The CS rep that help me at the counter was horrible and not helpful at. She couldn't explain the sale items that were being marked down… and I just canceled my how order. She rude and impatient westroad is the worst!
I enjoy the plug-in room scents this company has been providing. They are subtle and so much easier than using sprays. I especially like the lavender scent.
They always have a sale and there products smell amazing. Around the holidays the send coupons and you are able to get gifts for Multiple family members
I've bought from Bath and Body for a very long time and I used to genuinely love it. In-store, you used to be able to get $10-off-$30 coupons if you took the surveys on your receipt, and the coupons had no limitations. They were pure gold when it came time for the semi-annual sales. But gradually I started to see things change; they got rid of those survey deals, they started placing all kinds of small-print limitations on the other coupons (to the point where they're mildly deceptive), and they basically just re-run the same exact emails deals again and again at regular intervals. I also noticed that during their semi-annual sales now, they don't offer the really good fragrances that everyone wants--it's essentially only the seasonal stuff. And the percentage off is not nearly as high as it used to be. I figured I might still be able to get a good deal online, but I had the same experience as others had--they hide the cost in shipping and you can either use a discounted shipping code or some other code, never both. So you're never really saving. I don't recommend online shopping with them, and I would also say, if you're going to buy with them at all these days, only go for the semi-annual.
I always get my hand soaps here and absolutely love the variety of scents! My personal favorite is 'Warm Vanilla Sugar', but I often buy several other scents to give as gifts.
Great atmosphere, best three wick candles. They come up with new fragrances every season, the wall plug ins are great, they even have really cute designs.
Wonderful products. I buy their lotions, body spray, perfume, soaps, air fresheners, shampoo/conditioner and candles. I've been shopping here for years and have never been disappointed.
I see that bath and body works has changed their everyday deal that's been active since I started shopping their 15 years ago... I've always buy 3 get 2 free but all of a sudden it's buy 3 get 1 free. That's not acceptable my whole family is upset with this mess, we have been a loyal customers since 2003 and now we get this slap in the face... what about your customers? Now I have to wait until buy 3 get 3 is available to reup our supplies, or just find a new company to shop with. Or is the buy 3 get 3 going to become buy 3 get 2 now. Smh. Shouldn't never changed the way that works for your costumers, it's just greedy of bath and body works to changed the way that's been working for over 15 years... whoever ideal it was to charge us more should be fired!
So I had 6 rewards of free products up to $16.50 because I purschase so many products and had a time frame of 90 to use them. Afterabout 3 weeks my rewards dissapeared and I then had ZERO! I tried chatting and calling and was transferred then after a hour of my time of the phone I got hung up on. The chat agent ended the chat on me. I couldnt believe this was coming from bath and body what a scam of them getting your number when they take back your rewards.
PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM BED AND BATH, WHEN I GOT A GIFT CARD FRO XMAS, WAS A $25 GIFT CARD. WHEN I WENT IN SORE COULD ONLY FIND 4 ITEMS UNDER $50 BUCKS, TORE UP GIFT CARD AND WALKED OUT. SAME EXACT ITEMS AT 2 DIFFERENT DEPT STORES FOR 1/3 THE PRICE. SOMEBODY ID PAYING FOR THE ATMOSPHERE AND FANCY BUILDINGS, GUESS WHO?
My daughter saw the buy three get three promo and thought she was getting a great deal. So she purchased, only to realize it was twice what she thought she was spending. She didn't even leave the store, just turned around and asked to refund. They have 100% reufund policy. Cashier said she couldn't get it to go back on her card. It "wasn't working" So she asked for cash. She said no, our policy is to give it back how you spent it. So my daughter said yes, thats what I want. Cashier said I can't so i'll give you a gift card. I had to leave my appointment, and go to the store to get her refund, but they still wouldn't do it. They took back the gift card and went to the back room, on the phone for 20 min. Gave me a ticket number and said the home store would refund n 5 to 7 days. They did not. Its been 5 weeks. Every time I call I'm told it will be another week, They have refused to refund my 11 year olds back to school money. We have to product, no refund, its just theft.
Great customer service and shipping pretty fast! Always have what I need and love the specials they have going which there is always one weather it be online or in store.
I order on a regular basis or go to the store. Their products are great and they often have good sales in store or online. I've been a customer for years.
I don't know why I decided to give them another chance after the horrible shopping experience I had with this business 6 months ago. I ordered a few items with them just before Christmas including two candles. Of course I bought them coz they were on sale. I received my items today and one candle was missing. I contacted the customer service and I was asked to send photos and video to prove what I received and the customer service told me that she will check with the warehouse and if item is out of stock, refund will be provided. I asked the customer service to make a note that I do not wish to receive refunds as I bought them during the sale time and the candles all have gone back in price now. Guess what I received a few hours later?! Of course, I received refunds. It feels like a scam and they were hoping I will not find out about the missing item as I did order a lot of stuff as they never notified me of the out of stock item. It is only when I asked the question, they then admitted that the item is out of stock and they provided the refund then. Also, when I opened the package, the candle tray where the candle is missing is filled with other small items I purchased, and it made it look like they are really trying to hide the fact the one candle is missing. This business is such a scam! I will NOT shop there again.
Placed order on 8/21 and never recieved order called and was told order number was incorret, But yet they still charged me for order and refused to do refund or send order. Told them i hade email confirming order and was still told they didn't care.So will never order online again from them.
I will honestly never shop here again. I love how good their stuff smells but their customer service is way beyond HORRIBLE. This morning I tried placing an order online using paypal pay in 4. Every single time after paypal takes out your money it routes you back to bbw website. Then in red letters it says oops your address in paypal is wrong. However the address in paypal is using your address in BBW. My address is in correctly I don't know how else I can put in my address other than the right way. Never had issues with my address with previous orders. I rechecked everything did it again. I ended up trying 4 different times each time money got deducted from my account. I get on chat he tells me to refresh sign out wait 30 minutes and go back in. I did that and tried again took money out, order still not placed, then I call I get some clueless lady on the phone and she says oh it didn't go through because we don't use that method. I said BS because you advertise it on your ordering page and on top of that I just placed another order a few days ago using same method. I asked for a supervisor then she acted like she was finding one and hung up on me. I call back and someone else acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up. I call back I cannot express how much I was fuming at this point. I get a supervisor on the phone who offers a $20 gift card for the inconvenience and promises I will get same promotion when I go back in to place another order. Also says they will have tech support fix it. It's not at the end of the day. I never got anything from them, also thought I would try again tried twice. I now have the money pending out of my account 6 times. I will NEVER EVER place another order with them. Get with the times BBW my goodness. Honestly their website is the worst and they should upgrade with as much money as they bring in.

This store has a wide range of products for the bathroom including soaps and other liquids. The prices are a little high unless you go when there is a sale.

Did an online order paid for it pick up at store went to largo Mall 10 minutes before they opened up didn't realize they opened at 10:00 but they opened at 9:00 and they could do nothing for me she said she couldn't open her register until they opened absolutely ridiculous I have worked in retail all my life and would never ever ever have done this to a customer there's always a way to satisfy the customer in all reality if you think about it by the time they got the order together and got everything out there to release the order that probably would have been 10:00 but no rude and close the door so I will not be shopping at bath & body works anymore ever again and I just think that that's just absolutely absolutely absolutely just ridiculous very very poor customer service
