I HAVE BEEN WEARING VANILLA BEAN NOEL FOR YEARS! IT IS THE ONLY SCENT I WEAR ALL YEAR LONG! I STOCK UP AT CHRISTMAS FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. FOR SOME REASON THEIR FORMULA CHANGED AND IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY VANILLA BEAN IN IT AT ALL! I FIRST READ SOME REVIEWS ON LINE AND THEN WENT TO SMELL IT FOR MYSELF! VERY DISAPPOINTED WHY THEY WOULD THINK CHOCOLATE SMELLS LIKE VANILLA... FURTHERMORE THEIR CANDLE ALSO SMELLS LIKE CHOCOCALTE BUT NOT EVEN AS STRONG AS THE PAST CANLDES... THANK GOD I STILL HAVE SOME BOTTLES LEFT OVER FROM LAST YEAR... HOPE THEY CHANGE IT BACK FOR 2023!
I have been a loyal customer for years however they are loyal to me/us.
Prices continue to go up WHY?; constantly discontinuing scents and replacements to me have not been good. Have u noticed the 1/2 sales scents are always limited and during this time u can hardly checkout as they continue to sell out, we are so valued can't even get free or half price on shipping esp for orders over $100, and last but certainly not least it take at least 2-3 weeks mim before u get your order. Again, what are we getting for our loyalty?
I made an order online 11 days ago and it has not even shipped it is still saying processing talked to a customer service rep Sunday and she promised it would ship out Sunday called again today and the lady said it's still in the warehouse and is waiting so tired of getting the runaround this will be my last time shopping with Bath and Body
I never received my order. My call was answered by a man who would not take me off speaker, there was an echo! He said he would replace & resend my order. He put me on hold and never came back to the phone.
As a domestic violence survivor, one might imagine my surprise when I called to order online and costumes service rep answered the phone after a 30 minute hold while screaming at his wife, her screaming back and children crying in the background. Upon calling to report I was to be given a gift card to compensate what I overheard. Today when I called to inquire as to where the gift card was... no one had a clue ( after being on the phone for over an hour) as to what I was talking about although I was assured on two different calls that my information had been passed along to next rep of which it was not. Me, my daughter in law and granddaughters as well as friends are faithful customers with Bath and body works. But no longer. Several hours and several hundreds of dollars spent at this store and this is how a coustermer is treated? Completely unexceptable
I have been faithful bbw shopper for years and years! Recently bbw has gone down hill their customer care reps are always in different countries and can barely speak a word of English! Then when they mess your order up they do not fix it anymore! I have been owed 15 dollars for a whole week now and not one Spanish speaking rep can tell me anything other than I'm sorry your frustrated! I mean wtf never again and I have spent hundreds of dollars on orders
You obviously were not prepared for the amount of traffic on your website. Today. I spent over 50 minutes trying to get candles into my card, trying to use the update button, trying to delete candles and add new ones, it was slow, slow, slow and a times it would take out every candle in my cart and I would have to start over again. And the worst part was when I finally got five candles added into my cards. The code candleday would not work. You had to be logged in in order for the code to work and I was logged in but it still didn't work. I bet I tried using that code 20 times and then I finally gave up. The only way you could check out is if you skipped the code and I wasn't going to do that because then candles were full price. Which by the way they are overpriced to begin with. Just a disappointing loss of an hour of my time..
I have been a customer for years and every year I look forward to the annual sale well this year was a joke they only let Myers on to top it off for the early sale the system kept throwing me off when I finally get through it tells me I can't order the sale is finish It only lasted 4hrs wow I'm so disappointed

The ridiculous idea to sign up and be put in line to buy being put in an email line for this sale $9.95 for 2 wick candles. My time first time was given for 8:33 received no email in the time they allowed me. They give me a new time of 10:02 forget it!
I have been shopping at Bath and Body for many years spending hundreds of dollar especially around Christmas. Until Sept.18th of 2022 I was in the mall and saw that they had a small on some wall plugs on sales so I decided to pick up a few. I picked up four totaled $15.97. I mad me this purchase on my Valentine Gifts Card which had over $200 hundred dollars on it. A few day laterI went to purchase something on line from Amazon my order got kicked back saying the funds was not available on my gif ca so I went on line to check my balance and saw that Bath and Body works changed my card $ 235,16 on that day. I been calling them ever since that day but they refused to refund my balance. They pulled my receipt showing my purchase was $15.97 and I told them I can send them proof of my gift ca report this will show them the amount date and time but they say this will not help and the don't have a e or fax for me to send this information. I think it's really sad how people just take from other I want be doing my Christmas shopping from there this year. I just want everyone to make sure you are looking at your receipt for this want happy to you.
Bath and Body Works is using Laser Ship to ship its products. The first order was lost, so I had to re-order. I specifically asked that a different shipper be used as I found out that Laser Ship had horrible ratings and a history of losing packages. Bath and Body sent my package out and AGAIN, despite my request, they used Laser Ship. When I discovered this, I called Bath and Body Works and was told they had no control over who shipped the packages. Well, today my son received the package, but the Laser Ship delivery man left the package outside of his apartment building! Google Laser Ship! I have been shopping at Bath and Body Works for years and am very disappointed that my concerns with Laser Ship were totally ignored.
This place had the music so loud today that I came in and left immediately, passed by later and left again due to the same reason. How can someone function under such of noise pollution. Is ashamed because is a very nice store. Please review management immediately.

I have been a customer for many years and i have to tell you that your prices are extremely high and your products are not as good as they use to be. In my opinion you use way too much shea butter in every product which has caused a decline in my satisfaction. Im sure you are attempting to make a better product but im not satisfied
I love bath and body works body wash body spray candles plug ins I love everything but the shipping is horrible I ordered mid November and there just now ready to ship during the busy holiday season smh
So I had 6 rewards of free products up to $16.50 because I purschase so many products and had a time frame of 90 to use them. Afterabout 3 weeks my rewards dissapeared and I then had ZERO! I tried chatting and calling and was transferred then after a hour of my time of the phone I got hung up on. The chat agent ended the chat on me. I couldnt believe this was coming from bath and body what a scam of them getting your number when they take back your rewards.
Just had the most harrowing Cyber Monday experience buying B and B works! 4 hours! Shopping cart kept getting empty, promo codes wouldn't work. Customer service on chat trying to do their best. One was giving me a discount for a lack, she just couldn't process, then I lost her, another came on. Stayed with me for 2.5 hours. Finally I missed the 6 pm deadline, the prices went back up. Now the customer support is refunding the difference in sale amount. Trust me, if it doesn't amount to the sale price, I will go to the nearest store and return all the 50 products I bought, to them.
