I love their candles! And lotion! It smells wonderful and lasts awhile for me. Again they are very friendly in their stores as well and very attentive!

Have used products often. I enjoy their new scents, as well as some of their older ones. Most of those I have found online and have them shipped to my door.

Most of the scents found at Bath and Body Works can be found at drug stores for much cheaper and have the same quality. Your paying for a brand name not a product.

I love your products and scents but wish you could ditch putting formaldehyde in your products and could start cutting out the worst chemical offenders and replace with healthier ingredients.

Live the deals you can find and sometimes it's better on the website than shopping in the store... clearance deals are good but sometimes items are shown in stock when they are not,, overall happy

I love all the products. I just wish I could use everything. Because of medical reasons somethings I can't quite use. Doesn't mean I can't go into a store and get a big whiff... Thanks

I stop by every time I go to the mall and tend to leave with something. Although they usually have sales and promotions, I tend to spend about $3 morethan the amount listed in the price tag.

Great stores and great website. Always can find coupons online to save even more money. Sometimes I even feel guilty because I can save so much money here. Really recommend this store.

Love this store! Great sales and quality of the items they sell. They continue to impress me with the scents they come up with and their lotions and body sprays are fantastic.

I love the fragrances and the semi-annual sales are the easiest way to stock up! I'm not a fruity fragrance lover more of a flowery fragrance lover.

I just love their three wick candles. They are amazing and last forever. I love their sales. They could do a little faster shipping, but other than that, I love them.

I love the body lotion and hand soap. I buy several when they are on sale. The customer service is great. Products are shipped fast and communication is great. They always include coupons.

Love the quality of the products, many fragrances to choose from. Have to be careful about the scents though as I have a hard time with flower scents. Love when they have sales.

I have been a customer for years and every year I look forward to the annual sale well this year was a joke they only let Myers on to top it off for the early sale the system kept throwing me off when I finally get through it tells me I can't order the sale is finish It only lasted 4hrs wow I'm so disappointed

I always shop during the holidays for Bath & Body works! They have the best holiday products. I have always received great compliments when I give these products as gifts.
