils and scents.
I ordered sanitizers and hand soap that were listed as available on the website. I needed the sanitizers and that is why I submitted order in the first place. AFTER SHIPPING my soaps, they sent me an email saying they cancelled the sanitizers since they are not available. Immediately, I went to the website, took pictures with time stamp showing that my sanitizers are listed as available and have been since my order 2 days ago. The emails from BBW and my pictures of the website were within 20 minutes of one another. This is VERY POOR FORM AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. HONESTY IN ADVERTISING.
Really a big fan of their stuff. I just love it when I get a chance to shop here. Would definitely recommend to those who like to shop in person at a store with a great selection.
Maybe it's just my skin but many of their facial and body things such as scrubs, lotions, ext., make my skin really red and irritated. I do really love their fragrances and candles though.
Don't buy much, but I like most of their products. The shampoo's, soaps and several other things. I don't like shopping online, but I do with these people once in awhile.
I really like bath and body works. The lotions they have tend to irritate my skin more then moisturize and they sprays don't seem to last but the wallflower wall plugs and refill dents are awesome!
This business's reputation is great because they have great smelling products but they are costly. There are similar products at other stores that smell just as good.
