Ordered three candles on discount candle day. They did not ship until after Christmas and one of the three was not available to ship. Could not return or get money back. Christmas was over. Worse service ever. Could get no assistance from customer service. Caller number 452 five different times.
I received a text message that my package was delivered. I checked all over. No package was delivered.
I placed a bopis order and unfortunately it turned out to be a ghost order. Chatted with customer service and they went out of their way to give me a $50 e gift card for the mistake. I was able to get everything I wanted in the semi annual sale with it
The Howell store is so rude! I prefer the jackson outlet store. The people in Howell just seem mad to be at work. Never friendly and I spend a lot there- not anymore!
So I bought ten 3 wicked candles on Dec 3rd. I am still waiting for them. I tried canceling my order and they told me I can't because it's processing. They were for Christmas gifts. Well Christmas has passed. They have the nerve to have another sale. How can you have another sale when you can't process the previous orders. Never again!
I ordered a bunch of candles on candle day and my order was supposed to be received by the 15th. I still have not received my order and tomorrow is Christmas Eve. I've talked to customer service twice- the first time was I'll receive it by the 23rd and the other time it is shipped by the 23rd. Well it still hasn't shipped but I received an email that it will ship by the 30th. I also received a rate your purchase email. Hopefully I can trade them in for non-holiday scents.
I placed an order 12/9/22, estimate for delivery 12/15 - 12/22. BBW never even shipped it until 12/19 and now I won't even get it in time for Christmas. I ordered 20 items and was going to use these for gifts and stocking stuffers. Thanks for nothing BBW.
I placed an order online that offered a special sale (Soap 3.25) and ordered on the first day before noon this was on 14 December. I contacted them 3 times and was told I would get my order before Christmas. On 21 December my entire order was cancelled because everything was out of stock. I am not happy. I could have gone to the store and purchased but instead ordered online. I will never shop at this business again.
I will never order online from there company again. They charged my charge card and did not ship my order and send me a thank you and how I enjoy my purchase. When I called I only got the run around then they shipped it to late for my trip and didn't fix there mistake. I will never order online with them again. The package will now make it while I'm out of town to late for Christmas and they will not change the address due to their mistake.
I called the 800 number to inquire about the point system and the rep. Placed me on hold for over 25 minutes (hoping that I would hang up) after not hanging up, he then picked up and hung up the phone! I called back and explained to another representative whom told me that " I was taking too much time out of my day holding" I then told her that I needed to have my issue resolved and then I needed to speak with a supervisor. She proceeded to say " I 'llc get you a supervisor" I said "let's get the issue resolved first". She put me on hold, came back to the line and hung up on me. I was not rude or anything! I have sent an email and waiting for a response; probably won't get one. This was the worst customer service ever..
Absolutely do not recommend ordering on B&BW website on their special holiday sale days or ever really, you're better off in a store if able.I ordered on candle day 12/02/2022, obviously expecting some delays due to all the sales and the busy time of the year, that was never an issue and was the reason I had placed my order so early in the month. Over two weeks later, order had never progressed past my order being "shipped" but never received by the shipping company according to the tracking. Took up the issue with their live chat option today (12/19), to be told apparently the order is lost or must be lost in transit- but not to worry they have assured me they can send me a replacement order bar one of the items that is now out of stock "FREE OF CHARGE". While being so overwhelmed that they would so very kindly send me a replacement of a package that they lost and I don't even have to pay for it, I had to ask the question I already knew the answer to. So, will my order still be on time for Christmas? To which I got the reply "all orders on time for Christmas need to have been placed before 12/17". Really you don't say, it's almost like that's exactly why I placed my order at the beginning of the month- In this instance considering they are the ones who have lost or misplaced the parcel any company that gave any ounce of a $#*! would have offered perhaps expedited shipping to rectify their mistake. But, no, B&BW don't actually care about your experience past the checkout once they've collected. I'm sure the company policies in general are mostly to blame, but the woman who I had the pleasure of speaking to was wonderfully rude the entire exchange. -1/10 don't recommend
So I moved a few months back and forgot to update my address when I placed an order. As soon as I realized it I contacted customer service which was not helpful at all. Not only they claimed they couldn't update my address they could not void the transaction out. I literally placed the order within 30 minutes of contacting them. I was told I could change it with the shipper once it was shipped and that is blocked as well. My only hope is to get it from the new tenants fingers crossed. I think it's ridiculous that you can not make changes when the order was just placed!
Placed order 12/2/22. Was supposed to arrive between 12/8/22 - 12/16/22. Still do not have tracking info. Called customer service. Was promised a credit would be issued. No credit issued to my card yet & still no product shipment update. Customer service said product should arrive by 12/31/22. All totally unacceptable for an order that was placed on 12/2/22 & my card has been charged in full. Been a loyal customer for years, but now I'm done because B&BW is doing nothing to make this right.
Tell you your order will ship in 3 to 4 days then don't ship it till 10 days later and blame it on weather in Midwest when don't live in Midwest or their shipping site not being in Midwest never ordering from them again
That is the worst company that I have ever purchased from. The order never arrived, and they refused to refund the order.
This company is an embarrassment. I order item on line 2 weeks ago expecting them in 5-7 days. Two weeks later and after multiple 20 minute phone calls with customer service all I get is "order is delayed.". No reason why and no date when I can now expect.
They are useless.
The CS rep that help me at the counter was horrible and not helpful at. She couldn't explain the sale items that were being marked down… and I just canceled my how order. She rude and impatient westroad is the worst!
I always come to this location on Hillsboro, this particular time I feel targeted in discriminated on. I didn't see a spray splash for a particular scent. I went into the cabin draw like everybody else, The sales rep comes to me yelling what are you doing like I was stealing then came back to me saying well you don't need to go in there. I stated well there was no sign stating that. She again went to her other employers saying how I was in the cabin. I nicely said no one replenish the cabinets if there is an issue let me know it I can leave. She still was talking like I took something. She was very unprofessional unethical. I will not be going back there. The other young lady that's was a sale rap was very nice and said you didn't do anything wrong and said sorry. This should be address and the manner she talks to people we work hard for our money and to be talked to like that is u called for! Other people was going in the draw and she didn't say anything to them. So what does that say!
Although I did get all of my order, the items were tossed in the big box with little to no bubble wrap stuff and the candle boxes were not even closed. If the box would have been dropped my items would have broken! Ridiculous. Won't be buying off of the website again.
Unfortunately I like the product but the customer service is horrible. Placed an order did not receive during the allotted window. Contacted them. Was told I would receive in 2 days. Still did not receive. This is a Christmas decor order. Asked for at least a time frame. Could not provide. Told me I could but cancel order since it was in "release" status. Asked what that meant. Could not explain. Will never order from this company again and if the order is ever received I will be returning it. What is particularly troubling is they advertise in time for Christmas as late as an order placed for today. That will never happen. Go to the store but never order online.
