Cher overcharged me and caressed me with her wrinkly fingies. She took advantage of me and made me pay 88 dollars and she was mean and yelled at me and belittled me and degraded me.
So I place an order for Christmas/Thanksgiving. I get an email saying confirmed and 2 days later I get an email that I have been given a credit on my order. Through countless phone calls to a service that kept cutting me off and dropping the phone, I finally get c/s who is having a hard time figuring out why it was returned and credited without my notice. I have now spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out and I WISH I would have just driven to the store cause I would not have been aggravated and it would have taken less time.
Come to find out that it was damaged before delivery so the package was shipped back and returned WITHOUT my knowledge. Now the c/s doesnt know how to get my order re-shipped to me. They are trying to tell me I need to go back and re-order everything i order then call them back in order to get the special price on the soap which is why I originally purchased it again------oh and now I am being told I can re-order the entire purchase by giving her all the information again Oh great now my call has been dropped and now I have to call back ----It seems Bath and Body works is still working from home because the phones either drop or echo back I am on my 5th call to them now Maybe they need to get back to work in an office and they might have a more efficient phone system
This has been the worst online order I have experienced I will NEVER EVER order from Bath and Body Works again They offered nothing for the hassle and also then when i had to re-order 3 of my items were now sold out.

I have purchased products from this vendor for years. The prices are a bit high but I have always enjoyed the product. Recently I purchased a scent portal which proceeded to leak all over my floor. When I took the product back for a replacement the store manager advised me that they would do nothing to honor it. I called customer service and was advised that they could not find where I ever purchased the plug in from the company. I currently have the scent portals in just about every outlet in my house. They advised me that they could do nothing for me after keeping me on hold (on and off) for over a half and hour. Basically called me a liar and then thanked me for my patronage. WHAT A LOAD... I am taking back the items I recently purchased and will find another alternative to this store. NEVER AGAIN! This insult does not include the damage done to the surface.
Awful experience on 11/22/2022. Generally in the store, the associates are very kind. My problem is related to BBW scamming customers using their coupons. I placed an order online for store pickup and used a coupon that provided a free item. After placing the order, I got an email that the free item was canceled from my order. Upon order pickup, I notified the associate but she told me I needed to contact customer support. I chatted with customer support and they told me the store could provide the product. I do not live near the store and had already gone to the store that day, so I was not willing to deal with traffic to return to the store for an item they canceled from my order that was fully in stock. In addition, the store had told me earlier they could not help me. It is unfortunate that BBW treats its customers in this manner. I love some of their products but I will try to find an alternative as I try to avoid stores that do not respect their customers' time or loyalty.
I am usually happy with bath and body works but I was extremely upset with my last order. It was cancelled on 4 days after I place the order stating that they were out of the product. However, when I went to the web site, they still had the items. I wanted to talk to someone but there seems to be no way to get to a customer service representative. I received the usual emails confirming the order and order being worked on.
Placed an order online a month ago, never got it on my date that i was supposed to, so i called and they told me they would send me an overnight order of it. And never got it two days later. I called back and they acted like they didn't know what i was talking about but said my items were out of stock so all they could do was send me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous.
My order was late. When it arrived several things were missing. I spoke to customer service and the lady said the missing soap would be replaced. When I got the replacement 5 soaps were still missing. People can't even get good service today. This long time customer may have to shop elsewhere.
The only down part is since I've been using these wallflowers, I have been getting really bad chest pains. I was fine until I recently started using them again.

Difficult to breathe and chest pains
I placed an order on 11/4/2022 and was given 11/10/2022 as the expected delivery date. Attempting to keep track of the order I checked on 11/10/2022 to ensure it was on track to be delivered that day as it was the expected delivery day, there was no movement of the order since 11/09/2022. It was a gift for someone who's birthday is 11/13/2022 (which I figured 3 days from the birthday was a good time window for the delivery) however on Saturday, 11/12/2022 the order had not be delivered so I called to speak to a representative and was informed it was going to be delivered on 11/16/2022. I am curious to know why was communication not sent regarding the delay in delivery. All I was able to see is that movement for the order stopped on 11/09/2022 with NO explanation!
They use Lasership for shipping and this company rarely gets your product to you and if it's clearances you will never get it from the them again. 3 years in a row I have tried ordering and 3 years Lasership fails to deliver yet Bath and Body works continue to use them. Their product is wonderful when you get it
B&BW is one of my favorite go to, make me feel good places. Like going to the salon places. When I go there and question whether I would really like the scent the sales person always reassures me I can bring it back 100%. This is where my sadness starts. I didn't like a wallflower neither did my husband. When I went to return, with the bottle full, tag still attached. The sales person asked for my receipt. Told the sales person I just wanted to exchange it for a different scent. I was told their exchange/ return policy changed September and I would have to pay the difference. In the same trip across the county, with the gas prices, I had to exchange wallflower that didn't have a wick in it. So I was very disappointed that they couldn't meet me halfway with my issues. When all said and done there were two sales people that saw my frustration and tried to help me but at that point I just wanted to leave the store. And that's the reason I give 2 stars.
I spent $150 to get fall candles like I do every year for my house. This year, I can't keep them to stay lit, and they are not the quality of candles that I am used to getting from bath & body works
I absolutely love it! I showed it to my brother and we both agree it smells somewhat like a warm christmas. He loved it so much that he uses it now too! The next one I'm for sure going to buy is strawberry snowflake!
I will never go to the Southfield Plaza store again. We to 2 associates that were talking to each other to locate a product I wanted to replace. Informed it was only available in the small sizes when questioned if they would be getting the larger size in, I was answered in a conceding tone no and was not given the fact they had the same product in the Aromatherapy section with additional fragrances. Selected 4 items and went to the counter (Buy 3 get 1 Free). Had to repeat my number 3 times after being rudely total was not in their system, when I was. They were more interested in socializing and discussing what they were about to eat to listen and put the number in correctly. This was the rudest experience I have had at any of the stores. Will not return to this one again even with it being in the neighborhood.
Monday October 4th after work decided to go Bath and Body works in Riverpark Fresno CA was the biggest mistake ever sadly after getting my items wanting to pay associates were standing behind counter and chatting together not even wanting to acknowledge the customer sadly said I would never go to the store again that is the reason i do online my shopping. Stores going forward they do not have customer service or relationship that is the reason everyone prefers on line shopping.
Bath and Body Works has discontinued the best fragrances to be replaced with overly sweet stink fragrances. I don't know why they've gotten rid of their best fragrances over the years. I ordered a bunch thinking maybe I'll find something to my liking. I found a bunch of stink stuff that smells loud and overly sweet stink stench.
Cool citrus basil and Lemongrass sage were my favorites back in the day. Unbelievable how the put great smelling fragrances out to pasture.
They no longer carry clean fresh scented fragrances that I miss so much.
I check all the time hoping that they'd bring the old favorites back. They never will.
So it's goodbye nice doing business with you once upon a time ago.

Tried to exchange 4 foam soaps and was told there is a new policy. Without a receipt they won't do an even exchange. I returned 4 and got money on a giftcard back for 2. Not Happy. The reason I returned those seats is they made me itch horribly.
I had ordered for 2 perfumes(A thousand Wishes) under the offer buy 2 perfumes and get 1 free. But didn't receive the free product. I tried to even contact customer care since 2 days. No response. Chat is even worst. They do not respond at all.
I was at my local bath and bodywork's with my sister and something traumatic happened. One of the two employees in the store was following my sister and I. We were just walking around the store and he was eavesdrop on our conversations and walking two feet away from us. the lady at the register was pessimistic and made me want to kms.
My daughter saw the buy three get three promo and thought she was getting a great deal. So she purchased, only to realize it was twice what she thought she was spending. She didn't even leave the store, just turned around and asked to refund. They have 100% reufund policy. Cashier said she couldn't get it to go back on her card. It "wasn't working" So she asked for cash. She said no, our policy is to give it back how you spent it. So my daughter said yes, thats what I want. Cashier said I can't so i'll give you a gift card. I had to leave my appointment, and go to the store to get her refund, but they still wouldn't do it. They took back the gift card and went to the back room, on the phone for 20 min. Gave me a ticket number and said the home store would refund n 5 to 7 days. They did not. Its been 5 weeks. Every time I call I'm told it will be another week, They have refused to refund my 11 year olds back to school money. We have to product, no refund, its just theft.
