I literally just got off the phone with them and they haven't a clue how much time they waste their users by locking accounts while they take days to verify if your a real estate agent or not! I would have gladly provided this info online as this is required by law to disclose. Yet they lock my account made me wait 3 days to return my call/online email request. They could easily do this vetting online and save everyone the heartache!
Since I've now been verified, I don't have another 2 days to see if I can finally get back into my temporarily suspended account, per the tech support people. Ridiculous! I'm taking my business elsewhere! In the meantime, I've found it much easier to just find the sublet property address on their site and then do a quick online search. You can get contact info for the desired properties and deal with them directly to bypass this mess. Just saying!
